Barry Levinson hits it out of the park warning Fullerton residents of the impending collapse of the City’s finances

Killer cops suing for their jobs back,

FPD-s Cicinelli’ “I smashed his (Kelly Thomas’s) face to hell…..”

FPD’s Wolfe who took homerun swings with his baton to Kelly Thomas’s legs.

Ed Royce ruined Fullerton with his lame, phony hacks who stack the council for decades,

Ed Royce ruined Fullerton with years of endorsing total sellouts

Bankhead, Jones and “I hired them all” McKinley

$100-$200 million or more in missing money, yes the audit is coming, roads in ruin, corrupt politicians, corrupt police, corrupt officials, fat pigs at the trough, Fullerton heading into bankruptcy and taxes galore are coming and worse. Yes Barry and I have been telling you so and you say it isn’t so? Think again. All the crooked players came out to play Tuesday night like usual and so did we, to tell it like it is and to call them all out and introduce them to all of you for who they really are and what they have collectively done to destroy this community. We will continue until they build enough oversize jail cells to house them all in and they fix our roads. We want justice and we want our money back.

For most of the last 3 or 4 decades, Republican Fullerton Council members have been the majority on our council. Yet we are close to bankruptcy with deficits and unfunded pension and retiree health care liabilities in the hundreds of millions facing us the Fullerton taxpayers. Drastic measures will have to be taken in the form of increased taxes, reduction in services or maybe a cutback in the insane level of taxpayer funder pensions and retiree health care. Since the last option is the hardest to achieve thanks to our crooked state representatives and the basically bought and paid for city council (via union campaign contributions), we can expect a combination of increased taxes and reduced services in the near future. Since the current level of services especially in the form of maintaining our infrastructure is at deplorably substandard levels, additional cuts will be very painful. In other words we the taxpayers will be paying more for less! Would you as a consumer go into a restaurant that proclaims that they can only give you a half portion but will charge double the price of a full portion. That is exactly what we the good citizens of Fullerton can expect very shortly. I think the term Hillary Clinton used is very appropriate for our city council. They are the “deplorables”.

Bankhead and Jones along with Flory gave us a retroactive huge spike in safety (police and fire) pension costs allowing all of them to retire as early as 50 years of age with 30 years of service at 90% of their final pay! So if you worked 30 years when this passed you were allowed to hand in your retirement papers at 50 and get this incredibly large bump up retroactively. And Bankhead told us it would not cost the taxpayers an additional penny for this huge increase in pension liability. Thanks Don Bankhead and Dick Jones for either being the most financially illiterate council members on record or maybe for just plain lying to us. With Jones and Bankhead they may have been that stupid. That stupid duo served the City of Fullerton for a combined 40 plus years.

And what additional could be said about Patrick McKinley that has not already been said other than Jennifer Fitzgerald considers Pat and his wife very good friends.

Nelson the guy who tried to force a homeless shelter next to an elementary school with many special needs children and offered the sales commission to a good supporter rather than do it the proper way, i.e. allow it to be a competitive bid process. Now he wants to be a judge over us. Heaven help anyone who has to appear before this guy.

What can I say about the three so-called conservative Republican phonies on the dais…Fitzgerald, Whitaker and Sebourn. Before Sebourn and Fitzgerald decided to run for office they use to be registered Democrats….not surprising and then their is the cowardly lion, Bruce Whitaker. Maybe the biggest disappointment ever to hold the office of council member. Yes Mr. Levinson was right to thank Ed Royce for his involvement in screwing up Fullerton.

Same Barry Levinson who demanded – and is probably not done demanding – that the City of Fullerton spend god-knows-how much money on an unwinnable defense of his stupid “child safety” ordinance so that he can keep unwanted residents out of his neighborhood?

Yea, increased taxes and reduced services for all is fine and dandy as long as they are only painful for others and Mr. Levinson gets his way…. people like that, they are the hypocrites.

Kramer you are a complete and total financial illiterate. Enforcing just one of thousands of laws will not have any significant impact on city spending. To state this assumption as a fact shows you again to either be a complete and total financial illiterate or another one of the phony, corrupt City of Fullerton establishment types throwing out more garbage with the hope that one of your bogus statements gains traction. Again another phony who attacks me falsely without the courage to give out his/her real name.

