I took the time and effort to explain in detail (at least as much detail that the maximum 3 minutes allows), why College Town should be scrapped permanently and why I believe the city of Fullerton is pushing this disaster so very, very hard.
After I spoke, Joe Imbriano spoke about College Town and correctly stated that the Downtown Core and Corridor is College Town on steroids. (I have commented in past council meetings going… way back that the DCCSP is undemocratic as it gives the power to approve unlimited numbers of high-rise developments to an unelected bureaucrat, namely City Manager Joe Felz and any council member who votes to give their power away to approve individual projects to Mr. Felz is corrupt, period.)

The residents beat this horrific College Town plan back for now. College town calls for closing the 57 Freeway exits and onramps to Nutwood, closing Nutwood to through traffic, wiping out thriving business that serve southeast Fullerton, adding 12000 more cars a day,
The endorsements Joe Imbriano 4 Fullerton City Council will never need

- The endorsement list for Fullerton’s Mayor Jennifer Fitzpringle who is so steeped in conflict of interest with her position as Vice President of Curt Pringle and associates that she couldn’t find her way out of a wet paper bag in a thunderstorm.
Fullerton is for sale and is about to be ruined for good with the projects that she supports and that her appointees on the city commissions rubber stamped, namely the Downtown Core and Corridor Special Project and College Town which will add tens of thousands of stack em and pack em high rise ten story monstrosity housing units.
Meanwhile, Fullerton’s infrastructure lies in ruin while the city is being bled dry by the greedy police, fire and city worker unions that she hands out raises and benefit increases to like lollipops on Halloween. Fitzgerald thinks she can ram these horrendous projects through to finance this disaster. She has another thing coming. It is called the door in November. I need your help to protect Fullerton.
She needs to be thrown out of office and so does anyone that supports her. As far as her endorsement list below………………….

The Brea Dam issue may be new to some of you, but not to the Parks and Recreation commission in Fullerton, and especially not to Scott Stanford.
Is there a massive financial scandal brewing involving the property? Here is another SO CALLED CONSERVATIVE Scott Stanford parks and rec appointee from Foolerton’s decaying establishment who is just outright mad at Mr Imbriano, Mr Curleee, and anyone else who shines the light of day on issues. He personally asked me to post this so watch him in action. Just another city hall establishment sycophant who claims to be conservative.
Contrary to Mr Stanford, there is nothing PETTY about ramming dangerous cell towers into neighborhoods right next to peoples homes and right next to schools, framing and attempting to incarcerate citizen activists and a fellow commissioner, the disgusting, dilapidated, grafiitti riddled neglected unsanitary disgusting park bathrooms, busted drinking fountains, busted concrete, gopher hole laden dead parks, dead trees, treacherous decaying playground equipment, the dirty, attempted secret giveaway of the most valueable piece of real estate in the park and rec department, and of course the serious allegations of misuse of public funds at the Brea dam.
Of course Stanford states that he “has nothing vested in his position except for seeing the city run in a good way” Well this is not political, this is not a game, this is push back from awake citizens that want to see the city run in good way. We are not going away so maybe, like he has been tempted to do in the past, he should resign. If he doesn’t like the way this issue is being covered, and the fact that questions are being asked about our money, our parks and our representatives then get the heck off the commission so we can have someone else step up and join the lone voice of reason and logic, Mr Levinson.
So who is this guy? Well he votes for cell towers next to schools and homes without contracts and detailed information ignoring safety and health concerns just like the others with the exception of Barry Levinson.
Who the heck appointed this guy? Well of course he was an at large appointee so the entire council can take credit. Stanford was involved, by his own admission in the golf course giveaway back when the ball started rolling down the proverbial hill that David Curlee’s website http://breadam.org/ just put on the map.
Yes it is full of questions and the only answer this guy seems to have is crickets and innuendo. Par for the course when the lights are on and nobody’s home at city hall. Is Stanford just another RINO? Perhaps but that doesn’t matter because he is just an adviser to council. Fortunately for the taxpayers, because of a possible Brown Act violation and the voice of reason and due diligence, commissioner Levinson, the issue will be back at the table at the next meeting with a more detailed accounting in hopes of answering the serious allegations Mr. Curlee has made against the city of Fullerton. We will keep you posted.

