College Town delayed and Ma’Ayn Johnson,The Fitzgerald appointed Agenda 21 SCAG senior regional planner operative on the Fullerton Planning commission.

The residents beat this horrific College Town plan back for now. College town calls for closing the 57 Freeway exits and onramps to Nutwood, closing Nutwood to through traffic, wiping out thriving business that serve southeast Fullerton, adding 12000 more cars a day,

4300 high density housing units and the creation of a “parking management district” that is not defined and will bring parking meters to all of Fullerton.

Introducing  Ma’Ayn Johnson who is The Fitzgerald appointed SCAG senior regional planner Agenda 21 operative on the Fullerton Planning commission. As the planning commission chairperson back in 2014, she voted to pass The HORRIFIC DCCSP  that is ten times worse than College Town. Here is the link to the DCCSP on my site or the DCCSP on the City’s site

Meet The SCAG senior regional planner who wants to stack em and pack em into ten story tall WiFi prisons as they shut off our water and continue with the geoengineered drought- Ma’Ayn Johnson. Listen as she starts out insulting lifetime Fullerton residents and then tries to put her arm around the audience in attempts to put them back to sleep for round two of her Agenda 21 indoctrination when they will try to resurrect this disaster and ram it through again at a date uncertain just like the DCCSP which is ten times larger and more disastrous than this project.

Watch as residents protesting the destruction of their homes, property values and quality of life are accused of being combative, uncivil, threatening and harassing. I have heard it all. A million dollars in tax money later, lifetime residents are being assaulted by city plans to destroy their quality of life in a threatening and harassing way. It is called College Town ladies and gentlemen. While we are forced to kill our lawns and gardens, they want to put thousands of ten story high rise housing units in after they shut down the freeway access to Nutwood, divert all the traffic into our residential neighborhoods and intersections that are already so bad that they can never be mitigated, run out all the grocery stores out of town,

Implementing UN Directed Agenda 21 for a living first the DCCSP and now what?

and claim to remediate increased air pollution with filters in the apartments? How the heck do you filter out the carbon monoxide from 12,000 more cars a day?

Ma’Ayn Johnson, must view herself as Queen Bee (QB) of Fullerton.  She delivered an imperious diatribe at the very end of the meeting in which she told off the residents.  In her words, they were out of order.  QB was there to set the residents straight by reprimanding them.  Forget the fact that the planning commission was considering a plan that would destroy many of their homes they had lived in for decades, that would make the traffic even more impossible than it already was.

QB also schooled us on her view of the world.   We had better listen, because she says it is so:  there will be growth, no matter what.  We get it, growth no matter what.  Can anyone get through to this person that overgrowth, is a possibility and when that happens, it destroys the community?  Apparently, she knows better than all of the residents and she will tell us because according to Agenda 21, the compact cities will be the only places you will be able to live as 95% of the United States remains open rural space.

Don’t let the flowers fool you. She voted for the DCCSP and  she did not submit a motion to kill this proposal. Her concern was with air quality. How do you mitigate the pollution from increased gridlocked traffic and 12000 more cars?

You are here to serve the RESIDENTS of Fullerton.  You are here for us, not the other way around.   Many of you just do not get it. I mean how can you logically even consider bringing this thing back for consideration?

This plan should have NEVER advanced and, if you had any common sense or were here for the benefit of the People, you would know that.  You work for us.  Either do your job or resign.  Never lecture us, again, or put us in a position where we have to fight you for our own rights to live in a healthy community.

DCCSP supproting John Silber-This is one to watch. He thinks Fullerton needs this plan and seems to have a huge problem with the automobile. Well pal, start walking.

We all know this scam would net the city about 40 million in developer fees to keep the out of control pensions and salaries’ gravy train on the tracks and not a peep about the parklands this money will be used for because that is not where it will go. We could have bought Coyote Hills years ago with the endless revenue stream that is now not even ENOUGH TO MEET PAYROLL! Stop participating in planning activities that will destroy our homes and lives here in Fullerton.

This DCCSP supporting city hall sycophant Gambino thinks we need to bring this back because he is ok with the density and we should praise the city staff for wasting almost a million dollars of taxpayer money (yes grants are tax money) on this disaster.

Homeowners be damned, CSUF must grow!  So saith our overlord, Ms. Ma’Ayn Johnson.

Johnson’s mantra back in 2014 at the DCCSP hearing where she moved the motion to pass-“The DCCSP is not the cause of increased density…..Here in 2016 she is at it again.

“We are going to keep growing”  —  Yes, and destroy resident’s property values and quality of life.  Is that what the QB means?

What an Agenda 21 tool, as if you can never pack so many people in so that you have created an overcrowded environment and why when according the census bureau, 95% of the United States is rural open space.

The CT Plan:  “it looks good on paper”  WHAT?  I guess if you don’t mind unbearable gridlock and total degradation of communities.

