I HAVE NEVER SEEN BULL CRAP COME OUT OF A BEAR UNTIL I MET JOSH NEWMAN

The Democrats have a two-thirds super majority in both chambers of the California Legislature now after Republican Assemblywoman Ling Ling Chang lost her bid to advance to the state Senate. I was no fan of the hacks Royce was pimping but how fast, how low and how treasonous can you get in 6 months with her replacement Newman? Let us see. And this goes for all of you in Fullerton who were chummy with this clown. Well this isn’t funny anymore folks and this guy needs to be thrown out of office along with his female counter part in the Assembly, sicko Sex Ed Silva.
Forget the fact that he REFUSED TO TAKE A POSITION ON SB 18, THE MOST ANTI FAMILY, DANGEROUS, PARENTAL RIGHT DESTROYING BILL EVER PRESENTED IN THE HISTORY OF THE STATE LEGISLATURE. Let’s take a look at how he makes it possible to wreck California by going along with the psychotic, immoral thugs that the stupid people of this once great state keep electing.
The con job Newman’s handlers pulled off that produced Newman’s victory gives Democrats control of two-thirds of the 40 seats in the Senate. This is enough for them to approve tax increases, suspend legislative rules, pass emergency legislation or overturn the governor’s vetoes without any support from Republicans.
Newman voted for Senate Bill 54, which unofficially has been called a “sanctuary state” bill. It bars state and local law enforcement agencies from using their resources, including money, facility, property, equipment or personnel, to help with immigration enforcement.
They would be prohibited from asking about immigration status. They would be prohibited from giving federal immigration authorities access to interview a person in custody or assisting them in immigration enforcement.
This massive burden is one of the main reasons California’s schools and infrastructure are in a total state of disrepair. Newman works for the illegals, not the taxpayers.
Illegal aliens cost California at least $30 billion every single year—this includes their contribution in terms of taxes
These estimates are likely very low, since they don’t include any intangible costs associated with crime or increased systemic strain, they low-ball remittance estimates, and the number of illegal aliens in California is realistically at least double the numbers used.
According to the Pew Reseach, the rate of Illegal Alien Males in the workforce is 12 percent higher that U.S. born males and it is all by design. An illegal immigrant male residing in the United States is more likely to be gainfully employed than a male who is a legal immigrant or U.S. born citizen, according to a senior demographer at the Pew Research Center think tank.
This is is a deliberate and Systematic Discrimination of All Natural born American citizens in favor of Illegal Alien Hispanics and a Deliberate Persecution particularly toward White Native born Americans. At a time of economic crisis and high unemployment.
Illegal alien drunk drivers kill 13 Americans every day — that’s a death toll of 4,745 per year. Annualy more than 43,000 illegal aliens, were convicted of drug offenses. The violent crime category of assault, robbery, sexual assault, and family offenses comes to 12 percent. The non-violent crime grouping of larceny, fraud, and burglary totaled seven percent, and on the list goes — equaling 100 percent of illegal aliens who have been through the criminal justice system and inflicted thousands to millions in cost per alien on the system, for issues having nothing to do with their illegal entry into the country.
In a 2007 Government Accountability Office study of 55,322 illegal aliens, analysts discovered that they were arrested at least a total of 459,614 times, averaging about eight arrests per illegal alien: 70 percent had between two and 10 arrests, and 26 percent (about 15,000) had 11 or more arrests. Drug or immigration offenses accounted for 45 percent of all offenses, and approximately 12 percent (over 6,600 illegal aliens) were arrested for violent offenses such as murder, robbery, assault, and sex-related crimes.
FBI crime studies also shows heavy illegal alien involvement in criminal activity that revealed these statistics:
-
75 percent of those on the most wanted criminals list in Los Angeles, Phoenix and Albuquerque are illegal aliens.
-
One quarter of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals, as are more than 40 percent of all inmates in Arizona and 48 percent in New Mexico jails.
-
Over 53 percent of all investigated burglaries reported in California, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas are perpetrated by illegal aliens.
NEWMAN VOTED TO MAKE CALIFORNIA A SANCTUARY STATE WHILE MASSIVELY INCREASING UNEMPLOYMENT FOR LAW ABIDING CALIFORNIANS.
Newman voted for Senate Bill 6 in a 28-11 vote that creates a $12 million legal defense fund for immigrants who are facing deportation.
NEWMAN VOTED TO MAKE CALIFORNIA A SANCTUARY STATE WHILE MASSIVELY INCREASING UNEMPLOYMENT FOR LAW ABIDING CALIFORNIANS WITH FREE LEGAL SERVICES TO ILLEGALS.
Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de Leon, praises Josh the bear full of bullcrap Newman as Newman toes the party line with the planned destruction of Kalifornia.
Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de LeonD-Los Angeles, WHO IS IN THE PROCESS OF DESTROYING CALIFORNIA with his radical illegal alien invasion agenda and economic destruction policies welcomed Newman to the Senate and said a tireless campaign team helped Democrats succeed in conservative Orange County.
“Senator-elect Newman was obviously a highly effective candidate, and I know he will be a great elected leader for his constituents,” de Leon said in a statement. Yes this bear is full of bull crap as he votes for the largest tax increase in State History.
NEWMAN VOTED TO MAKE CALIFORNIA A SANCTUARY STATE WHILE MASSIVELY INCREASING UNEMPLOYMENT FOR LAW ABIDING CALIFORNIANS WITH FREE LEGAL SERVICES TO ILLEGALS WHILE VOTING FOR THE LARGEST TAX INCREASE IN THE HISTORY OF CALIFORNIA
Thanks to Newman, barely reaching the minimum necessary number of votes, Governor Jerry Brown and the Democratic Legislature were able to pass the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017, also known as SB1.
The new fees and increased taxes will amount to $52.4 billion over 10 years with barely 2 percent making its way to road repair. The vast majority of funding will go towards BACK FILLING AREAS IN THE STATE BUDGET THAT ARE BEING EXPANDED FOR ILLEGALS, Agenda 21 road to nowhere transportation projects and of course pension back fill.
JOSH NEWMAN TURNED OUT TO BE THE BEAR THAT IS FULL OF BULL CRAP WHO IS SET ON GIVING CALIFORNIA TO THE ILLEGALS AND LETTING THEM MAKE US PAY FOR EVERYTHING.
Yes all this while they rob us blind with the highest taxes in the nation, the worst schools in the nation, the highest crime in the nation, the worst roads in the nation, the biggest welfare population in the nation,
the most illegals in the nation and the worst leaders in the nation.
What’s next Josh, free college for them, free medical care for them, free dental care for them, free food for them, free housing for them, free fertility treatments for them, free car insurance for them, free bus passes and train passes for them, free drinks for them, free massage parlor visits for them, free sex changes for them? Where does it end? I know where it is about to begin.
IT IS TIME TO SAY
GOODBYE TO NEWMAN

FULLERTONIANS MUST FORGET ABOUT WHITAKER VS. FITZGERALD OR SEBOURN VS. CHAFFEE. THIS IS WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO THINK. FOR IN REALITY IN FULLERTON CITY GOVERNMENT IT IS STRICKLY ABOUT THE INSIDERS VS. THE OUTSIDERS. By Barry Levinson

Why is this so? The simple answer is because our Fullerton City Government is corrupt.
