Fullerton’s Fox Theater-A 26 million dollar black hole.

It is official, Jaws is coming to the Fox theater and for 30 years and 14 million dollars, that is what Fullerton has been waiting for.

I have been trying to wake people up to the grand plan of the smoky back room dealmakers with the city that the 26 million dollar black hole, white elephant is actually slated for high density housing. The Fox Block Project being proposed to surround the theater will permanently damage the theater and result in its eventual demolition and I believe this will be intentional. It is the making of the perfect tragic crime. Is this the plan? Foundations, their power, their influence and their tax exempt status. Foolerton residents: their folly, their apathy and their wallets. Watch and weep as your wallet is about to get hit.

The Fox Theater hasn’t screened a movie for 30 years, yet it has taken in $14 million dollars spent on warehousing the resident rat population as the homeless sleep in the streets right outside. All this while the gatekeepers like Leiland Wilson want people to think that this movie screening is some sort of an accomplishment as this property is kept in a holding pattern out of the reach and access of the good people of Fullerton. Let me tell you a fact ladies and gentlemen, that theater seats 800 people and it will cost upwards of 30 million dollars to finish restoring it. This piece of public property has been held hostage for the better part of three decades to make way for Agenda 21 stack and pack housing. It will never reopen. The full remodel will never happen. Like all the shopping centers that have been run into the ground intentionally, The Fox will instead it will become this unless we wake up.

Yes folks this is what the Fox Block will look like. And this will be what the 57 freeway will look like because there are plans to do this at the Kimberly Clark site as well.

Enjoy your 20 million dollar popcorn as you watch a movie whose net effect on our culture was to result in the demise of the shark populations in our waters forever. Yes you can dream a little folks, you can dream that our crooked city officials are actually planning to do something nice for us for a change while the rats will be back in the morning to eat the popcorn you dropped on the floor. So will the rats at city hall, working feverishly to screw every last one of us as they have for decades.

Joe Imbriano addressing the Foolerton City Council

The condition of our infrastructure tells it all and I did ask the question that very same evening I made the statements about the plans for the Fox.

Fullerton is run by ship of fools on a sea full of sirens. Watch out for the rocks because that is where we are headed folks. Stay vigilant.

Fullerton city officials are working behind the scenes to develop the 65 acre Kimberly Clark site into a massive metropolis of high density housing.

Kimberly Clark’s Fullerton complex

While the State legislature continues to push for the strip mining of local control over massive development, developers have had their sights on the last frontier for Fullerton. This is THE LAST PARCEL OF ITS SIZE left in the community. Developers have been in secret talks with City officials for some time while Kimberly Clark kept a tight lid on their plans to sell off the parcel to developers.

rail lines connect the facility

While a zone change is required to convert this property into residential property right now, State law may change all that and very soon. The State is currently deep in the throws of Agenda 21 and with it, a push for transit oriented development. As long as a property is adjacent to rail, SB 827 will allow for massive high density development on the site which overrides any local opposition to the project.

The “KC Spur” off of Kimberly.

The Kimberly Clark Fullerton mill has daily rail service. This rail line serves the facility and will serve the coming metropolis.

Former city manager Joe Felz

A source to the Fullerton Informer indicated that our former City Manager, Joe Felz was reported to have been in negotiations with a group of investors to build approximately 5,000 units on the property, up to 20 stories in height.  This will be the largest development in Fullerton history and could add 40,000 or more people to the city. This is what the project could look like. Pan Pacific investors are actively working to make the nightmare a reality.

Fullerton is an Agenda 21 city and there are plans to double or triple our population within the next 20 years. The project now is simply in the planning stages and in discussions off the record as usual. This deal had been planned years ago, but only now do the hundreds of workers that make good money at the mill finally realize the day is coming where it is all coming to an end.

We are getting very close to losing all local control over development as SCAG, CARB, and the legistalture all usurp their authority as local officials look the other way waiting for the payday. The fact is that there is no stemming the tide of wealth that is literally breaking down the doors to flow into Southern California and turn this place into a high rise metropolis hell hole like in Korea or other parts of Asia that will leave this community unrecognizable in a very short period of time. Our leaders have sold us out time after time. I suspect, in this instance they would sell their sister off to get this deal through. There will be massive bribes involved in this one believe me. This community needs jobs, and a return to its bedroom community way of life not a metamorphasis into downtown Los Angeles which the streets seem to look like more and more.

I am optimistic that we can remain vigilant and vehemently oppose any rezoning of these 65 acres into residential use. Fullerton needs to actively seek and recruit businesses here like there is no tomorrow. When the mill closes late next year, let’s hope, barring the passage of SB 827 or other similar bills, a new generation of residents will be driving to the old KC site to work and be home in time for dinner with their families like they have for decades. A bygone era doesn’t have to be a bygone era, as what once was can be again as long as we stop giving up and fighting for our families, our rights and our quality of life. We must expose and throw out the corrupt officials that are destroying Fullerton.

Is Fitzgerald’s usefulness to Curt Pringle gone despite her best efforts to turn Downtown Fullerton into Downtown LA?

With the DCCSP and the mini DCCSP they wanted to build massive high density housing in and around the Downtown area as well as expand the Downtown area. The DCCSP, if passed, would have allowed for up to ten story buildings all throughout the major thoroughfares in Fullerton.

Jennifer Fitzgerald was given a walk up right on to the city council by people including Tony Bushala who is a long time associate of Shawn Nelson. Right after she was elected, she was given the very lucrative Vice President position at Curt Pringle and Associates.

Curt Pringle and Associates is in the business of selling influence and getting large projects developed. On their website they highlight not what they know but who they know. Meet Curt Pringle, Jennifer’s Boss for now.

