THE PHOTO OF THE ABOVE CHILD IS A PUBLICLY SHARED PHOTO FROM THE FULLERTON SCHOOL DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT ROBERT PLETKA’S FACEBOOK PAGE WHICH IS LINKED UP ON THE DISTRICTS OWN WEBSITE:  https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=479084712158056&set=a.467172693349258.106292.467056220027572&type=1&ref=nf

We have to consider the time-value of exposure for our children: how much radiation over time.

Start with micro waving a potato for example:

100% power x 5 minutes = 1 cooked potato
50% power x 10 minutes = 1 cooked potato

Total RF/EMF radiation over 10 years = serious health problems for our kids

Why take this risk?

FCC and OSHA officials agreed how to calculate total cumulative RF/EMF in a classroom, but the FCC guideline doesn’t consider this concept at all.

FULLERTON SCHOOL DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT ROBERT PLETKA  REFUSES TO SHUT THESE SYSTEMS OFF WHILE HE  STATES THAT THIS IS “TOTALLY SAFE FOR OUR KIDS” http://fsd.k12.ca.us/parent_resources/files/wireless.pdf

TO THIS DATE, THE CURRENT FULLERTON SCHOOL BOARD  HAS REMAINED EERILY SILENT ON THIS ISSUE IGNORING AND DOING NOTHING TO STOP THIS IN SPITE OF ALL THAT HAS BEEN PRESENTED TO THEM VIA EMAIL AND AT BOARD MEETINGS.

WE BELIEVE THAT THIS IS AN UNAUTHORIZED FORCED IRRADIATION OF SCHOOL CHILDREN. THERE ARE NO STUDIES ON THE EFFECTS OF THESE DEVICES ON CHILDREN OR STUDENTS IN THE CLASSROOM SETTING. ARE YOUR CHILDREN ARE THE TEST SUBJECTS?

TELL OUR REPRESENTATIVES THAT WE WILL HAVE NO PART OF IT. HELP US END IT. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING OF THE DEVICES THAT WILL BE DEPLOYED IN THESE MICROWAVE MATRIX COMMON CORE COMPLIANT CLASSROOMS.

Mr. Imbriano, The Fullerton School District superintendent, Dr. Robert Pletka is really putting this out there for the whole world to observe. He is a very foolish man indeed.

When I worked in the diesel generator business,
I worked with a lot of communications companies all across Canada.

Bell Canada was a big one I did a lot of work with.
They have “standby diesel generators” at their central offices and all their repeater stations.
A lot of “national security” concerns within these systems.
I worked on a fairly large “fibre optics” project in 1996 into 1997 when I was poisoned for the first time in 1997
People within these systems have more than enough resources to make you “sick” if you ……”step on the wrong toes.”
Lots of surlpus “microwave generators.” and “radio equipment.”
    All with “no forensic evidence.”
It just takes one “idiot” to put something together who does not like you.
There may be a union / non union theme to my problems.
I worked at a non union company, Harper Detroit Diesel.
I had no idea about “radio waves as weapons” until 2005,
……8 years after I initially got sick
I started my research project in January 2004 on the internet with the keywords “constructive dismissal”
in relation to my own problems at Harper Detroit Diesel.
I am not sure about ……”microwave mind control”,
seems to be a lot of articles on the internet about this topic.
It does look like more and more people world wide are looking at
    ……”radio waves as weapons”.
I think maybe thats because there is now so much “radio equipment”around the world with the advancements in “communications.”
The problems with all these types of systems is the technology falls into the wrong hands.
Some real horror stories from people worldwide about this topic on the internet.
What an eye opener ! Be careful.

    cosmic background microwave -2.735 Kelvin = 3.11E-6_W/m2

FSD classroom WiFi 2.4GHz and 5GHz

    20 dBm (100 mW)
    17 dBm (50 mW)
    14 dBm (25 mW)
    11 dBm (12.5 mW)
    8 dBm (6.25 mW)
    5 dBm (3.13 mW)
    2 dBm (1.56 mW)
    -1 dBm (0.78 mW)

Now add the tablets in the laps.
Throw in the duty cycles and regulatory exposure limits can potentially be approached in a room full of WiFi enabled devices which do not employ adaptive power control as they are humming away. Regulatory limits IGNORE NON THERMAL BIOLOGICAL EFFECTS as well.

Why do they refer to the installation of these wireless access points as “deployments”? What does that term conjure in your mind?

I read an article about the newest conveneice for travelers. It is wifi on flights. Is it true that the plane’s fuselage reflects and focuses the waves, and the planes are made of metal which concentrates the radiation? Is this dangerous?