- That Is Why They All Voted For Redistricting Map 8a
- The originator of that map, Jeremy Popoff, the owner of the Slidebar, has been a large contributor to both Mayor Fitzgerald’s and Council member Whitaker’s political campaigns. I believe $1,500 to Bruce Whitaker and $1,250 to Jennifer Fitzgerald
- That Is Why They All Voted to appoint Ma’Ayn Johnson, who is a S.C.A.G. senior planner and employee To The Fullerton Planning Commission.
- S.C.A.G. is the Largest Un elected, Taxpayer Funded Government Agency In The Country, and Has Been Pushing United Nations Agenda 21 Goals For High-Rise, High-Density Housing Along With The Eventual Elimination Of The Automobile For Decades.

- That Is Why No One Ever Contacted Me To or responded to my 4 To 5 Million Dollar Finding on the shortfall the American golf contract Which I Presented In Writing In Great Detail To All Of Them.
- This Finding Is an Ongoing Problem encompassing The Period From 2010 To 2030.
- This Means That They Intentionally Are Ignoring Taking Steps To Save You The Taxpayer A Significant Portion Of The 4 To 5 Million Dollars. They Obviously Do Not Take Their Fiduciary Responsibilities Very Seriously Because They Continue To Allow Our Tax Dollars To Bleed Down the Drain.
- That Is Why No One Heeded The Calls For An Independent Gennaco Investigation Of What I Believed To Be The Criminal Conspiracy That Tried Falsely To Put Me In Jail 2 Years Ago.
- That Is Why When The Council Is Presented An Agenda Item That Is Severely Lacking In Basic Information In Which To Make A Decision, Nothing Gets Resolved For The Future.
- That Is Why 2 Years Ago The Fullerton Planning Committee Voted 5 To 0 To Recommend The Original And Very Broad, Downtown Core And Corridor Special Plan To Our Fullerton City Council.
- That Is Why When Others And I Vehemently Argued Against This Undemocratic Boondoggle They Did Not Vote It Down Causing It To Be Dead And Buried, As One Larry Bennett Keeps On Repeating Fallaciously. No They Postponed It To A Date Uncertain, Where At Any Time It Can Be Resurrected And Brought Right Back To The Council For Its Approval!
You see the council is playing a game. In one of the examples above, the game player was Bruce Whitaker bemoaning that he will not vote for a Grant application without the Grant application available to review. We found out that it not only was not provided for review but that it did not even exist yet. That however, is not the cause of the problem Fullertonians that is a symptom. Does Bruce Whitaker ask for or provide a solution for the problem he so noted, so that agenda items will never again be presented without the necessary basic information to make a decision?
Surely that is exactly what an honest council member would certainly do. Bruce Whitaker did not have to come up with a solution because Zonya Townsend, his current appointee to the Library Board of Trustees and myself his former Parks and Recreation Committee member, for almost 6 years gave him the solution on a silver platter at the very next Fullerton Council meeting.
Normally one would expect an honest council member, who wants to make a positive difference to not only point out the symptom but also offer solutions. Like I said above, we handed him an easy and very effective solution and what did we get from Whitaker but more silence. He huffs and he puffs and he lets the problems persist, he actually allows them to continue to flourish. Yet he thought he got exactly what he wanted from all of this and that was to make political points with the electorate. That is exactly what he got until I uncovered his less than honorable game.
More than a year ago, I mentioned that I believed that if anyone chose 5 people at random from the street or from the telephone directory, those five people would be an improvement, probably a huge improvement over the current people on our Fullerton City Council
At the time I was saying that partially in jest. Now I truly believe that the odds of improving our governance by using such a haphazard and random method would in fact be very great indeed.
Why do I believe this? Simply because I do not think it is possible to do worse than our current group of selfish, special interest devoted council members.
Why do I continue to point out these incredible inconsistencies with our Council members? I believe that if enough people knew the truth that we could start to have good government again here in the very corrupt city of Fullerton.
The phony elite politicians and their media supporters mocked the idea that any Republican let alone Donald Trump could defeat Hillary Clinton. In newspaper and mainstream TV “News” Shows they laughed at the idea of Trump becoming our 45th President.
Well one day real soon our current disingenuous council members will be handed the same stunning defeat, maybe as soon as 2018.
I report, you decide.

Yes Jennifer Fitzgerald voted to give Joe Felz an evergreen contract
Yes Bruce Whitaker and Jennifer Fitzgerald voted to give Dan Hughes an evergreen contract
Yes Bruce Whitaker voted to make a Curt Pringle lobbyist, Jennifer Fitzgerald, mayor just in time for the ballot designation.
Yes Bruce Whitaker and Jennifer Fitzgerald voted to appoint a SCAG senior planner Ma’ Ayn Johnson to the planning commission
Now Bruce Whitaker admits he was out drinking with Joe Felz on election night, and in my opinion, no doubt celebrating the re election of those keeping the lid nice and tight on the corruption you know like the 5 million dollar Fullerton golf scandal.
http://www.ocregister.com/articles/felz-734973-city-fullerton.html
“Whitaker said he and Felz each had a beer around 1 a.m. Wednesday during the councilman’s re-election party at JP23 BBQ & Smokehouse in the 100 block of South Harbor Boulevard”
………“He (Felz) seemed to be in control of his faculties,” Whitaker said Wednesday night.
Hughes said in the memo that he received a telephone call at his residence from a watch commander who reported that Felz was involved in a minor crash and that a field sergeant believed the city manager was “emitting an odor of alcohol.”
So Joe Felz, after drinking with Bruce, gets in his car, and in a residential area, jumps the curb at 1:30 am, hits a tree, gets his car stuck, frees the car, attempts to drive off for 175 feet or so and, gets stopped by the police, smells of booze, allegedly demands that the officers call the police chief, is given a private set of sobriety tests and was allowed to delay the breathalizer, and then gets a ride home from the police, no charges, nothing to see move along now even though his car was damaged enough not to be driven to work today.
Dan Hughes apparently had at least four officers present at the scene who did not immediately conduct the field sobriety tests or administer the breathalyzer. The officers on the scene according to an unnamed source were officers Boline, Haid, G. Eibert, and Wilkerson. These officers have the experience, the expertise and the arrest rates that get them the MADD awards at the council meetings yet they were called off of immediately testing Felz for DUI. Why is that? That is because Joe Felz allegedly demanded that they call Dan Hughes.
Why did these officers listen to the person who allegedly demanded that they call the police chief when he smelled like alcohol after he just lost control of their car, hit a curb, and took out a tree and not make the judgement themselves to administer tests and evaluate and if necessary arrest Felz? Why didn’t they put the cuffs on him right away? If this was you or I, they would have.
No, instead these officers listened to the City manager that smelled like alcohol, who just lost control of his car, hit a curb, and took out a tree that allegedly demanded they call The police chief Dan Hughes instead of immediatley doing what any good police officer would do. That is to immediately administer the tests. Apparently Hughes ordered them to deviate from policy and wait for Jeff Corbett to arrive some time later to evaluate Felz without another witnessing officer present and conduct the tests. Corbett is not one of the FPD’s field sobriety experts as he has not conducted a DUI test in years. So why delay and bring in someone who is not the most properly suited for the task? Well it is of course to control the outcome. Corbett is Hughes’s special guy.
According to an unnamed source, Corbett led Felz away from the other officers and conducted the tests out of sight of the officers present and he did it alone which is a clear violation of FPD policy. Perhaps that is why Felz passed the test with flying colors.
Was Felz given a PAS test? Why not?
To refresh your memories, this is a bizarre dichotomy of the sickest kind. Let me explain. Joe Felz was obviously driving impaired with evidence of a crash and alcohol on his breath and yet procedures are violated in order for him to go home instead of going to jail.