The Register’s Lou Ponsi who makes these s look good on paper too. He has been soft peddling these disasters for years when he is not running cover for the corrupt Fullerton Police department and city hall cabal.

“I would rather have the students live here.”  Is she insane?  As if it doesn’t matter that there is no more room, QB “would rather the students live here.”  Why, when all the residents are already telling her and the rest of the Commission that it is overcrowded.  Is she a deaf QB?

Remember, this was the meeting where several hundred residents showed up to tell the Planning Commission “no” on College Town.  What was at stake for the residents? I mean if the students can’t afford a parking permit, how the heck are they going to afford an apartment at College Town?

Establishment hack and city hall sycophant Larry Bennett who headed the group that tried to stop the Fullerton Recall, tries to act concerned for the residents.

Devalued properties

Significantly adverse impact to air quality, traffic, pedestrian deaths, cyclist deaths and people dying in the ambulances stuck in traffic that this will create.

Ma’ Ayn Johnson thinks Cal State Fullerton can do whatever they want. Yeah right. I guess she never read a maximum occupancy sign on the wall in her entire life.

Agenda 21-pack em, stack em, and of course stick it to the taxpayers and the residents. Does she even have a clue what a WiFi prison like this will do the inhabitants? I highly doubt it. Does she have a clue what this will do to the residents? I don’t think she gives a damn, regardless of her phony diatribe.

Does Ma’Ayn Johnson understand that cramming massive amounts of people into high density, polluted, congested, unnatural scientific kill grids where they will be forcibly microwaved and sterilized with ubiquitous wireless infrastructure,  forcibly vaccinated with toxins, sterilants,  and cancer viruses, drugged with dosed chemically laced water, force fed GMO foods with no room to grow their own, sprayed from above with aerosolized metallic nanoparticle and piezo electric geoengineering compounds while their brains are turned to mush by the TV screens everywhere is playing right into the hands of the demonic social engineers that are hell bent on depopulation WHILE 95 PERCENT OF THE UNITED STATES IS ALREADY RURAL OPEN SPACE? Perhaps she does or perhaps this is truly an indictment of just how dangerous our higher education system really is to our society. If for just that reason alone one can conclude that College Town is a horrible plan.

This project will be back, and you know what? So will we.

Stay vigilant Fullerton.

Thanks for a well written overview of where we stand and how we must stay vigilant against the SCAG/ ICLEI Agenda 21 goals. I’m doing what I can to get the word out.

Thank you Joe! I’m also doing what I can to raise awareness. We cannot wait until another election to stop the plans already in progress.

I never thought Fullerton was perfect. But I also never expected this kind of ambush. It has always been apparent that the people count for nothing. To be suspicious of those guys and their motives means you are thinking very I intelligently.volunteers my ass. They profit one way or another. Eminent domain scare me. That’s what it all might come to. If we won’t give it up, they’ll take it away from us. They’re stealing our lives, our well being in the future.

    • #4 by Fullerton Lover on February 13, 2016 - 7:27 am

Until I started attending these meetings myself, I felt the same way.

That’s also why I started taping the meetings that I attended, because I thought that no one would possibly believe the level of contempt that the residents were treated by those people that we thought represented us.

A picture, especially a moving one, is truly worth a gazillion words.

      Please WAKE UP FULLERTON!!!!!

Tell your neighbors and get them involved via social media and attending city council meetings and VOTING in the election in November to chase these scallywags out of office where they are doing great harm to not only YOUR future, their also stealing your CHILDRENS future through the wireless computers in their classrooms radiating their reproductive organs every weekday, for at least six hours per day.

Yes anyone who disagrees with the man hating Napoleonic tripped out wanna be primadonnas over the cops murdering people, the phony accounting, raping of the taxpayers or just flat out destroying what is left of the city is called a bully, or accused of threatening, harassing, intimidating or even framed by the police when in fact it is the other way around. They are the ones harassing, intimidating, threatening and bullying. Too bad it isn’t going to work anymore. Theie pathetic childish machinations may work on the mental midget insecure phony RINO coffee clutch crowd, but they will be far outnumbered in November. They cannot stop the truth from getting out to the residents and getting people like Fitzgerald, Flory, Chaffee and their sycophants thrown out on their asses so they can’t damage this city anymore than they already have.

Hhmmm interesting perspective. I’m sure it will get you thousands of votes. Let me ask you this Joe. Do you believe in imprecatory prayer? I know that Wiley Drake, a man you revere, certainly does. What about you?

Have you ever read the Bible? Lets get back to College Town, SCAG, Agenda 21 and Ms Johnson shall we? You can go to one of these phony churches with a cell tower on it for your theological debates.