The claim to fame of Curt Pringle and Associates is their connections. Fitzgerald is Nelson’s darling and an ardent pro development vote every time. With Bushala’s boys Seaborn, Whitaker and Kiger, plus Fitzgerald, there would have been 4 votes guaranteed for the DCCSP.

Bushala’s boys Seaborn, Whitaker and Kiger, plus Nelson’s darling Fitzgerald stacked the planning commission so the DCCSP would pass and it did. They even doubled down and put a SCAG senior planner on the commission just for good measure.

Well thanks to Barry Levinson and others, it never got passed the council. Thanks to Barry Levinson the revised version never got off the ground either.

Well, the DCCSP is dead for now, the mini DCCSP is also dead for now, and College Town on is ice, The Polly’s shopping center project is off the table, and The Sunrise Village development has been head off at the pass Is the handwriting on the wall? Is Fitzgerald’s usefulness to Curt Pringle gone despite her best efforts to try to turn Downtown Fullerton into an Agenda 21 version of Downtown LA?

Thank you Barry Levinson for exposing the corrupt scheme and laying bare the achilles heel of dirty Fullerton Politics.  It is very healthy for Fullertonians to know who all the power players are and what their real hidden agendas may be. The animus against us is directly a result of our doing just that. We are exposing the strings to and from all the power players in our city including Tony Bushala.

We are exposing the power players who are the reason our city is in such awful shape. For doing what is right by the citizens has never been at the top of our city council’s agenda. As is the case always, just follow the money. We did and found that Bushala over the years bankrolled Whitaker, Kiger and Sebourn’s campaigns to the tune of upwards of six figures between the three of them. Bushala, the founder of the SOCO walk high density apartment development, was notably silent on the massive development plan called the DCCSP and so were his hired hands Kiger, Whitaker and Sebourn. Well the DCCSP is dead for now.

Is Fitzpringle done? Perhaps. Was Bushala’s involvement in getting Newman elected an attempt to influence state legislation that would bypass local control over certain zoning changes? We believe so. Nothing else makes any sense to us.

Did Tony Bushala and Jack Dean give us Josh Newman?

Was Bushala’s involvement in getting Newman elected an attempt to influence state legislation that would bring high speed rail to downtown Fullerton? You know right to the train station whose lease Bushala controls along with his many parcels in the area that can be turned into giant SOCO walk monstrosity ten story high rise apartments as he opens pot clinics and bars to serve all the patrons he could be wharehousing if he can get his peeps into the places where they can pull the strings? We know the local strings have been exposed and almost cut at this point.

Right after the recall election, Shawn Nelson who is Bushala’s buddy became Jennifer Fitzgerald’s mentor.

Tony Bushala totally gave her a pass throughout the entire 2012 campaign, and remained silent during the 2016 campaign. The negative comments now about her by The FFFF crowd after she has been elected to another 4 year term are some of the most Machiavellian style subterfuge I have ever seen in my life. It is all overseen and orchestrated by one of Fullerton’s major pupeteers, Tony Bushala.

If Jennifer Fitzgerald is washed out and the residents have woken up to the secret plans to turn Fullerton into downtown LA, ending the local officials ability to ram massive development through, then it would make sense to try to influence it at the state level. Bills like SB35 would make certain local zoning a thing of the past and must be fought with just as much might as the local power players trying to ruin our city for their own interests. We will keep exposing them, fighting them and keep you posted folks.

WHY I BELIEVE THAT SUNRISE VILLAGE CAN ONLY BECOME HIGH-RISE, HIGH-DENSITY HOUSING WITH THE CORRUPT HELP OF OUR CITY COUNCIL? BY BARRYLEVINSON

Barry Levinson

I believe a shopping center such as Sunrise Village that has its size and location to be primed to be an extremely financially successful shopping center.

It only goes in the tank in large part because either the owners either do not care or even worse want to get rid of tenants and then make a financial killing selling off the property for residential construction.
This is where an honest and concerned city hall should be protecting the vital interests of its citizens.  Now I believe in capitalism but when the city leaders and developers conspire to make something happen, that is not capitalism but rather phony, crooked, crony capitalism.  To make something like this happen, like in the past requires zoning changes.   Zoning changes should only be approved on a case by case basis not like the DCCSP the city tried to pass two years ago and only when it is for the benefit of the overall community.   Is this fair to the land owner?   Absolutely.  The property they bought had a value in large part based on the zoning of that property.   No one in the city owes that property owner a super large payday based on behind the scenes deals between the city and the developers.
Since studies show that a healthy balance between residential and commercial property makes the best financial base for any city, continuing to lower an already low (6%) retail/commercial base makes no economic sense for our city and taxpayers.  But I believe the city is corrupt and they want the one-time short-term up front money of $11,700 per any size residential unit to fill the city coffers at the expense of the financial health of the city for many years to come.
There are people like Jennifer Fitzgerald who represent developers through her company Curt Pringle and Associates.
Others such as Greg Sebourn (surveyor) have businesses that can benefit from development
and then we have Mayor Bruce Whitaker who over the years has been heavily sponsored by campaign contributions from the development/building industry.
Personal benefit is never a good reason to vote for any development project.  Let me repeat that…personal gain or benefit is not a good reason for any council member to vote for any project.
I hope my explanation helps my neighbors understand what we the good people are dealing with here in Fullerton.
I REPORT, YOU DECIDE!