Remember this man? He was arrested in Fullerton for DUI and was also given a ride home, but his was, unfortunately, to his final resting place
Dean Gochenour obviously was driving impaired with evidence of alcohol on his breath and yet procedures were violated in order for him to go to the morgue instead of going home.
Supervising Mr. Gochenour while in the jail was FPD Officer Vince Mater who ended up serving probation after pleading guilty to destroying an audio recording of conversations he had with Dean who later committed suicide in jail.
So why was Banana Republic Emperor Joe Felz not arrested for DUI and other misdemeanor charges at the scene?
So why in the world was Bruce Whitaker drinking with Joe Felz at 1 am on election night?
Why would Bruce appear to come to his defense and state that he had “one beer” with him and just minutes later according to the officers on the scene reek of alcohol and yet Bruce Whitaker stated that “He (Felz) seemed to be in control of his faculties,”? What kind of BS is this?
What’s in it for Bruce Whitaker to step out and make a statement? He covers his own ass. If Felz was drunk, Bruce knowing this and letting the man drive home would look bad for not only Bruce Whitaker, but could implicate him in liabilities down the road.
Dan Hughes said City Manager Joe Felz was suspected of consuming alcohol – but wasn’t impaired – prior to being involved in single-vehicle crash early Wednesday, according to a memo from Fullerton Police Chief Dan Hughes.
“On November 9, 2016 at approximately 0130 hours FPD officers were dispatched to 255 W. Glenwood regarding a possible collision where the vehicle had struck a curb and was stuck on the sidewalk. The driver was later determined to be city manager Joe Felz. I received a telephone call at my residence from the Watch Commander who informed me that the city manager was involved in a minor single vehicle collision and that the sergeant believed the city manager was emitting an odor of alcohol. I informed the Watch Commander that I would call the sergeant to obtain additional information and that I would have the field sergeant conduct a preliminary assessment by performing Field Sobriety Tests and if the sergeant believed there was a level of intoxication that met the criteria to be a violation of the law, we would contact the CHP to investigate. I provided the above directions to the field sergeant and also briefly spoke to the city manager on the phone to explain what protocol would be followed. The sergeant conducted the assessment and made the determination that the city manager had consumed alcohol, but did not meet the criteria of 23152(a) CVC. The city manager was driven home and his vehicle was towed. During this time period, I also contacted Mayor Fitzgerald and informed her I was following the protocol of notifying the mayor about the contact with the city manager. I informed the mayor of the directions I had provided to the field sergeant and that I would re-contact her when the investigation was complete. Her only instructions were to follow normal procedures. A collision report was documented under case 2016-74804 and a supplemental report will be completed by the sergeant documenting the assessment of the city manager.”
We know he was consuming alcohol. Bruce admitted it, the officer on the scene smelled it, he crashed his car and gets a free ride home with no charges filed?
I know of people who were given a DUI when their car was already in their driveway, they were on their grass with the keys in their pocket and FPD arrested them. Joe Felz jumps a curb, takes out a tree, smells like booze and gets the royal treatment. That just goes to show how corrupt this city and its leadership is.
Our very own Bruce Whitaker even makes a subjective determination as to his condition at the time they were drinking together and stated that he was in control of his faculties. What a guy.
Bruce Whitaker needs to stand up now and demand a full investigation of what policies were violated as well as the release of the body cameras and get the department to explain why the breathalyzer tests were not taken not immediately upon arrival at the scene but long after. Nothing short of that is acceptable.
Dan Hughes entered the scene 5 years ago letting the FPD officers that murdered Kelly Thomas watch the video over and over and write their reports,
Dan Hughes is leaving the scene on Friday with what appears to be obstruction of justice involving what should have been the arrest and prosecution of a city official on DUI charges.
Dan Hughes is now going to work to run security at Disney? What kind of bizarre demented behavior will Dan Hughes be protecting in the Tragic Kingdom? I could go on and on about Disney and what goes on there behind closed doors and under the park.
Folks, just consider where we are and what they have done to the city. It is little wonder these two were throwing back a few that night. The show must go on folks until we replace these kinds of officials and public servants with people possessing integrity and wisdom.
Just look at how corrupt this whole think appears on the surface. This is lawlessness ladies and gentlemen. Heck they murdered Kelly Thomas on camera and got away with it. This thing compared to the Kelly Thomas murder to them is like choir practice.
Back to #1, why was not a breathalyzer required immediately upon arrival at the scene by the attending officers? Why the deviation from the protocol???? Did Hughes wave it off? Why did the FPD not follow protocol is the question.
This man who is our City Manager, was, according to Bruce Whitaker, seemingly in control of his faculties. What is scary is that this man is in control of our city while we have our esteemed Bruce Whitaker drinking with and defending this man.
All I can say is thank God it was just a tree that got mowed down. Will Fullerton ever learn from its past as justice is dispensed so arbitrarily in this community of roads in ruin overrun by its city officials and our youth awash in liquor? Based on the outcome of the last election, I highly doubt it.
Fullerton Planning Commission (Larry Bennett, Peter Gambino, Silber and Dunlap) Once Again Sides with the Special Interests and Ignores the Communities of Sunny Hills Estates and Old Sunny Hills. By Barry Levinson
I was disappointed but not surprised that the Planning Committee voted for the 32-unit development by Melia Homes on a scant 3.3 acres. One committee member had the audacity to state that the traffic in and around the Laguna Road Elementary School was not the developer’s problem (but it most definitely should be the city of Fullerton’s problem along with the Fullerton School District).
By voting for the zoning change the developer is requesting, you are allowing him to make the traffic problems worse. Therefore, the serious traffic congestion at the beginning and end of each day at Laguna Road School is in fact in part the developer’s problem. The commissioners are making that property much more valuable to the landowner by voting for the zoning change from office/medical space to attached housing, yet giving him a pass on the added traffic congestion and added parking problems the developer will create for the surrounding neighborhood. It seems that as commissioners you are not thinking clearly and certainly ignoring the very legitimate concerns of the community.
It is most definitely the city’s responsibility and obligation to make a decision that does not harm any of the residents. This commissioner along with the other 3 voting for its approval, have abdicated that role. This project will exacerbate the traffic congestion and the potential for additional accidents in and around the Laguna Road School.
Yes it is also a FSD issue but the last time I looked it is in and within the City of Fullerton. The next traffic injury or death is on the four-committee members, who voted for this (Peter Gambino, Larry Bennett, Silber and Dunlap). It should be noted that this very important vote was made with 2 of the 7-committee members not in attendance, namely Kevin Pendergraft and Ma‘Ayn Johnson.
A committee concerned about doing the right thing would have at least postponed the vote until they could get all of the committee members to actually meet their obligation and duty to represent the good people of Fullerton. The way this city conducts business is both indefensible and deplorable.
P.S. There was not one bit of evidence asked for by the committee or given by Melia Homes that demonstrated that a smaller single-family development was not financially feasible on that 3.3-acre site. The public did speak to a new single-family development across from Laguna Road School of 7 houses on about 3 acres of land. That is obviously financially viable but we are to believe the sales BS of Melia Homes that they need a minimum of 32 homes on 3.3 acres to be financially viable, only a short few hundred feet away. For all the degrees and education represented on this Planning Commission, they sure seem to lack of whole bunch of common sense and objectivity.
Here is the description of the other project from the City of Fullerton.