              • #14 by Anonymous on February 19, 2016 - 12:39 pm

You do some pretty hardcore name calling Joe. Your tone is often quite venomous. As a man running for city council, I would think you would have nothing to hide and be totally transparent. You’ve provided commentary on this very website on other churches in town and named specific people and institutions that you believe to essentially be sinners. So I think a question on whether or not you believe in imprecatory prayer is quite valid and voters have a right to know where you stand.

                • #15 by Joe Imbriano on February 19, 2016 - 9:21 pm

First of all, let’s define imprecatory prayer. To imprecate means “to invoke evil upon or curse” one’s enemies. King David, the psalmist most associated with imprecatory verses such as Psalm 55:15, 69:28, and 109:8, often used phrases like, “may their path be dark and slippery, with the angel of the LORD pursuing them” (Psalm 35:6) and “O God, break the teeth in their mouths; tear out the fangs of the young lions, O LORD!” (Psalm 58:6).

Psalms 7, 35, 55, 58, 59, 69, 109, and 139 were written by David to ask God to bring judgment upon his enemies. (The other two imprecatory psalms, 79 and 137, were written by Asaph and an unknown psalmist.) These prayers were written not so much to exact revenge upon one’s enemies, but rather to emphasize God’s abhorrence of evil, His sovereignty over all mankind, and His divine protection of His chosen people. Many of these prayers were prophetic and could be seen taking place later in the New Testament in actual historical events.

When David prayed for God to shatter the teeth of his enemies, likening them to young lions pursuing him to his death, he was making the point that God is holy, righteous, and just, and He will ultimately judge the wicked for the evil they do. Jesus quoted some of the imprecatory psalms during His earthly ministry. In John 15:25, Jesus quotes Psalm 35:19 and 69:4, and Paul did so as well in Romans 11:9-10, which is a quote of Psalm 69:22-23. Since Jesus and Paul quoted verses from these imprecatory psalms, it proves those psalms were inspired by God and removes all doubt that they were sinful or simply selfish prayers of revenge.

So what is your opinion on the 1 million dollars that was spent cooking up College Town and what is your opinion on the Agenda 21 SCAG operative on the planning comission Ms. Johnson ramming through the DCCSP?

      • #16 by Anonymous on February 18, 2016 - 12:48 pm

So here is a man who expects to get elected to public office in Fullerton, so what does he do?
He refers to residents as “mental midget insecure phony RINO coffee clutch crowd,” slams other churches in town by calling them phony, slams the Love Fullerton movement which has now expanded to several cities and has served tens of thousands of under-served residents, and slams the nonprofit “All the Arts for All the Kids” program which has raised enough money to be able to provide art and music programs throughout the school district through private donations and zero cost to taxpayers for several years. In other words, he has insulted virtually every voter in the city.
        Good strategy!

        • #17 by Joe Imbriano on February 18, 2016 - 3:20 pm

I refer specifically to the ” mental midget insecure phony RINO coffee clutch crowd ” that has given us the likes of Royce, Nelson, Bankhead, McKinley, Jones, Young Kim and now as Fullerton is about to be destroyed by Pringle puppet RINO hack phony conservative Jennifer Fitzgerald with projects like the DCCSP that could add 100,000 more people to Fullerton and the rest of her bankrupting deficit spending liberal voting record.

Love Fullerton is another non profit cash register. DONATE DONATE DONATE all over their site. The group does not serve tens of thousands of under served residents, it mobilizes hundreds of people to clean up government parks, buildings, wash police cars, hand out water bottles, repair schools and playgrounds, and uses parents to do teachers jobs and funnels more money into more non profits while aiding and abetting the social service kidnapping rings. Oh yeah they will paint an old ladies house and clean out a ditch. Stop embellishing the feel good fraud while Rome burns. This is just a smoke screen to cover for all the dissappearing money from the pews, the mismanaged school districts and city hall and a catharsis for the guilt ridden deniers failure to act on the most pressing issues of our time that have been discussed at length on this site

I do indeed slam all of these phony churches that did nothing when the police murdered people ( yes plural), when the murderers walked, as the children are being taught absolute lies in school as they are irradiated as these phony churches do nothing but steal everyone’s money while their finances are top secret and pay no taxes and have zero effect on what ever else really matters. Bibles are available in multiple languages and translations at the 99 cent store and dollar tree. Give your money to people that need it, not these rip off artists.

I slammed the Fullerton school district, not the all the arts for the kids program. I slammed the school district, its lackeys, its sycophants and its board members for forcing video game based learning, the total lies of evolution, moral relativism, perversion, junk science, and yes sterilizing students with the forced wireless microwave exposure as they ignore thousands of studies that warn against their evil behavior, forced vaccination of children and brain damaging and algorithm developing common core while their evil wireless technology program forces tens of thousands of students, families and siblings into cancer causing wireless microwave melatonin disrupting insomnia, and internet and wireless device addictions that is ruining their lives.