Sunset on Sunrise Village: 600-800 high density wood framed death trap housing units coming to Sunny Hills

Sources to the Fullerton Informer have confirmed that the Sunrise Village Shopping center in Sunny Hills has been slated for development.  The location of the proposed development lies on corner of Euclid and Rosecrans and is on the southeast leg of the fault. This property is in direct proximity to not one, but two dangerous fault lines.

http://maps.conservation.ca.gov/cgs/fam/

The Sunny hills branch of the Banc of California is set to close soon along with the rest of the businesses in the center. Just when you thought things couldn’t get worse for Fullerton, the thought of destroying another shopping center is before us once again. The job killing machine backed by the hacks in the chamber of commerce are running roughshod all over Fullerton and it has taken aim at the corner of Euclid and Rosecrans.

Don’t let the corsage fool you.

I have never seen a chamber of commerce so hell bent on running businesses out of town by bulldozing commercial properties. Well they tried the same crap in Raymond hills running the Polly’s shopping center into the ground making secret deals with developers last year but we blew the lid off of that and stopped it all the while CITY OFFICIALS DENIED IT WAS EVEN HAPPENING.

Beloved Polly’s Pies could still close to make way for massive highrise Section 8 housing project

They are not turning water into wine Ladies and gentlemen, they are turning the vital commercial property into housing and lots of it. Look around. Jobs are leaving Fullerton. Our commercial real estate inventory is dwindling fast and what is replacing them unlike single family homes, will have a half life.

You see when commercial property is turned into this, the jobs leave forever.

Over time these projects will become projects literally. They will become housing projects as the rents will always end up needing to be subsidized and we all know what happens when the voucher programs are expanded. The crime rate increases commensurately with the subsidies. You don’t do this to a middle class bedroom community.

10-15-or 20 years from now?

So you may ask yourself why is it that Fullerton cannot attract businesses and yet other neighboring cities can? It is simply because the long-term leases are not available due to the backroom deals with City officials,  the investors and the property owners. Why are we selling off and bulldozing commercial property left and right?  Maybe you ought to ask these people who continue to support candidates who engage in backroom deals and policies that are destroying Fullerton.

Curt Pringle developer operative Jennifer Fitzgerald has plenty to be ashamed of folks

Developer shill Bruce Whitaker

Planning commissioner Bennett

Establishment political operative Robyn Nordell with her pal Nelson-the gift that keeps on giving Fullerton the wrong leadership

Developer’s friend Greg Seaborn

This is their legacy to you and your children

The reason these commercial properties are being run into the ground is because the deals have already been made with city officials. Yes folks the die has already been cast.

No one in their right mind would risk evicting their tenants unless they knew the payload was on its way. These kinds of business decisions in an honestly run city are risky at best. Think about this. If you knew you had to overcome all kinds of obstacles at the municipal level to rezone your commercial property into an apartment complex such as hearings, noticings, EIR’s, commission meetings, approvals, plan checks, zoning, and of course the City Council, then would you risk kicking out out your tenants? Would you cut off your income stream completely or purchase a property not knowing if your plans for zone changes would not be guaranteed?

Well if you knew it was a foregone conclusion that you were going to get what you want from City officials, of course, you directly pass the craps table and parlay the whole thing on the rigged roulette wheel. That my friends is what is going on in Fullerton. Our city government is corrupt as hell and so is our press. Look who they backed in our last election.

Sunset on the Sunrise Village

More unemployment, more traffic, more pollution, more ruined roads, more everything except what Fullerton residents need most, jobs and shopping centers.

The wrecking ball will be very busy at this corner.

Lots of room here to build them stack em and packem high density housing units right next to an earthquake fault.

How many units can they stick on top of this Ms. Halluza?

The fact of the matter is that there is an active earthquake fault very close to where they are going to build 5 STORY WOOD FRAME UNITS.

Get ready to do battle with the phony and corrupt leaders you recently elected, with their rubber stamp appointees to the various commissions as well as the city employees whose salaries you are floating to exercise all of us through their endless line of insincere dog and pony shows. The developers are coming to Sunny Hills and with a vengeance folks.

They are going to turn this corner into

Remember when a shopping center is gone, it is gone for good along with all of the convenience it offered and the jobs it provided.  Get involved and let the city officials know that they have no right to rezone any more commercial property mixed use residential or residential until they find the hundred million dollars that is missing that should have gone into fixing our roads and do something about the traffic.

And don’t blame me, I tried to warn you.

You see the council is playing a game.  In one of the examples above, the game player was Bruce Whitaker bemoaning that he will not vote for a Grant application without the Grant application available to review.  We found out that it not only was not provided for review but that it did not even exist yet.  That however, is not the cause of the problem Fullertonians that is a symptom.  Does Bruce Whitaker ask for or provide a solution for the problem he so noted, so that agenda items will never again be presented without the necessary basic information to make a decision?

bruce-1

games people play when they dress up for work

Surely that is exactly what an honest council member would certainly do.  Bruce Whitaker did not have to come up with a solution because Zonya Townsend, his current appointee to the Library Board of Trustees and myself his former Parks and Recreation Committee member, for almost 6 years gave him the solution on a silver platter at the very next Fullerton Council meeting.

Normally one would expect an honest council member, who wants to make a positive difference to not only point out the symptom but also offer solutions.  Like I said above, we handed him an easy and very effective solution and what did we get from Whitaker but more silence.  He huffs and he puffs and he lets the problems persist, he actually allows them to continue to flourish.  Yet he thought he got exactly what he wanted from all of this and that was to make political points with the electorate.  That is exactly what he got until I uncovered his less than honorable game.

More than a year ago, I mentioned that I believed that if anyone chose 5 people at random from the street or from the telephone directory, those five people would be an improvement, probably a huge improvement over the current people on our Fullerton City Council

download-31-300x141

At the time I was saying that partially in jest.  Now I truly believe that the odds of improving our governance by using such a haphazard and random method would in fact be very great indeed.

Why do I believe this?  Simply because I do not think it is possible to do worse than our current group of selfish, special interest devoted council members.