The project is a residential development that proposes seven single family detached houses on a 2.97 acre lot, with a gross density of 2.57 dwelling units per acre. The lots will range in size from 17,620 square feet to 20,879 square feet. Vehicular access to the houses would be from Laguna Road via gated private drive that would be constructed

City of Fullerton – Initial Study Checklist
The City of Fullerton Government Continues It’s March To Make Its Deals with Specific Special Interests At Both The June 21 Council Meeting And The June 22 Planning Committee Meeting. By Barry Levinson
Posted by Joe Imbriano in Fullerton Community events, Fullerton politics, Highway Robbery, Who's who in Fullerton politics on June 18, 2016
First before I talk about the 1st two agenda items on the June 21, 2016 council meeting, I must bring to your attention Item No. 2 under Closed Session. (Item No. 2 – Conference with Real Property Negotiator – Per Government Code Section 54956.8.) It lists two pieces of property. One property, Meridian Health Club is located at 1535 Deerpark Drive and the other property is located at 1747 West Commonwealth Ave near the Grace Ministries International Building. The parties besides the city are the Meridian Club and Grace Ministries International.
Why is the city once again in sole source negotiations on two pieces of property? In order to sell any parcel of property the best way to maximize its market value is to put it up for sale to the public at large. Similar to the comments by Joe Felz at a recent Library Board meeting, where he recommended we sell the Hunt Library to Grace Ministries with a sole source bid, here we have the same shenanigans by our city.
This is not in the best financial interest of the people of Fullerton. Would any council member or Mr. Felz enter into a sole source negotiation to sell their residence or would they put it on the open market to attract the best possible price. Yes, Mr. Felz or Ms. Fitzgerald can offer there home for a less than market price because it is their house. The properties in question are not owned by Mr. Felz or Ms. Fitzgerald but are owned by the people of Fullerton. It is the City Manager’s and the City Council’s fiduciary duty to maximize the sales price for any piece of city property. To do otherwise would be committing malfeasance in my opinion.
Both Mr. Imbriano and myself talked about this troubling situation. Mr. Imbriano asked that they agendize a change on how the city sells “excess” city property. Of course all five council members and our city manager ignored our pleas for fiscal and fiduciary sanity.
Then we go on to the main event, regular business and we have before us an “exclusive negotiating agreement with Pelican Community, Inc. for 12 months with 2 optional 45-day extensions to come up with a concept/basic designs for the Fox Block including a 200 space parking structure and an office building of unknown size and height. The particulars of the Fox Theatre including how much additional work is required and an estimated reopening date were not provided during the agenda item discussion. Leland Wilson, the President of the Fullerton Historic Theatre Foundation (FHTF) non-profit group spoke but provided no information on the status of the Fox Theatre Renovation. Ten years plus and counting and we hear about plans for a parking structure and a major new office building to be built next to the Fox Theatre only. Please go to the FHTF website at www.fullertonfox.org to see how little information there is about the status and future of the Fox Theatre in Fullerton.
There is one more point I need to make concerning this exclusive agreement. Mr. Hamm the owner of Pelican Properties, Inc. stated that he thought an office building should be a major part of his concept for the Fox Block. Yet at the Planning Committee meeting recently the city staff and some commissioners such as Larry Bennett where stating that the reason they want to change the zoning of the property on Bastanchury, formerly the Fullerton Internal Medicine Clinic to townhomes is because there is no demand for office space in Fullerton. So on the one hand the city argues to change zoning from office/medical space because of lack of demand for an office/medical building but a mile south on Harbor and Chapman, we entered into an exclusive arrangement with one developer to build us more office space. Either there is or is not demand for office space in Fullerton.
Council Agenda Item No. 2 is no better. City of Fullerton puts on the ballet the right to open up to 9 marijuana dispensaries along with the legalization of the commercial manufacture and distribution in our city. Of course the city wants this to make money as it requests a whopping 15% tax with the ability to raise it to 20%. It is not enough that a previous council has destroyed our once family oriented downtown with numerous bars and nightclubs that every weekend attracts thousands of people throughout Southern California including some undesirable types.
One city study estimated it costs the taxpayers a net 1 million dollars a year for this financial and social fiasco. I spoke of these past follies by our city government and asked them not to place this measure on our November ballet. Mayor Fitzgerald got cold feet and quickly made a motion to continue this item until after the election. The staff’s presentation ignored the health and moral concerns of making pot legally readily available in Fullerton. I suspect that Ms. Haluza was directed by her boss to ignore the moral and health implications of this issue. If that was the case, what does that tell you about our City Manager, Joe Felz?
There is another very important point that I must make concerning this agenda item. Question: If legalizing the sale and manufacture of marijuana in Fullerton is such a good idea, then why all the restrictions on both the placement and number of establishments? Why is it necessary to place a 15% tax on marijuana sales with the city option to raise it to 20%?
It seems that once again it is all about generating additional tax revenue to make up the huge shortfall created by our city council and their very generous raises to police 6% a year and fire 9% over two years. It is kind of funny/ironic to think that the city wanted to bring marijuana to Fullerton to help pay for the very generous police raises. These things can only happen in Fullerton. Question: Why did Joe Felz and Mayor Fitzgerald bring this very controversial and unnecessary agenda item forward at this time, if it had zero support? (The final vote was 5 to 0 to continue the item until after the November elections. I believe Mayor Fitzgerald had the authority to keep this from being on the agenda. Obviously, this was a trial balloon by Felz and Fitzgerald, which they originally hoped would pass but got cold feet when they saw the amount of opposition.
Fullerton City Hall needs a housecleaning in November.

JACK THE UNION HACK IS A FORCED VACCINATOR
SO WHO WANTS JACK THE HACK WATCHING OUT FOR THEIR CHILDREN?
JACK THE UNION HACK IS A BIG GOVERNMENT SOCIAL ENGINEER OF THE MOST SORDID KIND.
I BELIEVE HE IS AN EGOTISTICAL, LIBERAL DEMOCRAT IN RINO REPUBLICAN CLOTHING WHO GOES AS LOW AS YOU CAN GO TO CLING TO A SEAT ON THE BOARD THAT IN MY OPINION HE HAS NO BUSINESS OCCUPYING.
JACK THE HACK HAS PHONY RINO ED ROYCE’S ENDORSEMENT.
HOPEFULLY THE TIME ON THE BOARD WILL SOON BE COMING TO AN END FOR JACK THE UNION HACK AND FORCED IRRADIATOR BEDELL
ASIDE FROM HIS GUTTER POLITICS AND HIS STAFF STEALING CAMPAIGN SIGNS FROM HIS OPPONENT, I PERSONALLY THINK JACK THE HACK HAS NO BUSINESS HARMING CHILDREN ANY LONGER. HOW ABOUT YOU?
THIS ARTICLE IS NOT INTENDED TO SUPPORT CHRIS NORBY AS HE HAS BEEN SILENT ON EVERYTHING MENTIONED HERE AS WELL. WITH AN EMPTY PLATFORM AND A NO SHOW FOR YEARS ON THE LOCAL SCENE, HIS REASONS FOR RUNNING ARE SUSPECT AT BEST. Having spent almost no money, dealing with absolutely no issues, this is a real life polling event for the other establishment in Fullerton to see how far this pony can ride.
More than likely this is a trial run to see in this race how far his name alone will take him as he will probably be running for Fullerton City Council to bring Marijuana to Fullerton with the help of his bosses.
I HAVE DEEP CONCERNS WITH NORBY’S ABILITIES TO MAKE DECISIONS FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN THAT SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.