I have only insulted those that live or believe a lie. There are 140,000 people in Fullerton and they will be exposed to the truth. Unlike the cowards in the phony media, those in the phony coffee clutches, clergy or in office, win or lose, I can’t lose because I get to keep telling the truth regardless of what side of the dais I am on unlike all those who have a Pringle pitchfork up their backsides, an Ed Royce rope around their necks or a union gagball jammed in their mouths. November will reveal whether or not Fullerton is ready for the truth.

The truth will set you free.

That’s the problem with people like Joe and Barry and Bushala and Travis and the few that try to buy and take down city hall. They get so butt hurt when someone speaks their contrary views, but they want DannyBoy to listen to their views? and Joe to listen to their views? You starting to get the point here? 7. #32 by Fullerton Resident on February 17, 2016 - 1:57 pm

When the city hierarchy has control over all employee salaries and benefits you have undemocratic socialism.

Why? The politicians are bought by the police and fire unions and agree to spend taxpayer monies that are not currently available in exchange for campaign cash and support.
The federal reserve has been afraid to raise interest rates from 0 for the last 4 years because they can’t meet the desired inflation rate of 2 percent. But a city with a 2.8 million dollar deficit, roads from hell and a water and sewer system to match says no problem to 6% raises for police and probably the same for fire. Undemocratic socialism used to be called communism. Where the government apparatus runs everything without input from the common man and woman. But wait you say, in communism there are not free elections. But I say almost everyone running for city council is corrupt, we too no longer have truly free elections either. We did win the cold war but they are winning the war of fundamentally changing the American way of life. Either wake up and speak out or accept this is as the new norm. The amount of time that we have to make the necessary changes to restore our representative democracy is fading fast.

Joe, you have used the phrase “phony churches” many times, both on this blog and from the podium in city council meetings. As a candidate for the council, can you tell us specifically which churches in town you believe are phony? If you win a seat on the council, what would you do about these churches?

      • #39 by Anonymous on February 22, 2016 - 10:26 am

Did not hear you mention a specific church. So I’ll ask again. Specifically, which churches in town do you believe to be phony? And what, if anything, do you plan to do about it?

        • #40 by Reality Is..... on February 23, 2016 - 9:04 am

Yes, and they better get used to it, especially if they plan to run for office. As you have mentioned, Reality Is, Travis Kieger found this out right away. It’s always easy to attack and criticize an elected official from the podium or from behind a computer screen. It’s Politics 101. But let’s see how you fare when you are on the receiving end of criticism and have to just sit there and take it. I know for a fact that Travis was shaking in his boots from his council seat after insulting MADD and having victims of drunk drivers show up at a council meeting and call him out, or when he attempted to have the police department replaced. I mention this, not to relive the past, but to make a point. I believe in my heart of hearts that residents the likes of Mr. Imbriano think the majority of voters share the same radical beliefs as he does. And when you make blanket statements that essentially insult large groups of citizens that include churches, nonprofits and women’s groups, you better be ready to face the music (assuming you get elected to begin with).

I know for a fact, the majority of Fullerton voters DO NOT share my views. Did it occur to you that is precisely why these operatives have been able to bankrupt this place and drive it into ruin? No one has a clue about what is really going on behind the scenes. It is all coming out now for people to see.

The time has come for people to be told the truth about who has in the past and who is presently working to continue to ruin our city. It will be up to the voters to break their conditioning or remain on their merry go round.

Until now, they have never been given a choice with the false dichotomy of the Royce and Nelson RINO hacks and the Union hacks that have worn out the chairs on the dais for decades while Fullerton dies on the vine.

Another question or two for you Joe.
Do you feel that calling people names – “Sex Ed Silva,” “Fitzpringle,” “Queen Bee” – is rather childish?
If you win a seat on the council, would you continue to levy insults and engage in silly name calling?

    • #48 by Reality Is..... on February 23, 2016 - 9:03 am

Good point. Especially since Barry just emphasized how important it is to say the same things off the dais as when you are on the dais. Hmmmmmm

      • #49 by Joe Imbriano on February 23, 2016 - 9:50 am

When I get elected, I will continue to call a spade a spade and believe me, these are not insults, these are factual statements. Sex Ed Silva is her name because that is what she is all about-corrupting students, abortion, perversion, big government. She put it in writing and mailed to every home in the 65th district. She is disgusting.

Fitzpringle-heck she is the right hand man for the guy who sells influence. Come on you can do better than that, How about Jan Flouride who sits on the water board as they dose our water and dry us out?

        • #50 by Reality Is..... on February 23, 2016 - 10:09 am

Good luck with having that mindset and attitude if you get elected. Travis had that attitude too and he was gone before he took his first piss off the dais.

        • #51 by Anonymous on February 23, 2016 - 10:46 am

It comes across as mean spirited, venomous, arrogant and imature and quite frankly, detracts from any legitimate points you wish to be made. Voters would probably feel the same way. You may want to spend some money for a consultant before real campaigning begins lest you’ll garner no support or money.