Why do I continue to point out these incredible inconsistencies with our Council members?  I believe that if enough people knew the truth that we could start to have good government again here in the very corrupt city of Fullerton.

The phony elite politicians and their media supporters mocked the idea that any Republican let alone Donald Trump could defeat Hillary Clinton.  In newspaper and mainstream TV “News” Shows they laughed at the idea of Trump becoming our 45th President.

Well one day real soon our current disingenuous council members will be handed the same stunning defeat, maybe as soon as 2018.

I report, you decide.

Fullerton Planning Commission (Larry Bennett, Peter Gambino, Silber and Dunlap) Once Again Sides with the Special Interests and Ignores the Communities of Sunny Hills Estates and Old Sunny Hills. By Barry Levinson

Barry Levinson

Barry Levinson

I was disappointed but not surprised that the Planning Committee voted for the 32-unit development by Melia Homes on a scant 3.3 acres.  One committee member had the audacity to state that the traffic in and around the Laguna Road Elementary School was not the developer’s problem (but it most definitely should be the city of Fullerton’s problem along with the Fullerton School District).

bennett

Fitzgerald appointee and sock puppet Larry Bennett

By voting for the zoning change the developer is requesting, you are allowing him to make the traffic problems worse.  Therefore, the serious traffic congestion at the beginning and end of each day at Laguna Road School is in fact in part the developer’s problem.   The commissioners are making that property much more valuable to the landowner by voting for the zoning change from office/medical space to attached housing, yet giving him a pass on the added traffic congestion and added parking problems the developer will create for the surrounding neighborhood.   It seems that as commissioners you are not thinking clearly and certainly ignoring the very legitimate concerns of the community.

It is most definitely the city’s responsibility and obligation to make a decision that does not harm any of the residents.  This commissioner along with the other 3 voting for its approval, have abdicated that role.  This project will exacerbate the traffic congestion and the potential for additional accidents in and around the Laguna Road School.

DSC00435

Big developer puppet Silber who hates cars and loves high density with a yes vote on the disastrous DCCSP

Yes it is also a FSD issue but the last time I looked it is in and within the City of Fullerton.  The next traffic injury or death is on the four-committee members, who voted for this (Peter Gambino, Larry Bennett, Silber and Dunlap).  It should be noted that this very important vote was made with 2 of the 7-committee members not in attendance, namely Kevin Pendergraft and Ma‘Ayn Johnson.

DSC00429

Agenda 21 SCAG operative Ma’yaan Johnson voted yes for the DCCSP was a no show on this mess

A committee concerned about doing the right thing would have at least postponed the vote until they could get all of the committee members to actually meet their obligation and duty to represent the good people of Fullerton.   The way this city conducts business is both indefensible and deplorable.

The “Boss” Joe Felz

P.S.  There was not one bit of evidence asked for by the committee or given by Melia Homes that demonstrated that a smaller single-family development was not financially feasible on that 3.3-acre site.  The public did speak to a new single-family development across from Laguna Road School of 7 houses on about 3 acres of land.  That is obviously financially viable but we are to believe the sales BS of Melia Homes that they need a minimum of 32 homes on 3.3 acres to be financially viable, only a short few hundred feet away.   For all the degrees and education represented on this Planning Commission, they sure seem to lack of whole bunch of common sense and objectivity.

Here is the description of the other project from the City of Fullerton.

The project is a residential development that proposes seven single family detached houses on a 2.97 acre lot, with a gross density of 2.57 dwelling units per acre. The lots will range in size from 17,620 square feet to 20,879 square feet. Vehicular access to the houses would be from Laguna Road via gated private drive that would be constructed

THE SELLING OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON PART II By Barry Levinson

Barry Levinson

Barry Levinson

Question:   Why are Mayor Jennifer Fitzgerald and City Manager Joe Felz not being straightforward about their obvious intentions to make it easier for the current landowner to convert the area around and including Polly’s Pies to high-rise high-density apartment complexes via the new tool recently being recommended by the Community Development Director?

Jennifer Fitzgerald became Vice President of Curt Pringle & Associates only after her election to the council

Jennifer Fitzgerald became Vice President of Curt Pringle & Associates only after her election to the council

This new zoning concept is called a Mixed-Use Overlay Zoning Tool.  This would allow the landowners between Chapman and Commonwealth Avenue on the east side of Raymond Avenue to have the right to switch from 100% retail/commercial current zoning to predominantly high-rise high-density housing, which I suspect would increase the value of that property by millions of dollars.  It is good to be the queen and king of Fullerton.

Jennifer Fitzgerald became Vice President of Curt Pringle & Associates only after her election to the council

Jennifer Fitzgerald became Vice President of Curt Pringle & Associates only after her election to the council

Joe Felz responded at the April 19, 2016 Fullerton City Council meeting that it would be very difficult to ever get high-rise development at that location as it would involve many steps including public hearing, and then approval by the Planning Committee and then a public hearing at city council and their approval of the zoning change along with the development project.

felza-150x150  All this would have to happen after Mayor Jennifer Fitzgerald and Council member Doug Chaffee just told us they are committed to helping the landowner to get new retail tenants in that space and keeping that property a viable retail shopping area in the future.

fu

chaffee

Sounds like there is absolutely no way then that this property would be anything but retail going forward.  End of story right…well unfortunately it is only just the beginning of the real story.

felza-150x150-1

Joe Felz knows full well that the process he described above during the 4/19/16 Fullerton Council meeting as it relates to a zoning change for that site is currently under fire by his own Administration.  His own Community Development Director, Karen Haluza

halluza is recommending that the current zoning at that site be permanently replaced with the Mixed-Use Overlay Zone Tool allowing for high-rise high-density development without further zoning changes.