Well tonight the Library Board voted to set the stage to begin the end of the blessing of the 1962 endowment that Norton Simon and the Hunt Food & Industries Foundation donated to Fullerton. It was to be a building and park located in Southwest Fullerton, to the City on the condition that it is “used solely for a public library and public library park.” The donation became known as the Hunt Branch and is located at 201 S. Basque Avenue. Of course it has been City property since then and that means it is public property-our property. Looks like it is church property now,
Fullerton’s for sale ladies and gentlemen and it looks like Joe Felz, with our own property, is trying to buy off one of the political powerhouses in town with a sweetheart real estate deal right after Valentines day with Grace Ministries. An ambiguously worded agenda item, little to no details, a possible sole source bid down the line if coucil approves to not fund it and to sell it off, no appraisal-Has a backdoor deal already been penned waiting to go down?

What keeps the roads busted up, the high rises popping up, the red ink from drying, the pension debt going into orbit and the average taxpayer home on council meeting nights? Is it the sleeping gas of the charlatans. Sure paint a school, give ’em a parade, bamboozle em with some fuzzy math, throw in a fireworks show and a movie night with a twinkle in their eyes and the rest is history.
Fullerton’s status quo is brought to you by Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom tonight so as we all enter the Outer Limits and the Twilight Zone, do not attempt to adjust your screen, as we control the horizontal, we control the vertical, and we control the brightness and we control all of you while you all remain asleep in the darkness.
ONLY YOU CONTROL THE LEVER IN THAT VOTING BOOTH OR YOUR ENTRY AT THE BALLOT BOX IN NOVEMBER.
They can blur the lines now but the lights are coming on, the jig is up, and change is in the air. Their phony smiles only have another 11 months to go. If these folks really loved Fullerton instead of the Fullerton city employees and the developers, you wouldn’t have the control arms busting off of the front ends of your cars, and we wouldn’t have the every other Tuesday night backroom deals with the lawsuits backing up like cargo ships in the port during a longshoreman’s strike out of Long Beach.

With the Fire department overtime scam spanning decades, we are broke. How would you like your neighbors to pay 97% of your retirement, get an extra 30%- 60% of your pay in an overtime bonus every year and get 90% of your highest year for life at retirement? Who needs to save any money when you have your neighbors by the throat for life?
It is time to say goodbye to the Fullerton Establishment and to begin to show which people that not only make it possible, but those who make it egregiously profitable for, and those who religiously court and cover for these greedy overpaid employees where the door really is. Forget the pinks shirts and the photo ops with the fire trucks. What about the ongoing decades old fire department overtime scam? Come on, who cares about a dog and pony show $18,000 donation to the flush with cash hospital. Look at these numbers. This is not charity, this is robbery.

SO WHY IS THE FIRE DEPARTMENT ASKING YOU FOR MONEY FOR CHARITY? TELL THEM YOU ALREADY GAVE AT THE OFFICE AND TELL CHAFFEE, FITZPRINGLE AND FLORY THEY NEED TO GO PACK THEIR BAGS.
We have $300,000,000 (3 hundred million) dollars worth of road, water main and sewer repairs that need to be made now. We have almost $200,000,000 (2 hundred million) dollars in unfunded pension liabilities for Fullerton. Forget the stupid parade and the fireworks shows. It is time to take care of business and that includes housekeeping as well. They almost tried via slight of hand, to ram through the disastrous Downtown Core and Corridor program this Tuesday night.
Thankfully, due to the light of day and the accuracy of the information war we waged, we shot down their trial balloon and Fullerton has been spared FOR NOW.
This is nothing to celebrate, nothing to smile about and is every reason to get rid of these elected officials that have betrayed all of us for far too long. It is 140,000 hardworking residents versus the greedy developers and the 700 city welfare recipient employees of which over 70 percent DO NOT EVEN LIVE IN OUR CITY. The municipal corporate welfare Ponzi (no offense Lou) scheme is going to be fully exposed here so fasten your seat belts folks because it is going to be a rough ride to the promised land. You have my word, we will make it or we will die trying to get all of us there. Time is on OUR side and so is the TRUTH. Stay tuned, AND SPREAD THE WORD