        • #52 by Anonymous on February 23, 2016 - 12:40 pm

Also might want to re-think your attitude towards women. You seem to have a negative opinion towards them. You might not see it but it is quite obvious in the way you speak.
In general, you seem to alienate yourself from huge segments of the voting public with your religious beliefs and caustic tone. There are about 80,000 registered voters in Fullerton. I suspect that close to half are women. They wield collective power and are not a group you want to piss off. You may believe everyone thinks the way you do, but I can assure you, they do not.

          • #53 by Anonymous on February 23, 2016 - 3:32 pm

Oh, please!!! What is this?!! Did Reality Is call for some back ups here? So, Reality Is and couple of his minions don’t have nothing better to do but to bash Joe. LOL…You guys are really getting desperate, aren’t ya? Well, if you don’t like the truth, then leave!!! You’re obviously here because you’re afraid Joe’s message is getting out there and being heard by the good people of Fullerton. I can assure you, not everyone thinks like you either.

            • #54 by Anonymous on February 23, 2016 - 5:01 pm

Just trying to pass along some friendly advice. If Joe wants to continue to do exactly what he’s doing, then be my guest. But come November, we’ll see who thinks like who. (By the way, Joe still hasn’t told us specifically which churches he believes to be phony).

…I think it’s the hypocrites which inhabit a church and use the congregants as political points/pawns to further their political careers as the most objectionable.

Start with the one with the $25,000 dollar a day habit and the big parking structure and then move out to the ones with all the cell towers. You know all this love thy neighbor business. You get the point.

Even if Joe doesn’t win, we will continue to see him and be ‘informed’ of what’s going on with Fullerton. He’s a sheepdog and that’s what we all need.
And, why are you so fixated on wanting to know which church he’s referring to? So you can go back and tell your so-called ‘friends’ not to vote for him because he referred to ‘their’ church as phony? You are just like all those corrupt city officials. You must have voted for Quirk-Silva, Fitzgerald, and Flory.

What Reality Is goal is to distract the audience from the truth and the facts presented on this website. Fact after fact within post after post, Reality Is and his buddies can’t run away fast enough from the truth.

They know that they have no basis to argue with the facts, so they name call, lie, misrepresent and act like spoiled rotten little mean children. If you state the obvious such as paying a police officer 90% of his/her pay from the age of 50 to 80 spells financial ruin they claim you are anti-cop. No I am pro Fullertonian. You are the ones who are anti-Fullertonians. You could care less that you are bankrupting the city leaving us with 100 year old sewer system and roads that even a stagecouch might find substandard.

Mr. Levinson always provides facts to back up his assertions. Reality Is never uses any facts to support his outlandish claims.

I see you have not responded to the questions I asked you a few days ago. Reality is all bluster and no substance. I have repeated those questions below to make it so so easy for Reality Is to respond. Of course he will not. He constantly attacks Mr. Imbriano and Mr. Levinson. They have the integrity and courage to speak their minds. You Reality Is will not identify yourself, nor up to this point in time answer any questions about yourself. Who should the readers believe?

Are you a current or former Fullerton Police Officer of Fireman?

Why are you on this site day and night, since you never add any content or facts to the discussion?

Awesome! Pretty easy to talk crap like that from behind a keyboard. Let’s see you call council members names to their faces, or from the podium. Or better yet, if you participate in the candidate forums (which, incidentally are hosted by the League of Women Voters), let’s see if you refer to the other candidates by these childish names. Let’s see if you’ll go on the record, right here and now on your own blog, and promise to utter these exact names in council meetings and other pubic forums. I say you don’t have the guts.

College town will ruin southeast Fullerton and feed the Student Loan default disaster like a bunch of cornfed stoned pigs at the trough.

Sure wreck Fullerton so some teachers and staff can expand their benefits at the expense of the residents. The college compensation model, like all other government employment scams is totally unsustainable and requires massive enrollment and fee increases to sustain it.

Think about this. Student loan debt held by borrowers participating in either income-based repayment (IBR) or pay as you earn (PAYE) programs – has exploded from $52.2 billion in 3Q 2013 up to $188.2 billion today – a stunning 30-month increase of 260.5%! IBR and PAYE programs allow student loan borrowers to limit their monthly debt payments to only 10% of their discretionary income – with discretionary income defined as all income exceeding 150% of the Federal Poverty Line.

A very disturbing 43.4% of student loan borrowers entering repayment today are currently within 150% of the Federal Poverty Line. See for yourself by clicking here! These individuals are now being allowed to not make any monthly payments – yet never go into official default!

If they successfully manage to pay $0 per month for 20 years straight – their remaining student loan principle plus interest will be totally forgiven! Ultimately, all U.S. citizens will suffer from the inevitable $1 trillion+ in student loan losses – when the Federal Reserve is forced to monetize them on the public – causing a continuation of America’s long and steady decline in standard of living through inflation!