bbbb-300x145

To summarize Fullerton Mayor Jennifer Fitzgerald is saying that the citizen’s have nothing to worry about because the city wants that retail area to remain and is actively helping to get in new tenants.  City manager Joe Felz is telling us also not to worry because there are so many official steps and approvals that this landowner would have to undertake including public oversight before any high-rise development could even potentially happen at that site in Fullerton. However, at the very same time Joe Felz is telling us that it would be a very long and cumbersome official process requiring a number of checks and balances before we could have the possibility of high-rise housing at the Polly Pies site, his Community Development Director, Karen Haluza is recommending to the Planning Commission to approve a Mixed-Use Overlay Zone for 6 specific parcels of land including the one at Polly’s Pies that would allow current landowners to use the property for mix-use development with up to 98% of the property used exclusively for high-rise residential development as part of the proposed revised DCCSP.

DSC00305-300x225

What would you call someone who assures you that there is nothing to worry about when his direct report obviously with his approval and most likely at his direction is trying to accomplish the exact opposite?  I know what I would call such a man…arrogant, deceptive, and not worthy to be our City Manager.

felza-150x150

Therefore, Joe Felz needs to be removed as our City Manager because we need someone who will not make statements he knows are at best deceptive and misleading in nature to the Fullerton public.   Now if the city council majority had any integrity, his removal would be a forgone conclusion. The question I have is the following:  Who on the dais will stand up for the people of Fullerton by not allowing the City Manager and the City Council Majority to get away with spreading misinformation and worse to the general public they are supposed to serve.   For as readers you are starting to realize that it should not have to come down to citizens like myself to point out the chicanery going on at city hall.

Jennifer Fitzgerald became Vice President of Curt Pringle & Associates only after her election to the council

Jennifer Fitzgerald became Vice President of Curt Pringle & Associates only after her election to the council

What would you call a Mayor who assures her constituents that high-rise development by Polly’s Pies is a pipe dream,

while the city is moving full steam ahead to change the zoning to allow for high-rise, high-density development at that exact location?  Would you call Mayor Jennifer Fitzgerald incompetent, delusional or simply in collusion with the City Manager?  I would say whatever your answer, her statements have earned her removal from office.

In fact bringing more high-rise, high-density apartments or condos is exactly what Joe Felz, Jennifer Fitzgerald, Jan Flory and Doug Chaffee appear to want in order to collect the $11,700 per residential unit Park Dwelling Fee/Tax.  This will help them offset at least part of the $2.8 million dollar existing budget deficit as well as part of the millions of additional dollars approved by them via a 6% one-year raise for police and 9% over two-year raise for firemen/women.

12063992_1697233570500142_1750532264_n The city council approved these raises prior to the city having the money necessary to fund these multi-million dollar increases in salaries and benefits.  Where is the concern for the Fullerton taxpayer you may ask?   Based on these actions by a majority of our city council there appears to be no real concern for the Fullerton taxpayer.

DSC00036 Their actions in my opinion do demonstrate a contempt for the good people of Fullerton as these changes will lower the quality of life in Fullerton for its residents while do little if anything to help improve roads, sewers and water systems, etc.

DSC00036  Question:  Why is City Manager Joe Felz not being straightforward in his 4/19/16 council comments denying that he previously stated that it would cost the city 1.3 million dollars a year to reopen the Hunt Branch Library?  He also stated at the same council meeting that the 1.3 million dollar figure to run the Hunt Branch Library was provided by former President of the Fullerton Library Board of Trustees, Ryan Cantor and from Library Director, Maureen Gebelein.  Joe Felz went on to state that he personally had no knowledge about how much it would actually cost to run the Hunt Branch Library.  Yet at the very next Fullerton Library Board of Trustee meeting, it was Trustee Ellen Ballard

DSC00466 who stated that it was Mr. Joe Felz himself that had made a formal detailed presentation at a previous Fullerton Library Board of Trustees meeting on the cost estimates to reopen the Hunts Branch Library.

DSC00176

The hypocrisy of the City of Fullerton Government is apparent to those with open eyes and minds.  At the same time they are proposing to erode the quality of life for its citizens by continuing to approve high-rise, high-density apartments/condos, the City Manager recommended to the Library Board that the city should sell the Hunt Branch Library to Grace Ministries as a sole source bid.

DSC00467

Joe Felz’s mentor former city manager Chris Meyer-library board trustee

So the plan is to keep approving zoning changes to allow for high-rise development while selling the community’s treasured resources such as the Hunt Branch Library.  Well at least we have a vacant piece of city land on Bastanchury Road that could easily be converted to a branch library or a much needed park.  Well guess what the Fullerton Library Board voted to get an appraisal for that piece of property, which would only be asked for if the city were contemplating selling that piece of property as well.

DSC00468

Sean Paden’s campaign manager Ryan Cantor-library board trustee

Yes the City of Fullerton is for sale and the people it will benefit are the special interest groups that have the complete attention and apparently devotion of our city council majority.

I report, you decide.

MASSIVE 300 UNIT HIGH RISE DEVELOPMENT PLANNED FOR WEDNESDAY NIGHT’S PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

NO CITY IN ORANGE COUNTY IS BEING OVERDEVELOPED LIKE FULLERTON IS AND YOU BETTER WAKE UP FOLKS BECAUSE THEY ARE MOVING FAST AND THE COUNCIL WILL PASS THIS IF YOU DON’T GET MAD AS HELL. THEY ARE SELLING US OUT TO THE DEVELOPERS AGENDA 21 STYLE TO PAY FOR THE BLOATED POLICE, FIRE AND CITY EMPLOYEES’ SALARIES, BENEFITS AND PENSIONS.