CHRIS NORBY HAS BEEN MARRIED AND DIVORCED FOUR TIMES AND I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS NO MODEL FOR CHILDREN.
HIS POSITIONS ON OTHER ISSUES LIKE LEGALIZING DRUGS MAY BODE WELL FOR THE MAYOR OF AMSTERDAM BUT NOT A SCHOOL BOARD MEMBER.
I BELIEVE YOU CANNOT EXPECT SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN MARRIED AND DIVORCED FOUR TIMES TO MAKE RATIONAL DECISIONS FOR CHILDREN WHEN HE CANNOT EVEN KEEP HIS OWN HOME TOGETHER FOUR TIMES OVER. THAT IS A DISTURBING FACT WHEN YOU ARE SEEKING AN OFFICE THAT DEALS WITH POLICIES THAT AFFECT CHILDREN.
OF THE THREE CANDIDATES IN THIS RACE, ONLY ONE HAS THE DECENCY, INTEGRITY, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY TO STAND FOR THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CHILDREN. HER PLATFORM SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. SHE IS AN EDUCATOR, NURSE, AND A PARENT WHO IS OF IMPECCABLE CHARACTER AND WHOSE MORAL COMPASS IS POINTED IN THE DIRECTION CHILDREN DESERVE.
ZONYA TOWNSEND
THE TWO MEN IN THIS RACE OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR EVEN PRETENDING TO BE WHAT THEY ARE NOT AND PRETENDING TO BE HERE FOR THE RIGHT REASONS. A VOTE FOR ZONYA WILL TIP THE SCALES ON THE BOARD TO WHERE THEY NEED TO BE. VOTE ZONYA TOWNSEND ON JUNE 7TH
Introducing another one of Foolerton’s Phony Conservative Status Quo Establishment Big Government Union Hacks- Larry Bennett
Posted by Joe Imbriano in Who's who in Fullerton politics on May 6, 2016
The more things change the more they stay the same for those comprising an electorate that is not paying attention. Believe me they get by with a little help from their friends.
The typical MO for political operatives here in Fullerton is to simply muddy the waters.
They for the most, put on a thin conservative political veneer, parse words, pat each other on the back, stand for what appears to be something that actually translates into nothing, say what amounts to nothing, do what amounts to nothing, and then
make it possible for people like this come out of nowhere, take the public by surprise and stick it to the residents and taxpayers.
Introducing Larry Bennett who was the head of the failed anti recall campaign a few years back.
Well he is resurfacing for some more phony conservative acting classes at Fullerton City Hall. Just one problem, his reputation as an establishment union hack precedes him every step of the way. As a refresher, he was the one who presided over the cabal a few years back that tried to cling to power as the residents threw the three stooges that for decades, ran Fullerton into the ground out on their asses.
Well like usual he failed.
FINE COMMUNITY SERVANTS?
Larry Bennett was and is a tool of the FPD. At the time, Larry Bennett was protecting an out of control department that had multiple dead bodies on its hands.
Dean Gochenour died while in custody at the house of horrors-Fullerton Jail- Dean was the man who was found dead in his cell at the Fullerton jail and the officer who was in charge at the time, decided to smash his digitally activated recorder (DAR) rather than turn it over to the OC District Attorneys office.
Then there was Kelly Thomas
Then of course comes Larry Bennett to the rescue. Larry Bennett’s laundry list of campaign donors is stacked to the hilt with those who who also supported the regime that for decades allowed the culture of corruption in the Fullerton Police department to flourish, the crony capitalist deals with the redevelopment scammers and the developers to go down hard and fast, and the bloated salaries and pension scams to fly at mach 2 that have left this town riddled with busted up roads everywhere, ridiculous gridlock with more high density housing on the way and no money left for anything other than The Fullerton Police departments murder and sexual assault lawsuits, and more raises and benefits for the police, fire and city workers that for the most part don’t even live here in Fullerton.
A FEW YEARS BACK, LARRY BENNETT WAS TEAMED BY FULLERTON POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION WITH FULL BLOWN ESTABLISHMENT LIBERAL DEMOCRAT UNION HACK DOUG CHAFFEE.
AND IF BENNETT WAS OFFENDED BY THIS PAIRING BY THE FPOA UNION TEAM ASSIGNMENT MARRYING THESE TWO AT THE HIPS BY THE FPOA, DO YOU THINK HE WOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT IT? HE SAID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DISTANCE HIMSELF FROM CHAFFEE WHICH HE DID NO SUCH THING.
BENNETT IS ALSO CONNECTED TO THE HIP OF FULLERTON’S QUEEN SHEBA OF CRONY CAPITALISM, QUEEN OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST, PRINGLE OPERATIVE, TAX AND SPEND, HIGH RISE DEVELOPMENT PUSHER, DEMOCRAT IN REPUBLICAN CLOTHING, TWIN VOTING RECORDS WITH LIBERAL DEMOCRATS JAN FLORY AND DOUG CHAFFEE, RINO ESTABLISHMENT HACK JENNIFER FITZGERALD
LARRY TAKES WHAT HE CAN GET
THESE THREE ARE THE APPLE OF BENNETTS EYE=THE OLD GUARD THAT RAN FULLERTON INTO THE GROUND
LARRY BENNETT HAS BEEN AND IS CONTINUED TO BE CONNECTED TO AND FINANCED BY ALL THE WRONG PEOPLE.
WHAT IS THE MOST OBSCENE OF ALL OF HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS IS THAT LARRY BENNETT DEFENDED THE INDEFENSIBLE -HIS IDEA OF PROTECTING FULLERTON WAS PROTECTING THE MURDERERS OF KELLY THOMAS AND THE CULTURE OF CORRUPTION IN THE FPD. HE TOOK SOME SERIOUS CASH FROM THE FPOA IN 2014
http://docs.cityoffullerton.com/weblink/DocView.aspx?dbid=1&id=554883&page=1&cr=1
HE ACTUALLY WORKED AGAINST THE MAJORITY OF FULLERTON RESIDENTS WHO HAD ENOUGH OF THE OLD GUARD THAT GAVE US THE FINANCIAL CLIFF AND THE OUT OF CONTROL POLICE DEPARTMENT.
LARRY BENNETT EVEN GOES ALONG WITH THE FAILED FRAMING OF BARRY LEVINSON BY DAN HUGHES AND YET DEFENDS THE BRUTAL MURDERERS OF KELLY THOMAS.
IS THIS THE TYPE OF LEADER YOU WANT, SOMEONE WHO COMES TO FALSE CONCLUSIONS WITHOUT DEMANDING THE EVIDENCE? THE CITY CAMERAS IN THE LOBBY SHOWED THAT NO SUCH EVENT EVER TOOK PLACE. IS THIS THE LEADERSHIP YOU WANT-ACTING WITHOUT ALL THE FACTS?
IS HE JUST ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT HACK GOING ALONG WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT CROWD? LOOK AT HIS FACEBOOK POST FROM 2014. IT SHOWS JUST HOW COORDINATED THIS FRAMING WAS AND LARRY BENNETT WAS CONDONING IT WITHOUT EVER HAVING SEEN THE VIDEO THAT SHOWS NOTHING HAPPENED.
Larry Bennett for Fullerton City Council 2016
This is a failure of leadership when we excuse this behavior. Barry Levinson should have been booted from the commission. It’s not a tough call. It’s not a close call. We deserve better from our commissioners and we certainly deserve better from our councilmen. Do the right thing.