The current situation is very scary with 57.5% of student loan borrowers who entered repayment two years ago – currently owing more debt than before they began repaying! When student loan borrowers with negative amortization go from being a small minority of less than 20% for most of the last 45 years – to now being the majority, you know that we truly have a real crisis on our hands that no longer can be ignored!

During normal/healthy economic conditions that allow the free market to fully function, student loan borrowers after two years of repayment should have about 85% of their debt remaining – just like what consistently occurred during the 25-year period of 1972-1997. In 1998, President Clinton destroyed the free market’s ability to function in the student loan market and created today’s student loan crisis – by signing into law the Higher Education Amendments of 1998. Clinton made student loans nondischargeable in bankruptcy, thereby eliminating the ability for free market forces to protect students from the predatory practices of unscrupulous bankers.

The Higher Education Amendments of 1998 turned delinquent student loans into a very lucrative business for bankers by allowing them to charge outrageously high penalties and fees – including “collection rates” of up to 25% of the past due balance. It also gave bankers the ability to use draconian collection tactics including the garnishment of wages, social security, and disability benefits. It gave incentive for them to make risky loans to students, thereby fueling a major long-term explosion of tuition price inflation!

America’s student loan bubble is getting ready to burst, with student loan borrowers who entered repayment two years ago now owing 104.7% of their initial total balance! This proves that a large majority of the borrowers who recently joined the newly created IBR/PAYE programs – are currently approved to make zero payments towards their loans! See for yourself by clicking here!

According to official NY Federal Reserve household debt data, U.S. student loans currently 90+ days delinquent reached a new all-time high at year-end 2015 of $141.93 billion. As a percentage of total student loans outstanding, the official student loan default rate is currently 11.52% – down from a 3Q 2013 peak of 11.83%, but this is extremely misleading!

Since the official peak student loan default rate in 3Q 2013 of 11.83%, $136 billion in student loans were allowed to join the IBR/PAYE repayment programs! A large percentage of those student loan borrowers are currently within 150% of the Federal Poverty Line and are currently not making any payments at all – yet officially the U.S. government does NOT consider them to be delinquent!

Joe has been asked one simple question and has not answered it: specifically, which churches in Fullerton do you believe to be phony? You have yet to state the name of the church(es). I’m not interested in going around town and checking the size of church parking lots or locations of cell towers. YOU are the one running for city council. YOU are the one saying some churches are phony. YOU are the one who “calls a spade a spade.” If you don’t want to tell the nice readers, just say so.

    • #70 by Joe Imbriano on February 24, 2016 - 10:06 am

You show me one church that has transparent accounting. We can stop right there. Well wait, just show me one church besides Wiley Drake’s that actively stood up against the murderers in The Fullerton police department, the rigged trial, stood against the drenching of our youth in liquor by the tens of thousands every weekend downtown, the perverted curriculum, the satanization of our children with the media, video games, and pornography, the out of control prostitution in the massage parlors, just one church that stood against the satanic wireless sterilization of school children with the technology programs, or challenged the lies our children are taught with evolution, or the mental molestation of our children Disney? There are over 100 churches in town taking in well over 10 million a month in town. You will know a tree by its fruit. You can answer your own question.

      • #71 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 12:24 pm

Are there any churches, ever, that have done all these things you claim churches should be doing?

I believe that is precisely his point.

One more time Joe, YOU are the person running for city council, not me. YOU are the person who says there are phony churches in town, not me. So you say there are 100 churches in town taking in $10 million per month. Can you tell us where you get that $10 million figure? Are all 100 of these churches the phony ones? Very simple questions. Can you state, by specific name, 10 phony churches? Five? Three?

Seems to me that Joe is providing no relevant information about anything. He is running for city council and has made profound accusations about institutions in the city he claims to have knowledge about. Yet, when he is asked for specifics, he won’t answer. I suppose he is already behaving like the very same politicians he despises.

Joe is amazing. have you seen him at the meetings? He is a true leader. He speaks like no other and all off the cuff. He definitely has our support.

He is extremely intelligent, courageous and tells the truth no matter what people think. He is a breath of fresh air in Fullerton politics and people are catching on.

I mean really now, he has reported on all of the issues, far more extensively than any other candidate has ever done and yet you can’t get over criticism of churches?

My husband and I stopped going to church years ago for some of the reasons he mentions. So tell me, who are you and why are so fixated on Joe? Jealous? Man crush perhaps? Well, he is a really good looking man BTW. You must be jealous because you are acting like a snivelling little child and it shows.

Can’t get over Joe’s criticism of the churches? I’m merely mirroring back to him statements he has made over and over and over again, both on this blog and from the podium in meetings. As someone who was raised in church, I would love for him to tell us which churches are phony and he refuses to.
Man crush? You’re making the assumption that I am a man. And as a woman yourself, I’m surprised you support a man who seems to be intimidated by intelligent women and the best he can do, is call them silly names.