This is not the city I moved into 19 years ago and their solution is to make it worse! Ladies and gentlemen, what you see happening is all about getting things rammed through without people knowing about it until it is too late.

HERE WE GO AGAIN LADIES AND GENTLEMEN WITH JOB KILLING MASSIVE HIGH RISE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT BEHIND ALL OF YOUR BACKS.

http://docs.cityoffullerton.com/weblink/DocView.aspx?dbid=1&id=589379&page=1&cr=1

AND OF COURSE WHAT DO YOU EXPECT WHEN THE VICE PRESIDENT OF CURT PRINGLE AND ASSOCIATES IS RUNNING AROUND MASQUERADING AS THE MAYOR OF FULLERTON?

Jennifer Fitzgerald became Vice President of Curt Pringle & Associates only after her election to the council

Jennifer Fitzgerald became Vice President of Curt Pringle & Associates only after her election to the council

Well a few weeks ago, the Polly’s Pies location pictured below here in pink

DSC00305-300x225-1

was on the block for a potential 500-600 unit massive development at the Planning commission that Ms. Halluza like to call a mixed use overlay district. At the last city council meeting, the VP of Pringle and Associates masquerading as our mayor denied the existence of the plans in the picture above that was presented at the planning commission meeting.

Well the planning commission voted to delay the project to a date uncertain and bring it back for revision.

We most certainly beat that back because now it looks like they are trying to ram through another monstrosity about a mile due west. It has been said GO WEST YOUNG MAN, GO WEST….

images (18)

NOT TO DISAPPOINT, THAT IS WHAT THEY DID-NOW A MILE TO THE WEST, FAST =TRACKING 300 UNITS PLANNED FOR A FORMER CAR DEALERSHIP. Yes rezoning a commercial property to cram in 300 apartments right next to homes is the model.

Where is all the public notification? Well here are some public notifiers – here we have Jane Rands

Capture

and her pal Jane Reifer

REIRFERWRITING FOR THE FULLERTON PRAVDA AKA THE FULLERTON OBSERVER- These two state that this new version of the DCCSP IS A “STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION“.

Are they out of their minds?

HANDING OVER ALL POWER OVER THE CHECKS AND BALANCES WHEN IT COMES TO DEVELOPMENT TO THE CITY MANAGER ONCE THE DCCSP IS APPROVED IS STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION?

ASIDE FROM WHERE ALL THE WATER IS SUPPOSED TO COME FROM, WHERE ARE ALL THE CARS SUPPOSED  TO GO, WHERE IS ALL THE TRAFFIC SUPPOSED TO BE DIVERTED, WHERE ARE ALL THE CLASSROOMS SUPPOSED TO COME FROM, WHERE ARE ALL THE PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO WORK, AND REALLY NOW, IS THIS JUST ANOTHER ATTEMPT AT RAMMING A HUGE SECTION 8 HOUSING PROJECT TUCKED AWAY SOUTH OF THE TRACKS TO MEET FULLERTON’S AFFORDABLE HOUSING REQUIREMENTS? INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW.

DSC00464

City Manager Joe Felz  pictured at the 2-25-16 Library Board meeting where he tried to PULL OFF AGENDIZING selling the Hunt Branch Library to a Korean Church for a song and a dance behind our backs.

Uncle Jose Felz’s

felza-150x150

creation, the DCCSP will rezone massive areas, get rid of traditional processes which involve commissions and all public input will hurry it the hell up before the residents find out about it. That is the plan.

download (4)

THIS IS MY CITY

So here we have what Ms. Halluza who speaks about and puts nothing in writing defining this mixed use nonsense and throws the words mixed use around to get us to think she means what she says. She speaks about rezoning and mixed use overlays but there is nothing in writing describing exactly what these overlays really are or defining what these rezonings actually will be and yet the planning commission is expected to vote on this?

halluza

What she really means when she refers to a mixed use development is having one building having no retail space at all and the other having a measly 1.5% retail space with 20 parking spaces?  What kind of mixed use is that? What about parking? This mixed use crap is nothing but a ruse to get high density housing through under the radar.

This type of commercial property on the ground floor of a highrise apartment building is nothing but a recipe for a small business loan default, and vacancies in the making. Look around at all of these retail areas downstairs with no parking=THEY ARE ALL OUT OF BUSINESS AND ARE REMAINING EMPTY. THESE ARE THE TOKENS THAT THEY THROW AT THE UNSUSPECTING PUBLIC TO GET YOU TO ACCEPT THE HIGH DENSITY AGENDA 21 PACKEM AND STACKEM HOUSING SCAMS THAT SCAG IS RAMMING DOWN OUR THROATS WITH THE CITY COUNCIL’S BLESSING.

And get this-this mixed use joke of a project is what the plans for Wednesday night refer to as a good example of the types of developments they want to ram through.

Watch the players at the last planning commission meeting as Barry Levinson exposes the scam.

FULLERTON CANNOT CONTINUE TO REZONE ALL THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES INTO HIGH RISE HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS. OUR ROADS ARE PURE CRAP OUR TRAFFIC IS ALREADY A MESS AND FULLERTON NEEDS JOBS LADIES AND GENTLEMEN not more apartments!