Is it because they are actually weapons in disguise?

        MICROWAVES, SCIENCE AND LIES
Revelations about the manipulation of science by mobile phone industry

The project is headed by director Jean Hêches and producer/author Nancy de Méritens.

The events that inspired this documentary film took place in Alsace, where a group of concerned citizens voiced their opposition to the installation of a mobile-telephony antenna tower near a residential area. One such citizen, Dr George, took action after reading scientific studies revealing that the electromagnetic waves emitted by mobile-telephony antenna towers are harmful to human health. Meanwhile, the mayor of the town believed that this technology was safe, based on the World Health Organization’s 2009 statement that the waves were harmless.

      de·ploy
      diˈploi/Submit
      verb
      1.
move (troops) into position for military action.
“forces were deployed at strategic locations”
      synonyms: position, station, post, place, install, locate, situate, site, establish;

The word deploy has roots as a military term, used to describe the placement of equipment and troops in a battlefield.

The FCC has guidelines for RF exposure. Why don’t you just Google maximum permissible exposure to RF. Basically, wifi doesn’t have nearly enough power to do anything to you. Why don’t you stop your fear mongering.

This is a pretty good explanation here for those of you who are interested.

They were based on heating effects to a cup of salt water placed inside a mannequin’s head with a thermometer in it. Hardly representative of any and all biological effects, much less those on school children. Do your homework.

As a mom , I just don’t get how all a sudden the kids have to have so many gadgets that are wireless. This stuff is getting totally out of control. I try to limit them at home but it is just so hard because their friends all have them. Now that the schools are forcing it, it is becoming impossible to limit how much wireless they are getting exposed to.

      • #17 by Anonymous on December 16, 2013 - 8:07 pm

They were never meant to be construed as safety standards for small children as they were never tested on them. What they have is extremely arbitrary in terms of safety and that is why they are referred to as “exposure guidelines”.

        • #18 by Joe Imbriano on December 16, 2013 - 11:38 pm

The classrooms are the labs and the kids are the rats. This stuff was never safety tested in the classroom settings being proposed or implemented. This is all day every day mandatory exposure to a class 2B carcinogen along the lines of lead and car exhaust. If a mechanic shop was adjacent to a school and some exhaust was entering the classrooms through the HVAC systems, that shop would be shut down and fined so fast it would make your head spin.

Low power? Compared to what? Background levels are trillions of times lower that what comes off of the wireless access points. It is like having a cell tower in the classroom in a room full of in use cell phones. You kids getting bloody noses, headaches, insomnia, ADHD?

The Russians used this technology on our embassy back in the day. From 1953 to 1976, beams of microwaves of 2.5 to 4.0 GHz were aimed at the US embassy building in Moscow. An extensive study investigated the health of embassy staff and their families, comparing Moscow embassy staff with staff in other Eastern European US embassies. The resulting large report has never been published in peer reviewed literature.

Would a school board member, just one, please come forward and explain how they manage to ignore high ranking scientists who state that wireless radiation is harmful to children?

Imagine that you were in charge of a group of children, and were about to cross a busy street when from the other side a health and safety expert said “STOP, this is too dangerous.”

    What would you do?

Then another authority stood next to them and also waved their hands, signalling that it was unsafe.

Pretty soon a large group forms, with 15-20 doctors and other health experts collectively communicating that crossing that street was too dangerous.

What would go through your mind?

Well let’s make it a bit more realistic. Someone from your school’s technology department comes up behind you and says: “Don’t worry about what those doctors are saying.” Go ahead.

They might add, the department of transportation says that it is safe to take children across this road.

You are responsible for 30 children. What would you do?

These school officials are ignoring the doctors and other experts, and leading group after group of children right out into traffic.

I can’t figure out how they live with themselves.

    • #24 by penchant for change on December 23, 2013 - 9:04 am

They are more than likely all being advised by counsel to no longer expose themselves to any and all opposing viewpoints at this juncture.

One could argue that the district is in a very precarious position with the “totally safe” claim made by its superintendent. Being tight lipped keeps things frozen in place which is right where the district wants the issue to remain. They will simply wait you out.

No doubt the District’s legal has inordinately tight reigns on all of them. Hit them in the pocketbook where it hurts. That will get their attention, and will air the facts publicly. What must happen to move this along at this point is legal action against the District, and if so desired, name all five of the board members for good measure. They have left you all at an impasse with no other choice at this point.

Mr. Imbriano, my sincere advice to you at this point is to remove your children from the Fullerton School District immediately. You need take this whole thing up another notch and call in the press. Get the cameras to show up.