LARRY BENNETT’S GOOD FRIEND PAT MCKINLEY-“I HIRED THEM ALL” –
LARRY BENNETT WANTS YOU TO THINK HE IS TOUGH ON THE ISSUES.
THE ONLY PROBLEM IS HIS ALTER EGO IS STILL FOLLOWING MR. PROTECT FULLERTON RECALL NO AROUND. THIS IS HOW LOW MR STATUS QUO PHONY CONSERVATIVE ESTABLISHMENT HACK LARRY BENNETT WILL GO TO WIN AN ELECTION. WHAT A LOW LIFE BENNETT REALLY IS. THIS IS THE CRAP HIS CABAL TURNED OUT WHILE HE WAS AT THE HELM TRYING TO DEFEND THE KILLER COPS AND THE THREE HACKS ON THE COUNCIL THAT WERE RUNNING FULLERTON INTO THE GROUND.
LARRY BENNETT RAN THE ANTI RECALL CAMPAIGN AND MOST LIKELY HAS TO HAVE APPROVED THIS MESSAGE BELOW WHICH IS TOTALLY WITHOUT ANY CLASS OR DIGNITY. SO DOES THAT MEAN MR BENNETT HAS NO CLASS OR DIGNITY? CERTAINLY IS NOT HE PORTRAYS HIMSELF IN PUBLIC.
I DIDN’T KNOW PROMOTING THIS TYPE OF SOFT PORN WAS PART OF THE REPUBLICAN PLATFORM LARRY?
I DIDN’T KNOW DEFENDING SNUFF FILM PRODUCTION WAS PART OF THE REPUBLICAN PLATFORM LARRY.
LARRY BENNETT ACTS AS IF HE IS SOME FISCAL CONSERVATIVE WHO IS CONCERNED ABOUT OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND OUR QUALITY OF LIFE. LARRY HAS CLEARLY SHOWN THAT HE HAD NO REGARD FOR THOSE RIGHTS AS THEY RELATED TO OR THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF KELLY THOMAS, DEAN GOCHENOUR, OR ANY OF THE REST OF THOSE WHO WERE FRAMED, MAIMED, MURDERED, MOLESTED, HARRASSED , SHAKEN DOWN, OR THREATENED BY THE FPD.
HE ACTS AS IF HE IS CONCERNED WITH DEVELOPMENT IN FULLERTON WHEN IN REALITY, THE ONLY DEVELOPMENTS HE IS REALLY CONCERNED WITH ARE THOSE THAT INVOLVE MAKING SURE THE NEW BOSS REMAINS THE SAME AS THE OLD BOSS. WE ALL KNOW THAT SONG FOLKS.
THERE IS NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN LADIES AND GENTLEMEN AND LARRY BENNETT IS, HAS BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE NOTHING MORE THAN-
Foolerton’s Phony Conservative Establishment Big Government Union Hack
NOT ONE PEEP OUT OF BENNETT FOR YEARS AT THE COUNCIL MEETINGS AND NOW HE IS BEING ROLLED OUT LIKE A CIRCUS CLOWN ONCE AGAIN TO TRY TO SIPHON VOTES AWAY FROM THE TRUE REFORM CANDIDATES. IT DIDN’T WORK BEFORE AND IT WON’T WORK NOW BECAUSE JOE IMBRIANO IS RUNNING THIS TIME AROUND. THE PARTY IS OVER AT CITY HALL.
JOE IMBRIANO 4 FULLERTON CITY COUNCIL
THE SELLING OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON PART II By Barry Levinson
Posted by Joe Imbriano in Fullerton's downtown core and corridor, Jan Flory, Ryan Cantor, The DCCSP, The Hunt Branch Library, Who's who in Fullerton politics on May 5, 2016
Question: Why are Mayor Jennifer Fitzgerald and City Manager Joe Felz not being straightforward about their obvious intentions to make it easier for the current landowner to convert the area around and including Polly’s Pies to high-rise high-density apartment complexes via the new tool recently being recommended by the Community Development Director?
This new zoning concept is called a Mixed-Use Overlay Zoning Tool. This would allow the landowners between Chapman and Commonwealth Avenue on the east side of Raymond Avenue to have the right to switch from 100% retail/commercial current zoning to predominantly high-rise high-density housing, which I suspect would increase the value of that property by millions of dollars. It is good to be the queen and king of Fullerton.
Joe Felz responded at the April 19, 2016 Fullerton City Council meeting that it would be very difficult to ever get high-rise development at that location as it would involve many steps including public hearing, and then approval by the Planning Committee and then a public hearing at city council and their approval of the zoning change along with the development project.
All this would have to happen after Mayor Jennifer Fitzgerald and Council member Doug Chaffee just told us they are committed to helping the landowner to get new retail tenants in that space and keeping that property a viable retail shopping area in the future.
Sounds like there is absolutely no way then that this property would be anything but retail going forward. End of story right…well unfortunately it is only just the beginning of the real story.
Joe Felz knows full well that the process he described above during the 4/19/16 Fullerton Council meeting as it relates to a zoning change for that site is currently under fire by his own Administration. His own Community Development Director, Karen Haluza
is recommending that the current zoning at that site be permanently replaced with the Mixed-Use Overlay Zone Tool allowing for high-rise high-density development without further zoning changes.
To summarize Fullerton Mayor Jennifer Fitzgerald is saying that the citizen’s have nothing to worry about because the city wants that retail area to remain and is actively helping to get in new tenants. City manager Joe Felz is telling us also not to worry because there are so many official steps and approvals that this landowner would have to undertake including public oversight before any high-rise development could even potentially happen at that site in Fullerton. However, at the very same time Joe Felz is telling us that it would be a very long and cumbersome official process requiring a number of checks and balances before we could have the possibility of high-rise housing at the Polly Pies site, his Community Development Director, Karen Haluza is recommending to the Planning Commission to approve a Mixed-Use Overlay Zone for 6 specific parcels of land including the one at Polly’s Pies that would allow current landowners to use the property for mix-use development with up to 98% of the property used exclusively for high-rise residential development as part of the proposed revised DCCSP.
What would you call someone who assures you that there is nothing to worry about when his direct report obviously with his approval and most likely at his direction is trying to accomplish the exact opposite? I know what I would call such a man…arrogant, deceptive, and not worthy to be our City Manager.
Therefore, Joe Felz needs to be removed as our City Manager because we need someone who will not make statements he knows are at best deceptive and misleading in nature to the Fullerton public. Now if the city council majority had any integrity, his removal would be a forgone conclusion. The question I have is the following: Who on the dais will stand up for the people of Fullerton by not allowing the City Manager and the City Council Majority to get away with spreading misinformation and worse to the general public they are supposed to serve. For as readers you are starting to realize that it should not have to come down to citizens like myself to point out the chicanery going on at city hall.
What would you call a Mayor who assures her constituents that high-rise development by Polly’s Pies is a pipe dream,
while the city is moving full steam ahead to change the zoning to allow for high-rise, high-density development at that exact location? Would you call Mayor Jennifer Fitzgerald incompetent, delusional or simply in collusion with the City Manager? I would say whatever your answer, her statements have earned her removal from office.
In fact bringing more high-rise, high-density apartments or condos is exactly what Joe Felz, Jennifer Fitzgerald, Jan Flory and Doug Chaffee appear to want in order to collect the $11,700 per residential unit Park Dwelling Fee/Tax. This will help them offset at least part of the $2.8 million dollar existing budget deficit as well as part of the millions of additional dollars approved by them via a 6% one-year raise for police and 9% over two-year raise for firemen/women.