SHAME ON THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR PROMOTING THIS AND RUNNING ALL THE BUSINESSES OUT OF TOWN

DEALERSHIP

AND ACCORDING TO A SOURCE TO THE FULLERTON INFORMER, KAREN HALLUZA REFUSES TO RELEASE THE PLANNING COMMISSION’S PRESENTATION ON THE NEW AND IMPROVED DCCSP IN ADVANCE TO THE RESIDENTS. YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL IT IS TOO LATE TO KNOW THE EXACT DETAILS OF WHAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION IS GOING TO BE VOTING ON.

halluza

This is a new trick folks, one fell swoop-rezone and approve and hand the decisions all over to The City Manager-Joe Felz

JOE FELZ IS INTRODUCING TO FULLERTON:  the study session on the new DCCSP

image001-7

felza-150x150-1

Just recently, we the people beat back the horrific College Town plan back for the time being. College town calls for closing the 57 Freeway exits and onramps to Nutwood, closing Nutwood to through traffic, wiping out thriving business that serve southeast Fullerton, adding 12000 more cars a day,4300 high density housing units and the creation of a “parking management district” that is not defined and will bring parking meters to all of Fullerton. THIS THING WAS CHUMP CHANGE COMPARED TO WHAT THEY HAVE PLANNED WITH THIS SO CALLED NEW AND IMPROVED DCCSP.

JUST HOW BAD IS THE DCCSP THAT WAS PASSED TWO YEARS AGO?

How Awful and Corrupt is the Fullerton Downtown Core and Corridor Special Project?

Please let me count the ways as follows: by Barry Levinson

0022320_IMG_6510_009 (1)

1-  It is an undemocratic power grab by one unelected bureaucrat, City Manager Joe (I want to be king)Felz.

felza-150x150-1

2-  It turns the power to vote on individual development projects from the city council with the requirement to allow public comments prior to any vote, to one unelected man, City Manager Joe (I want to be emperor) Felz.

felza-150x150-1

3-  No honest elected city council majority would ever consider giving away their power to decide on numerous future development projects throughout much of the city to an unelected bureaucrat, City Manager Joe (I want to be a dictator) Felz.

felza-150x150

4-  If you think traffic is bad now wait until you add another 50,000-100,000 or more residents with no additional roads or lanes to existing roads. If you do not believe me than look at the million-dollar plan documents. The only traffic improvement called for in the plan is adding one or two roundabouts on Wilshire Avenue.

images (71)

5-  Who do you think might benefit from this project if passed?

Jennifer Fitzgerald became Vice President of Curt Pringle & Associates only after her election to the council

May I suggest to you that Council member Jennifer Fitzgerald (who is also the Vice President of Curt Pringle and Associates)

and her boss along with a host of developers who will be knocking at our City Manager’s door?

as you can see she has switched to mountain dew instead of water

Jennifer Fitzgerald became Vice President of Curt Pringle & Associates only after her election to the council

If Ms. Fitzgerald does not recuse herself from this vote when it comes up, I think rather than recalling her we should just run her out of town.

6-  I of course have not yet mentioned the concern as to where the needed water will come from for the 100,000 additional residents.

images (74)

….under a chemtrailed sky, a crowd has gathered…….

It would seem that the City of Fullerton motto must be that no matter how bad the times are for you and me, there is never a bad time to get more money (tax money) for themselves.

images (76)

Good times come to me now.

After all 80% of every dime in tax money that represents the General Fund, does not go for our streets or our decaying sewers and water system.

images (77)

Fullerton’s ground water replenishment system -patent pending. The entire city with its hundreds of center mile streets will soon be part of a special assessment district. This revolutionary aquifer recharging rainwater collection program perfected by our public works department will be the model for the entire nation as a solution to the lingering pension crisis and ongoing drought .

It goes to our friends at city hall for their salaries and benefits.  We get the crumbs that are remaining.  Yet for Joe Felz and his merry men and women of Fullerton Forest they are eager to take even more from the poor citizens of Fullerton to make sure their stomachs are full and their retirements are merry and pay for it by selling Fullerton off to the developers.

SO WHO PASSED THE DCCSP TWO YEARS AGO THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO REPACKAGE TONIGHT?

kathleen-shanfield

Don’t let the flowers fool you. She voted for the DCCSP IN 2014 and  she did not submit a motion to kill this proposal. Her concern was with air quality. How do you mitigate the pollution from increased gridlocked traffic and 50,000 more cars?

You are here to serve the RESIDENTS of Fullerton.  You are here for us, not the other way around.   Many of you just do not get it. I mean how can you logically even consider bringing this thing back for consideration?

This plan should have NEVER advanced and, if you had any common sense or were here for the benefit of the People, you would know that.  You work for us.  Either do your job or resign.  Never lecture us, again, or put us in a position where we have to fight you for our own rights to live in a healthy community.

DSC00435

DCCSP suppoRting John Silber-HE VOTED FOR THE DCCSP IN 2014-This is one to watch. He thinks Fullerton needs this plan and seems to have a huge problem with the automobile. Well pal, start walking, it might do you some good.

We all know this scam would net the city hundreds of millions in developer fees to keep the out of control pensions and salaries’ gravy train on the tracks and not a peep about the park lands this money will be used for because that is not where it will go. We could have bought Coyote Hills years ago and furnished the darn thing with the endless revenue stream that is now not even ENOUGH TO MEET PAYROLL! Stop participating in planning activities that will destroy our homes and lives here in Fullerton.

This DCCSP supporting city hall sycophant Gambino who voted for the DCCSP in 2014 and thinks we need to bring this back because he is ok with density and we should praise the city staff for wasting almost two million dollars of taxpayer money (yes grants are tax money) on these disasters.

Agenda 21-pack em, stack em, and of course stick it to the taxpayers and the residents. Does she even have a clue what a WiFi prison like this will do the inhabitants? I highly doubt it. Does she have a clue what this will do to the residents? I don’t think she gives a damn, regardless of her phony diatribes. She is an AGENDA 21 S.C.A.G operative and needs to be removed from her position.

