When there is smoke ladies and gentlemen, there is fire. What is going on with the Hepatitis outbreak in San Diego? It is a staged outbreak that has been contrived to drive a vaccination agenda. It is working like a charm and tens of thousands have already taken the shots in the past few weeks.
We have been through this before. Remember THE DISNEYLAND MEASLES OUTBREAK WHICH WAS STAGED in order to pass a forced vaccination law SB 277?
THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK IS ALREADY IN PLACE TO FORCIBLY AND CLANDESTINELY STERILIZE CHILDREN WITH VACCINATIONS BUT NOT ADULTS.
Hepatitis can be spread like wildfire via the food or water supply and they know it. Of course this disease can be serious but most people who get the disease never even know it because they never manifest symptoms. Hepatitis A is a mild, self limiting disease, resolving on its own with no treatment in 4-8 weeks in most cases.
ALL STAGED OUTBREAKS ARE PART OF A LARGER AGENDA AND AS YOU WILL SEE, THIS AGENDA NOW INVOLVES ADULTS.
SB277, the forced vaccination law for children was birthed from the staged Disneyland Measles outbreak. As of yet they still have not managed to find a way to get the adults into the matrix with forced vaccinations until now. If you will notice, the coverage of this San Diego Hepatitis outbreak has been really vague and spotty with the same tag lines being repeated for months and no real details being released. All we hear is that the epidemic is expanding and people are dying.
This particular staged outbreak involves the 1B hepatitis strain. This genotype is rarely seen in the Americas but circulates in North Africa and the Middle East. This is just more evidence that this whole thing is staged. It appears to have been released into and ignited in the homeless populations. San Diego first, Los Angeles and now Salt Lake City. I believe it was probably initiated through intentionally contaminated donated water, food or even from intentionally contaminated vaccinations they have been given. We are being told nothing definitive as to when and where it actually began which is just what you expect from a staged outbreak.
This staged San Diego outbreak is the deadliest in decades. Let’s talk about the Hepatitis outbreaks that have taken place in the United States. Prior to this there were numerous outbreaks over the last 20 years. If you will notice, unlike this staged outbreak, these prior outbreaks were all linked to a source, had susbstantial numbers of infections and almost no deaths.

The most widespread hepatitis A outbreak in the US was the 2003 United States hepatitis outbreak that afflicted at least 640 people (killing four) in northeastern Ohio and southwestern Pennsylvania in late 2003 The outbreak was blamed on tainted green onions at a restaurant in Monaca, Pennsylvania.
Each year, approximately 180,000 hepatitis A infections occur each year in the United States resulting in approximately 100 deaths. This is a 0.00055 death rate
The Staged San Diego Outbreak involves 421 cases that have resulted in 16 deaths. Authorities have admitted to vaccinating more than 21,000 people this far. This is a 0.038 death rate.
This staged outbreak is far more deadly as it has a death rate of 3.8% How is it possible to have a death rate running at 6,900 percent over what we would expect? This staged epidemic is setting the stage for mass forced vaccinations.
ALL OF THE OUTBREAKS IN THE LAST 20 YEARS WERE TRACED TO A SPECIFIC CAUSE AND LOCATION.
THIS STAGED OUTBREAK IN SAN DIEGO HAS NOT BEEN TRACED TO A SPECIFIC CAUSE OR LOCATION AND IT HAS BEEN GOING FOR 5 MONTHS NOW. The list of those recommended to receive the Hep A and B vaccine has now been expanded to include the following occupational groups: fire; emergency; law enforcement personnel; food handlers; health care personnel and professionals; service workers working directly with the homeless population; individuals working directly in substance abuse treatment programs; and public transit workers. This list will soon be expanded and the word recommended will soon be replaced with “mandated”.
The push is on for vaccinations folks. The goal is to get everyone vaccinated for Hepatitis A and B even though most infections in young children are asymptomatic, is so mild that 90% of kids who get hepatitis A never even know it an most adults never know it either. Even the National Institutes of Health states that: “Most people who have Hepatitis A get well on their own after a few weeks.”
Normally, Hepatitis A rarely presents itself inducing life-threatening situations. Usually, By the time symptoms appear, the disease is no longer infectious. Unlike hepatitis B, Type A hepatitis disappears completely after acute infection, and does not contribute to chronic liver disease or to cirrhosis. It is important to note that after the patient recovers, he has lifetime immunity. True immunity.
Hepatitis A can be caused by both hepatitis B and hepatitis C vaccines! This fact is found in a disclaimer that GlaxoSmithKlein makes about Havrix, that it can’t cure the hepatitis caused by these other 2 vaccines as stated by the manufacturer on p 1545 of the 2002 PDR: a possible side effect of Havrix is hepatitis!
Now look what is being recommended on a wide scale basis. It is a combination vaccine that allegedly offers protection from both Hepatitis A and B called TWINRIX .
I am sure that another combo vaccine will emerge soon to be a more effective sterilant. After all, every vaccine on the market has the license to do just that-sterilize you.
The Hepatitis vaccine along with all the other vaccines have “……… not been evaluated for its carcinogenic potential, mutagenic potential, or potential for impairment of fertility.” This statement is printed on every vaccine insert in the country in section 13 of the vaccine insert.
One component of this combo vaccine is the Hepatitis B surface antigen. The Pre-S Protein-Containing Hepatitis B Virus Surface Antigens combined with adjuvants make up the vaccine. We know that co-incubation of human spermatozoa with hepatitis B virus S protein, causes a significant loss of sperm mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP), which reduces the sperm’s motility, and resulted in sperm death and diminished fertility.
Twinrix is the vaccine that is used to prevent Hepatitis A and and B. It is given in a series of 3 injections- 1 dose followed by 2 more doses at 1 month and 6 months. It can also be given in 4 doses, with the initial dose followed by doses at 7 days, 21 to 30 days, and 12 months.
We know that in order to sterilize anyone, such as was done with the Tetanus shots in Kenya, multiple doses were required 6 months apart.
We must call them out on this in order to stave off a massive staged epidemic just as we did when we called them out on their attempts to stage a St Louis Encenphalitis outbreak in Orange County as a justification to do aerial spraying.
Ladies and gentlemen, what I believe we are witnessing here is the beginning of a sterilzation agenda aimed not only at children but also adults. It will be a matter of time before this vaccine becomes a condition of employment to anyone who works with food, water, or even the public.
Legislative enactment will swiftly follow this staged epidemic just as it did with the Disneyland staged measles outbreak. Forced vaccinations are coming only for those who refuse. Most people will roll up their sleeves willingly as they have already done with their children. The time is now to prepare, get informed and get ready to stand your ground. I remember back in 2011 at a little league game, one of the FPD officers told me on the steps at the sports complex that it would all pan out. Well, 6 years later, to the day and the hour we know no one was charged, the Information officer that put out the lies about the officers having broken bones that night was the watch commander on election night 2016 when Joe Felz got a ride home from the police after stinking like booze and fleeing the scene of an accident, the officers who were fired are suing for their jobs back which will cost the city tens of millions, we still have no civilian police oversight, the Pobar act remains unchanged, and the corruption inside the FPD continues despite the PR that they spoon feed the residents. It was a lawless night in Fullerton last night as it sounded like a war zone with all the mortar rounds going up. The reality is that it has been a lawless night every night since Kelly Thomas was murdered back in 2011 because the system is lawless ladies and gentlemen. No one ever went to prison for murdering him.