The city council approved these raises prior to the city having the money necessary to fund these multi-million dollar increases in salaries and benefits. Where is the concern for the Fullerton taxpayer you may ask? Based on these actions by a majority of our city council there appears to be no real concern for the Fullerton taxpayer.
Their actions in my opinion do demonstrate a contempt for the good people of Fullerton as these changes will lower the quality of life in Fullerton for its residents while do little if anything to help improve roads, sewers and water systems, etc.
Question: Why is City Manager Joe Felz not being straightforward in his 4/19/16 council comments denying that he previously stated that it would cost the city 1.3 million dollars a year to reopen the Hunt Branch Library? He also stated at the same council meeting that the 1.3 million dollar figure to run the Hunt Branch Library was provided by former President of the Fullerton Library Board of Trustees, Ryan Cantor and from Library Director, Maureen Gebelein. Joe Felz went on to state that he personally had no knowledge about how much it would actually cost to run the Hunt Branch Library. Yet at the very next Fullerton Library Board of Trustee meeting, it was Trustee Ellen Ballard
who stated that it was Mr. Joe Felz himself that had made a formal detailed presentation at a previous Fullerton Library Board of Trustees meeting on the cost estimates to reopen the Hunts Branch Library.
The hypocrisy of the City of Fullerton Government is apparent to those with open eyes and minds. At the same time they are proposing to erode the quality of life for its citizens by continuing to approve high-rise, high-density apartments/condos, the City Manager recommended to the Library Board that the city should sell the Hunt Branch Library to Grace Ministries as a sole source bid.
So the plan is to keep approving zoning changes to allow for high-rise development while selling the community’s treasured resources such as the Hunt Branch Library. Well at least we have a vacant piece of city land on Bastanchury Road that could easily be converted to a branch library or a much needed park. Well guess what the Fullerton Library Board voted to get an appraisal for that piece of property, which would only be asked for if the city were contemplating selling that piece of property as well.
Yes the City of Fullerton is for sale and the people it will benefit are the special interest groups that have the complete attention and apparently devotion of our city council majority.
I report, you decide.

JAN FLORY: Dedicated to the fountain while turning her back on Orange County-Jan Flory skips the vector control board vote
Watch Fullerton divorce attorney and Vector Control appointee Jan Flory try to slither out of her INTENTIONALLY MISSING the crucial vote on handing the boards power to spray Orange County with poisonous chemicals over to an un elected bureaucrat. SHE MISSED THE VOTE ON PURPOSE! Then she has the audacity to make it sound like she was there for the vote and that she didn’t support the measure. What a tool. 30 seconds in you will hear Fullerton recorded as ABSENT.
Here is FULLERTON’S JAN FLORY VOTING AGAINST ADVANCE WARNING ON AERIAL SPRAYING a few months ago. Can you believe this woman? She shows up to vote to block advance warning and bails out on the crucial vote in exchange for a photo op for some fountain.
SO LAST NIGHT I CALLED HER OUT ON IT
AND OF COURSE WATCH THIS DIVORCE ATTORNEY TRY TO MANEUVER ME AND GIVE THE APPEARANCE OF HER BEING IN ATTENDANCE AND VOTING-LISTEN TO THIS.
HERE ARE THE FACTS FOLKS-THE DEDICATION OF A “FOUNTAIN” IS MORE IMPORTANT TO JAN FLORY THAN STOPPING THE POISONING OF THE PUBLIC .
WHILE SHE TWISTS THE FACTS TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE SHE IS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ISSUE, NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. SHE LEFT THE VECTOR CONTROL BOARD MEETING BEFORE THE VOTE AND SHE REFUSED TO VOTE.
Here is the video again at 30 seconds Flory is a no show
SO HERE I AM TRYING TO CORRECT HER LIES AND LISTEN TO THE MAYOR TRY TO SHUT ME DOWN.
THESE TWO WOMEN FLORY AND FITZGERALD ARE ENEMIES OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT,
https://youtu.be/uqB14AW7su0
ENEMIES OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT JAN FLORY AND JENNIFER FITZGERALD
JAN FLORY NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM HER POSITION ON THE VECTOR CONTROL BOARD IMMEDIATELY
AND BY THE WAY, THESE TWO ARE UP FOR ELECTION IN NOVEMBER-THEY BOTH NEED TO BE THROWN OUT.
Joe Imbriano 4 Fullerton City Council
Repackaging the destruction of Fullerton with the new and improved DCCSP proposal tonight at Fullerton City Hall
Posted by Joe Imbriano in Agenda 21, Fullerton's downtown core and corridor, Hidden in plain view, JOE IMBRIANO 4 FULLERTON CITY COUNCIL, The DCCSP, Who's who in Fullerton politics on April 13, 2016
TONIGHT JOE FELZ IS REPACKAGING UP THE DCCSP AND HOPING THE PLANNING COMMISSION CAN SHOVE IT DOWN YOUR THROATS. HERE WE GO AGAIN FULLERTON, HERE WE GO AGAIN.
JOE FELZ IS INTRODUCING TO FULLERTON: the study session on the new DCCSP
Just recently, we the people beat back the horrific College Town plan back for the time being. College town calls for closing the 57 Freeway exits and onramps to Nutwood, closing Nutwood to through traffic, wiping out thriving business that serve southeast Fullerton, adding 12000 more cars a day,4300 high density housing units and the creation of a “parking management district” that is not defined and will bring parking meters to all of Fullerton. THIS THING WAS CHUMP CHANGE COMPARED TO WHAT THEY HAVE PLANNED WITH THIS SO CALLED NEW AND IMPROVED DCCSP.
JUST HOW BAD IS THE DCCSP THAT WAS PASSED TWO YEARS AGO?
How Awful and Corrupt is the Fullerton Downtown Core and Corridor Special Project?
Please let me count the ways as follows: by Barry Levinson
1- It is an undemocratic power grab by one unelected bureaucrat, City Manager Joe (I want to be king)Felz.
2- It turns the power to vote on individual development projects from the city council with the requirement to allow public comments prior to any vote, to one unelected man, City Manager Joe (I want to be emperor) Felz.
3- No honest elected city council majority would ever consider giving away their power to decide on numerous future development projects throughout much of the city to an unelected bureaucrat, City Manager Joe (I want to be a dictator) Felz.
4- If you think traffic is bad now wait until you add another 50,000-100,000 or more residents with no additional roads or lanes to existing roads. If you do not believe me than look at the million-dollar plan documents. The only traffic improvement called for in the plan is adding one or two roundabouts on Wilshire Avenue.
5- Who do you think might benefit from this project if passed?
May I suggest to you that Council member Jennifer Fitzgerald (who is also the Vice President of Curt Pringle and Associates)
and her boss along with a host of developers who will be knocking at our City Manager’s door?
If Ms. Fitzgerald does not recuse herself from this vote when it comes up, I think rather than recalling her we should just run her out of town.
6- I of course have not yet mentioned the concern as to where the needed water will come from for the 100,000 additional residents.
It would seem that the City of Fullerton motto must be that no matter how bad the times are for you and me, there is never a bad time to get more money (tax money) for themselves.
After all 80% of every dime in tax money that represents the General Fund, does not go for our streets or our decaying sewers and water system.
It goes to our friends at city hall for their salaries and benefits. We get the crumbs that are remaining. Yet for Joe Felz and his merry men and women of Fullerton Forest they are eager to take even more from the poor citizens of Fullerton to make sure their stomachs are full and their retirements are merry and pay for it by selling Fullerton off to the developers.