Does Ma’Ayn Johnson and the rest of the planning commission understand that cramming massive amounts of people into high density, polluted, congested, unnatural, scientific kill grids where they will be forcibly microwaved and sterilized with ubiquitous wireless infrastructure,

Perhaps Ms. Johnson and the rest for the commission does or perhaps this is truly an indictment of just how dangerous our higher education system really is to our society. If for just that reason alone one can conclude that this repackaged DCCSP is a horrible plan. ANYONE THAT GOES ALONG WITH THIS WITH THIS UNDEMOCRATIC POWER GRAB BY JOE FELZ AND THIS DESTRUCTION OF FULLERTON NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR POSITIONS

Jennifer Fitzgerald and Jan Flory: Ladies night featuring the pre peroxide Pringle puppet with her divorce petition purveying pal

November cannot come soon enough to throw these two out of office. Voting records speak for themselves unless you are a city employee, and then their voting records are music to your ears. It’s ladies night all the time now in Fullerton with these two cheerleaders and that emasculated compromised RINO Royce handing out his endorsements like liquor licenses downtown and all this to act as a cover for the moral and economic decay in our city government. Lights camera action and forget the sex trafficked women in the massage parlors and in the personal adds that Dan Hughes ignores, forget the cops that molest women, frame, maim and murder, we need another feel good meeting.

fitzpringle

Siamese twin voting records Fitzgerald and Flory

Yes folks these two are up for re election in November and there is still time for these two to ruin Fullerton forever if they pass the DCCSP while they block police oversight committee formation in this lala land of law and order where smashed DAR’s preclude a jail house hanging and an innocent man gets executed on TV by some deranged cops and get away with it. And then there is this guy who is chomping at the bit to ram massive development through and these two work for him.

felza-150x150-1

Yes Fitzpringle won’t disclose her client list with Pringle and Associates while she votes to block an independent audit committee on the City Council while she sits on the FJUHSD bond oversight committee, the second gargantuan FJUHSD taxpayer ripoff in 10 years while overseeing the forcing of wireless radiation into every classroom in the entire district while ignoring 3 years of presentations and thousands of scientific studies on how dangerous wireless in schools is.

jen

Oh yes its ladies night every night when their platform is pure deficit spending, ignoring real issues, massive, horrific Agenda 21 development projects that will ruin Fullerton forever that enrich their bosses, lavish benefits and salary increases for the already overpaid greedy police and fire union employees just so they can get re elected, and of course cell towers and WiFi Transmitters on every light pole everywhere for the forced irradiation of the population as they shut your water off because of the 100,000 more people they want to bring in to Fullerton with College Town and the DCCSP. Ladies and gentlemen, in my opinion, they can’t be thrown out soon enough.

DSC00036

When is this guy gonna give it up? The emperor has no clothes. It doesn’t cost $105,000 a month to run paid for building full of books.

Don’t get me wrong, but come on and look who is paying attention, and it certainly isn’t the three stooges that vote together to screw the taxpayers every chance they get. These three amigos have ignored every issue ever brought before them for three years that had any real significance and in exchange, foisted babble on about trite crap to hoodwink the voters. They really pander to the women’s groups so the demise of the city feels like a day spa session while the front ends of everyone’s cars jump up and down on the busted up roads like a five year old on a trampoline as they cross the Fullerton city line as they wait in secret to double Fullerton’s population with the DCCSP and all with no water hoping you will never find out about it until its too late.

joe

You know the ones that appoint rubber stamp hacks to city commissions and pass deficit spending left and right while ignoring the third world roads and water mains. Yeah they want to add 100,000 more residents so they can balance the holes in the budget with the $11,700 per unit developer fees that they voted to put there in the first place with their votes to give away the farm to the city employees with money they don’t even have. Well we aint swallerin that and well, anyways, you know what they say about those who can’t look you in the eye.  By the way, this union hack tool Chaffee is another problem to be dealt with in the following election cycle.

Well at least we finally might have possibly figured out what is wrong with Jencurt Fitzpringle-I believe it is the brominated vegetable oil, sucralose, halide, aspartame and metal poisoning going straight down her gazoo up on the dias on a regular basis.

Check her out chugging down a Diet Dew-right before I opened up another Tuesday night special can of worms on this Royce Hack and Pringle Puppet.

As far as Jan Flory, I believe we might have figured out what is wrong with her as well.

The mush is mixed with powdered preservatives such as sodium nitrite, msg, sodium erythrobate, hydrolyzed protiens, ammonia, flavourings, red colouring and drenched in water before being squeezed into plastic tubes to be cooked and packaged.

It is a disgusting process, for the hot dog is arguably the ultimate in processed, industrial food. Remember you are what you eat.

The next issue will deal with brass knuckle Doug so stay tuned.

Ladies and gentlemen, I don’t care if these people are your neighbors, drinking buddies or you buy girl scout cookies from their kids. Public office carries tremendous responsibility that is not to be abdicated to the highest bidders. Fitzpringle’s and Fluoride’s voting records speak for themselves. They are unacceptable and you cannot ignore them.

If we remove just one of them and install me, Fullerton can be spared the fate of fiscally failing cities like Glendale or Los Angeles that are flanked by busted up roads, gridlock and high rise housing as far as the eye can see. Get these people out of our city government.

I stand up for the residents even when no one is looking ladies and gentlemen, and I will continue to do so.

Rotten to the core-Fullerton’s core corridor proposed fast track back door road to an urban nightmare.

THIS WILL BE VOTED ON IN THE NEAR FUTURE UNLESS WE STOP THEM. THEY ARE TRYING TO RAM THIS THROUGH BEHIND OUR BACKS

Cameron Irons “Core and Corridor is a good thing. Read about it beyond Facebook posts. Current system benefits insiders who lobby each project on its own.” NOW IF THAT ISN’T THE POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK I DON’T KNOW WHAT IS!