Does that sound like a person who is intelligent?
Most people call that paranoid and delusional.

Your questions are obviously disingenuous to even the naïve.

      • #87 by We Deserve Better on February 24, 2016 - 6:02 pm

Anonymous you know you are being very disingenuous. Why is it that the people who support the Fullerton City establishment seem to have only one thing in common and that is they are totally bereft of the basic values of common decency and honesty?

        • #88 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 7:54 pm

Huh. So asking questions that Joe refuses to answer immediately means someone is a supporter of the “Fullerton City establishment”?

I, for one, have a lot of questions for someone who can’t deal with the fact that the earth is round and spins around a star. For example, how would Joe deal with satellite TV providers within the city, since, in his world-view, satellites aren’t a thing that can exist.

Another, how can someone so bereft of scientific understanding and yet so sure of himself and his skewed, paranoid view of the world really be capable of making any rational decisions?

          • #89 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 10:02 pm

Great questions. I often wondered the same thing of our city manager and police chief.

          • #90 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 10:21 pm

I wouldn’t go that far. Mr. Imbriano makes some really good points and raises some serious thought provoking questions. I have to admit, he has had me thinking too. Some of his claims seem really outlandish at first, but that can be explained by just how thoroughly we have been programmed to see things and blindly trust authority.

I just wouldn’t go as far as referring to him as bereft of scientific understanding. He does check out and he does have two bachelors degrees, one in Biological Science and one in Chemistry from UCI, like he says. It is impossible to obtain those kinds of degrees and not understand science.

I always wondered how the water stayed on a spinning ball. It never made much sense to me.

I also wonder why there is no footage of the earth spinning in space if there are 30,000 satellites up there to begin with. It would make one heck of a channel on TV. Go figure I guess.
I think the more cogent point here is whether any of us are truly capable of facing the issues discussed here. Setting aside all the personal attacks, I think we all have some serious homework to do. If even half the stuff he rants about is true, then we are really running out of time and we better get to work fast.

            • #91 by Anonymous on February 25, 2016 - 11:57 am

Hmm… maybe you should study some physics, specifically about how gravity works, then you might understand how “the water stayed on a spinning ball.” Turns out, if you have a ball big enough, small things are attracted to it.

And there’s plenty of footage of the earth spinning in space… on TV, even. Turns out it’s pretty boring, so the NASA TV station shows a lot more education and news than just pictures of the earth.

So if Joe is raising some interesting questions, they’re pretty easy to answer if you look around. Or you could just listen to him and be sucked down into a spiral of paranoia and ignorance. I report, you decide.

              • #92 by Anonymous on February 25, 2016 - 12:15 pm

To write someone off as paranoid and ignorant is a really disingenuous thing to do. Aster all, why are so many people here if this man is out of his mind? I enjoy broadening my horizons. I am curious if you could explain how you can have propulsion in a vacuum? I often wondered how this is accomplished by spacecraft. I also wondered how you can have the sun transmit its heat to us through millions of miles of a vacuum as well. These phenomenon are difficult to understand given some of the physics I was given in my undergrad days.

                • #93 by Anonymous on February 25, 2016 - 2:06 pm

“I am curious if you could explain how you can have propulsion in a vacuum?”

Definitely! This happens because of the conservation of momentum. If you throw something in one direction, you are propelled in the opposite direction at a velocity proportional to the relative mass between you and the object thrown. Without a ton of energy it’s hard to easily observe, but the kickback from a rifle or cannon is a big, easy to understand example. In a spacecraft’s case, they usually have controlled explosions that direct the exhaust (lots of tiny particles, probably water), thereby propelling them in the opposite direction. It’s not magic, it’s momentum.

“I also wondered how you can have the sun transmit its heat to us through millions of miles of a vacuum as well.”

That’s a great question. The sun emits electromagnetic radiation (photons) in all directions at a lot of different frequencies. Some of these photons hit the earth and impart their energy (the earth is small and very far away from the sun, so not a lot of them end up here). When you step outside, you can feel those that have frequencies in the infrared range as warmth. At the same time photons with frequencies in the ultraviolet range have enough energy to damage your skin, and with enough exposure you’d end up with a sun tan or even a sun burn (potentially leading to skin cancer). In between these two, you can see photons reflecting off other objects in the visible light spectrum as they end up being focused through your eye and end up hitting your retina. On the same spectrum are X-rays, radio waves and microwaves.

It’s actually pretty neat how this all works, and it’s not magic.

Also, it’s one thing to pose a question and say it’s confusing, which is completely fine, but something completely different to claim that since something’s confusing, it must be magical and impossible to understand. If you ask enough questions and are able to judge empirical evidence, you can learn a lot about the world around you.