SO WHO PASSED THE DCCSP TWO YEARS AGO THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO REPACKAGE TONIGHT?
You are here to serve the RESIDENTS of Fullerton. You are here for us, not the other way around. Many of you just do not get it. I mean how can you logically even consider bringing this thing back for consideration?
This plan should have NEVER advanced and, if you had any common sense or were here for the benefit of the People, you would know that. You work for us. Either do your job or resign. Never lecture us, again, or put us in a position where we have to fight you for our own rights to live in a healthy community.
We all know this scam would net the city hundreds of millions in developer fees to keep the out of control pensions and salaries’ gravy train on the tracks and not a peep about the park lands this money will be used for because that is not where it will go. We could have bought Coyote Hills years ago and furnished the darn thing with the endless revenue stream that is now not even ENOUGH TO MEET PAYROLL! Stop participating in planning activities that will destroy our homes and lives here in Fullerton.
Homeowners be damned, Fullerton must grow! So saith our overlord, Ms. Ma’Ayn Johnson.
“We are going to keep growing” — Yes, and destroy resident’s property values and quality of life. Is that what the QB means?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4qg3wSAzuA
What an Agenda 21 tool, as if you can never pack so many people in so that you have created an overcrowded environment and why when according the census bureau, 95% of the United States is rural open space.
The CT Plan: “it looks good on paper” WHAT? I guess if you don’t mind unbearable gridlock and total degradation of communities.
Devalued properties
Significantly adverse impact to air quality, traffic, pedestrian deaths, cyclist deaths and people dying in the ambulances stuck in traffic that this will create.
Agenda 21-pack em, stack em, and of course stick it to the taxpayers and the residents. Does she even have a clue what a WiFi prison like this will do the inhabitants? I highly doubt it. Does she have a clue what this will do to the residents? I don’t think she gives a damn, regardless of her phony diatribes. She is an AGENDA 21 S.C.A.G operative and needs to be removed from her position.
Does Ma’Ayn Johnson and the rest of the planning commission understand that cramming massive amounts of people into high density, polluted, congested, unnatural, scientific kill grids where they will be forcibly microwaved and sterilized with ubiquitous wireless infrastructure,
forcibly vaccinated with toxins, sterilants, and cancer viruses,
drugged with dosed chemically laced water,
force fed GMO foods with no room to grow their own, sprayed from above with aerosolized metallic nanoparticles,
pesticides from the vector control district,
and having piezo electric geoengineering compounds rain down on them
while their brains are turned to mush by the TV screens everywhere
is playing right into the hands of the demonic social engineers that are hell bent on depopulation WHILE 95 PERCENT OF THE UNITED STATES IS ALREADY RURAL OPEN SPACE? http://news.heartland.org/newspaper-article/2003/07/01/census-bureau-946-percent-us-rural-open-space
and this is what they want for your backyard-
Perhaps Ms. Johnson and the rest for the commission does or perhaps this is truly an indictment of just how dangerous our higher education system really is to our society. If for just that reason alone one can conclude that this repackaged DCCSP is a horrible plan. ANYONE THAT GOES ALONG WITH THIS WITH THIS UNDEMOCRATIC POWER GRAB BY JOE FELZ AND THIS DESTRUCTION OF FULLERTON NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR POSITIONS
We warned you that this project would be back, and you know what? So WILL WE.
Stay vigilant Fullerton.

It can be said that best laid plans of mice and men, combined with some good old fashioned corruption yields a terrible mess. Well folks, here we are.

This is what all 6* Planning Commissioners ignored while speaking at the end of the Planning Commission meeting on March 14, 2016 as follows:
1. They ignored our 4 to 5 five-year in the making updated General Plan for Fullerton that was completed I believe in 2012, less than 4 years ago. It was Commissioner Gambino I believe who said that the General Plan is already obsolete. This is what they do. They have a bunch of rules and use them for their advantage when the situation is right and trash the rules when they want to pass something else. If I believed as a commissioner that the General Plan was obsolete and did not meet the needs of the city (which I do not) I would be speaking out loudly on how the city wasted over a million dollars and over 4 years putting together a plan that is not worth the paper it is printed on. But again they would never do that. In fact as I mentioned at the podium it was none other than Mayor Fitzgerald that voted against the Lark Ellen townhouse proposal’s first iteration because it did not follow the General Plan to keep the neighborhoods intact. In fact that neighborhood has homes on 7,000 and 8,000 thousand sq. ft. lots and not the 20,000 sq. ft. lots and greater in Sunny Hills. So one day the city is making decisions based on the General Plan and then a month or two later they are trashing the same plan. All one has to do 90% of the time to fight city hall is to use their own contradictory words and thoughts against them. I find it to be one of the most effective tools we have as citizens to get their attention.
2. As I stated at the podium, Planning Consultant Heather Allen’s presentation was totally biased in favor of the developer. It is the same reason police and firemen get such large raises and outsized benefits. The city and the unions are on the same side and no one looks out for the taxpayers. In this case it is obvious once again that the city and the developer are on the same side. No one on the dais agreed with my comments that the presentation by the city left a lot to be desired. It was so, so obvious but commissioners will not go there (except me at Parks and Recreation).
3. No one asked for any proof that there is no demand for a new office/medical building at the site of the proposed Melia Homes. We heard from the developer, one or more commissioners and Marty Burbank that the Towers office buildings on Harbor and Brea Boulevards are half vacant. Before accepting that as fact, documentation about the vacancy percentage in those two buidlings should have been presented to the committee. Until such evidence is provided it was just an unconfirmed statement, nothing more and nothing less. Even if it is true they are comparing apples to oranges. First, the Melia homes location being so close to St. Jude Hospital and medical offices makes that property a good fit for another medical related building including the ever growing need for more extended senior care facilities. Second, a brand new office building can’t be compared to a 40 year old building over a mile away.
4. No one on the dais stated that Melia Homes should strongly consider bringing forth a plan of single family homes with lots at or near 20,000 sq. ft. as to fit in with the neighborhood. All they talked about was reducing the 40 town-home units to somewhat smaller town-home development.
5. Commissioner Larry Bennett talked about how he is a strong advocate for private property rights. I am also a strong advocate of the same. But buying property zoned as office/medical, which sets the value of that property and now asking that they change it 180% degrees to high density multi-unit residential (no matter what the city labels it) is not property rights. The reality is that it violates the adjoining property owner rights, privacy and valuations, while at the same time making the developer’s property values much higher due to the zoning change. This is crony capitalism at its worst.
6. Finally, based on the majority of the commissioners professions and/or organizations they belong to suggests a real bias for more medium and high density development.
I wish I could have had 8 to 10 minutes at the podium for I would demonstrate point by point how bad this project is and how the commissioners are ignoring the major issues before them. I thought to some extent they were getting lost in the weeds hoping that by throwing the neighbors a bone it would become acceptable. This is also a tactic they use over and over again.
Together we are much stronger than just each of us speaking out individually. Sunny Hills residents please do not be fooled by future city attempts to placate you with the same development on a slightly smaller scale. The city seems to care more about collecting the $11,700 a unit fee/tax, called the Park Dwelling Fee required of the developer for each of the 40 units, which would total $468,000.
* Kevin Pendergraft appointed by Council member Whitaker missed this extremely important meeting. He also missed the vote on the Downtown Core And Corridor Special Project Proposal several months ago as well.