Man, you just get butt hurt so easily, don’t you?

This is clearly about the inevitable lawsuit the city would have to defend to support your ordinance. That’s expensive, even if you are right about it being legal.

Maybe a little less rage. Go for a run. Take a vacation. Do whatever it is you need to do to not blow a gasket every single time you get a tiny bit of criticism.

      • #7 by Kramer on February 8, 2018 - 3:59 pm

Not a chance about it being legal – certain to be expensive. Ask any number of cities in So Cal. The most definitive being the City of Adelanto who was told in no uncertain terms that it is unconstitutional to attempt to restrict the residence of a person not on parole. Which would include BL’s clevery worded ordinance. Which was worded so for his personal benefit, no less.

    • #8 by Kramer on February 8, 2018 - 4:11 pm

I did not attack you, and certainly not falsely. I am merely showing you where you are wrong and pointing out your raging hypocrisy. And no, I won’t use my real / full name, as you are a vengeful person with friends in high places. I have no doubt you would unleash them to get your way or your revenge.

Sorry, but that is how you, oh great protector of children, come across.

By the way did you notice the city video. When the Public Comment segment of the meeting started, the camera lighting faltered. The speakers were in the shadows. So much for the hundreds of thousands of dollars spent a year or so ago on a supposed start of the art video and audit system for our City Council meetings.

Anonymous any possible lawsuit concerning the Child Sex Offender Ordinance would never amount to even 10% of the cost already spent on bad police behavior with millions more to be spent in the very near future. And the law I helped get passed would actually do some good as opposed to police officers committing felonies and other abuses against the public. Where did that 100 million plus go that other neighboring cities spent on roads and other infrastructure? That is the question I am asking and if you were not a total city establishment sellout you would be asking that question as well. Fullertonians these are the kinds of people running and supporting those who run our city. Scary isn’t it!

Pedophile protectors can’t see the forest for the trees.

      • #12 by Kramer on February 8, 2018 - 4:06 pm

Why don’t you look up the meaning of the word “pedophile” and its place in the California Penal Code and get back to me…

    • #13 by Kramer on February 8, 2018 - 4:05 pm

Agreed – any monies wasted on attempting to defend that ridiculous “child safety” ordinance would be peanuts compared to the monies wasted on things like rogue cops. Nevertheless, it is entirely unnecessary to have this ordinance in the first place, and certainly to fight it in court.

@Barry Levinson – What “good” did your law do – other than help you get rid of your neighbor? That is the question I am asking.

And by demanding that tax payer monies be spent, no, be WASTED, on a certain futile fight in the courts – again, for your personal benefit – you lose the right to criticize the financial (mis)management in this city (which certainly exists).

      Just my thoughts….

It is so so incredible to witness such rudeness on the part of Jennifer Fitzgerald and Bruce Whitaker. In the middle of my public comments at last nights council meeting, Whitaker leans over to Fitzgerald who leans toward him and they carry on a little private conversation.

What is also so telling is that privately for years Whitaker would comment to me and others on how much he despises Fitzgerald and how horribly she behaves during the council’s closed door sessions.

But phony Bruce has no problem cozying up to her while he is supposed to be paying attention to the public speakers before them. I guess they both can not display any decorum toward the public for even a lousy three minutes. Hail Whitaker and Fitzgerald, the King and Queen of rudeness and arrogance.

No Kramer it was worded to pass constitutional muster and so far no Ca. ruling has impacted my repealed ordinance.

All the others that had constitutional issues was because it restricted all sex offenders not just child sex offenders. One case I believe in San Diego, the judge ruled that he saw no connection between schools and parks and all sex offenders. He said the ban was too broad and the ruling may have been different if it covered a more precise sex offender population which is exactly what my ordinance did Kramer. I read every single court case on this issue throughout the whole state of California Kramer. I have no crystal ball going forward but at least I report the truth and the facts about this ordinance to the good people of Fullerton and beyond. And lastly I will never apologize or back down for protecting children over sick and very disturbed pedophiles.

gas the motherfucking child molesters and televise it.

Kramer is a total fraud. He states he will not give out his name because Mr. Levinson has a lot of friends in high places. Name one person in a high political office that Mr. Levinson has strong connections with or influence over Kramer.
