The conclusions of this report issued in April 2012 to Police Chief Hughes occurred approximately 18 months before the Ramos and Cincinelli trial seems to contradict the sworn testimony of both Fullerton Police Department Training Officer, Corporal Rubio and Fullerton Police Department Sergeant Kevin Craig. They both testified that they saw no major violations of the Fullerton Police Department Policy Manual during the brutal beating death of Kelly Thomas and the subsequent police response to his injuries.
Did FPD Police Chief Dan Hughes provide this crucial piece of evidence to the OC DA and if not did this directly lead to a not-guilty verdict?
Why has not Police Chief Dan Hughes taken any action to open up a police investigation concerning the alleged perjury by two of his officers? Why did he not follow the same course of action for this alleged felony perjury case as his department did with regard to Barry Levinson’s baseless misdemeanor case that was later dropped by the OC DA for lack of evidence?
Chief Hughes knew that the sealed Gennnaco report conclusions conflicted with his officers’ testimony. Did he provide it to the Orange County D. A. as requested as part of the packet of information subpoenaed by the Prosecution, or did he not?

First there is the soap box, which is our right to grandstand in order to disseminate the need and urgency for reforms through the peaceful exercise of our First Amendment protected speech, the right to assemble and have access to and utilize a free press.
When that is not successful, we must resort to the ballot box. Whether it be through the initiative process, elections, recalls or legislative enactment, this is the second peaceful way to enact much needed change to further the interests in protecting and safeguarding liberty at large and the furtherance of a peaceful society.
As a last resort, when all other peaceful measures fail and have been exhausted, it will eventually come down to the cartridge box as it is incumbent upon all Americans to water the tree of liberty with their very own blood and that of other patriots. Yes, we have been bequeathed with a remedy unlike any anywhere else on earth- The second amendment.
As we are now in a state of militarized police, with military personnel being deployed on the streets with the psychological and media conditioning through operation Jade Helm 2015, you all need to realize that what they are gearing up for is what comprised our founding fathers’ worst fears.

All fourth graders at my son’s elementary school presented a musical performance for family and friends about the history of California. It ended with the patriotic Lee Greenwood song, God Bless the U.S.A.
I cannot help it but I am sentimental and very proud and honored to be a citizen of this great, great country. Yet while I listened to the inspiring words, I had a bittersweet feeling come over me. Read carefully some of the key lyrics from this song as follows:

Well today ladies and gentlemen almost everywhere you turn you see our freedoms being taken away from us. From the NSA collecting all of our phone records and storing them at our expense and potential peril. From local police departments using Stingray devices to not only track phone messages of suspected criminals but also all other people within a mile radius of the so-called target.
Go to a city council meeting and speak before the council members during public comments. The normal response no matter how serious your issue is usually complete silence to your concerns. However, if a political ally speaks glowingly about the council members, you can expect much banter back and forth. Yet we the public allow those council members who are our representatives to get away with their apparent disdain for our opinions and us.
Now we have a proposed bill California SB 277 that wants to make all vaccines mandatory taking away the personal beliefs and religious exemptions.
Many of you know the City of Fullerton’s attempt to take my freedom away. Why did they attempt to do this? I believe it was because I had the audacity to speak out against a policy supported by a majority of our city leaders. This is not the time for meekness nor apathy or complacency. We are at a crossroads today. Without a ground swell of opposition to this concerted effort by the political elites to take more and more freedom away and place it in the hands of those who many times have hidden agendas that are not in our best interests.

After hearing Fullerton resident Judith Kaluzny speak at the last City Council meeting about much needed awareness for pedestrians crossing our streets within the crosswalks I am reminded of a situation that I witnessed a few months ago.
While driving my car south on Harbor Blvd. just north of Chapman at approximately 10 in the morning I stopped at the crosswalk to allow a pedestrian to cross from Angelo & Vinci’s restaurant towards Big Slice Pizza. In the lane next to me was an on-duty Fullerton motorcycle policeman. The officer and I both watched as the woman began to cross in the crosswalk and then 2 cars heading north drove right through the crosswalk forcing the pedestrian to stop mid-stream & jump back to the curb. The policeman watched both cars drive right through the crosswalk, endangering the woman’s life. Yet, even though the officer was in the fast lane and could have easily and safely made a U-turn to pull one or both drivers over, he did not.
After the woman made it safely across the street the traffic resumed, and the officer and I pulled up next to each other at the stoplight. I rolled my window down & asked him why he didn’t pull over either of those drivers as the pedestrian had the right of way. His response to me was: “I don’t like that crosswalk”. I’ve told them it’s not in a good place”. I said, “But isn’t it against the law to drive through the crosswalk when the pedestrian is already there?” He replied, “Yes.” I said, “Then you should have cited both of the drivers.” He answered with a nod yes of his head and drove away as the light turned green.
It is not a police officer’s job to choose which crosswalks he or she likes or doesn’t like when it comes to enforcing the law. It is his or her job to protect and serve. Because our police department may not protect us as pedestrians we must be ever more vigilant about walking around our town.

IS THERE ANY POINT IN LOCKING HORNS?
“There are 24 different measles genotypes or strains. The CDC finally did molecular characterization to determine the genotype implicated in the Disney outbreak, labeled “B3.”
MMR only targets “A.”
IS MMR utterly USELESS? Does it do absolutely NOTHING for the 23 other strains?
Does this REFUTE the following?
1. Unvaccinated children are spreading measles
2. Everyone needs to be vaccinated
3. The measles vaccine protects against measles
We need a vaccine against stupidity.”

What we do know for sure is that the measles portion of our current MMR vaccine was developed almost 30 years prior to the B3 strain even being discovered or possibly even invented. Read the rest of this entry »