                  • #94 by Anonymous on February 25, 2016 - 9:53 pm

Thank you for this information. Are you a scientist? What do you think about this whole flat earth thing? There are many parts to this theory that still perplex me. The water for one, is a big question. I simply cannot understand how the water remains intact at the velocity the earth supposedly turns at. It is round according to the Copernican model and it just seems counter intuitive for it to remain in place. Water always has a tendency to flatten out. Have you read any of the books like Zetetic Astronomy?

What do you mean by “flatten”?

“Why are so many people here?”
There are probably a total of about half-dozen people here who either post anonymously or under different monikers. Those same half-dozen post comments and then comment on each others comments. Makes it seem as though hundreds of people are flocking to this site. Guaranteed, that is not the case. Even Joe posts under different made up names, a strategy he likely picked up from the now defunct FFFF blog.

According to the numbers as supplied by the link from “you wish”, as many as 30,600 visitors went to the Fullerton Informer in January 2016 alone.

We now know another reason why the Fullerton City Government establishment is so worried about this website.

Mr. Imbriano keep up the good work of speaking the truth to the people of Fullerton, Ca. and beyond.

I call bullshit on 30,600 people and will wager any amount of money to anyone on that. Escrow account. Name it. Maybe 30,600 posts but that’s high too.

I learned a ton about Joe on this post alone. He makes strong accusations about people and organizations but when asked to clarify he won’t and can’t answer. Dodges the actual question. Typical politician. Now I see why he running for office. He is a Bruce Whitaker clone.

Call it all you want. Numbers don’t lie.

        Here is Joe’s site

        Here is Sharon Kennedy’s site

Here is Jane Rands and Matt Leslie’s site

Here is the OC politics blog

Here is the Orange Juice blog

Joe is no typical politician and you know it. That’s why you are here. Joe has a large and ever increasing audience and you are all very worried and it is totally obvious. You should be worried.

Showing up to watch the shitshow is different than having any sort of respect for Joe’s attempt at playing politics.

          Look up the term “schadenfreude”.

No it is called holding public officials accountable.

          • #104 by Reality Is..... on February 26, 2016 - 9:13 am

Shit show. That’s exactly it. Without a few of us here giving the other side of the show, you all would just sit here circle jerking each other all day.

Thank you for your support. We are gaining momentum, thus the personal attacks while they ignore the real issues. My hosting provider, Bluehost’s data is consistent with these numbers provided by

The person who refuses to give his name or answer any questions about himself is willing to wager any amount of money. RI is so, so funny. He is a true prince of clowns.

        • #107 by Reality Is..... on February 26, 2016 - 9:13 am

Money talks, shit walks. Step up. Maybe the right sum of money will expose my real name.

      • #108 by Anonymous on February 26, 2016 - 8:02 am

        You are such a fool.

        • #109 by Reality Is..... on February 26, 2016 - 9:14 am

Agree. But who is the bigger fool? Tony Bushala, Travis, Barry, or joe? That’s the million dollar question.

        • #110 by Anonymous on February 26, 2016 - 11:57 am

RI is probably a retired police officer.
Now if that thought does not scare you half to death nothing will scare you.
RI has no ethics, no brains, no common sense and likes to attack others for their decency and honesty.
He is just the person who should not have a gun.

          • #111 by Reality Is..... on February 26, 2016 - 7:45 pm

What is scarier is that I could be a police officer right now in your beautiful city. Could you imagine? What if I’m the Chief of Police?

          • #112 by Anonymous on February 26, 2016 - 8:53 pm

And he does not know when he is being called a fool.

            • #113 by Reality Is.... on February 26, 2016 - 9:31 pm

Anyone here calls anyone with a differing opinion a fool. Including you, Barry and Joe. Why would that bother anyone?

My’Ayn Johnson comments were spoken with forked tongue. She stated that no matter what the city does, the city population will grow significantly. That is a flat out lie. It is the propaganda of someone who is a S.C.A.G member who believes in high-rise development taking over much of a suburban community. The lie she promulgates is that this high-rise growth of living on top of each other is not only inevitable but will happen sooner rather than later so we better plan for it. What she means by planning is to vote to change our zoning laws throughout much of the city to allow for high-rise buildings that currently are not allowed throughout most of the city. It is only inevitable if we continue to vote for politicians who want to force us to live this way in the future. It is only inevitable is Commissioners are appointed like Ms. Johnson would spread the myth of high-rise growth inevitability. Shame on Ms. Johnson for not being honest with the people of Fullerton while claiming to both represent us and listen to us. Plain and simple, Ms. Johnson is a huckster, a charlatan and a complete fraud. Approximately 80 to 90% of the state of California is open land. We are no where near the point that the only choice is to build higher and higher. She knows it and so does every S.C.A.G member who pushes this fraud on the people of Southern California.