Just a few weeks ago, Interim City Manager Allan Roeder gave the citizens of Fullerton an update on the status of finding a new Police Chief. He said then that it was only a few weeks away until the city named this new Police Chief.

During the short time since 2011 since Siko was promoted to lieutenant and later to captain by Dan Hughes who was the chief, 35 percent of the Fullerton police force left for greener pastures and these were the good officers who left leaving us the dregs. Yes he and Hughes sure shaped it alright and shaped in in their image leaving the worst of the worst to take care of the population of Fullerton.
A week or two later, I learned to my surprise (not a complete surprise since nothing the city does truly surprises me anymore), that the city has named Fullerton Captain John Siko (pronounced psycho) as our new Acting Police Chief. I then asked myself why this turn of events. Why didn’t Hinig wait a few more weeks for the naming of the next permanent Chief of Police as was the plan according to City Manager, Allan Roeder?

Did the scheduling of that event just change due to the recent corruption allegations against our last permanent chief Dan Hughes? Did Hinig finally have his fill of embarrassment to continue as chief? As an example he remained publicly silent about a very important police matter, i.e. the repeal of a law enacted to help protect our children from pedophiles, Ordinance 3149. For he did not speak on that agenda item at all. He sat in his chair during that Agenda Item and said absolutely nothing on a matter that should have been front and center for any police chief. Well all I could say is that the only thing for sure that David Hinig appeared to do from my vantage point was to collect a whole bunch of money for 6 months?

Will Mayor Bruce Whitaker or any of our other council members bring up that the city just wasted approximately $100,000 or more to bring in an very high price temporary employee for the sole purpose of being a powerless figurehead? Why did they ignore their fiduciary responsibilities once again?
Now lets talk about the guy who really has been running the FPD since Dan Hughes retired from his police chief role in early November 2016. The person I am referring to of course is none other than the recently appointed ACTING POLICE CHIEF JOHN SIKO.
My only exchanges with then Captain Siko (Captain of the Fullerton Uniform Division) was a few weeks ago twice at the Fullerton Police Department. Both times he showed up to deal with our request to file a police report against former Police Chief Dan Hughes for criminal obstruction of justice. The first time he told us that we could not file a report. The second time he told us that he actually filed the police report for us. I specifically asked him then if the police report stated that we were filing charges of obstruction of justice against Dan Hughes. He responded in the affirmative. We learned a few days later from a Cadet at the front desk that Captain Siko did not file a police report on our behalf but rather a Miscellaneous Report outlining the conversation that is solely a Receive and File Report. Unlike a criminal police report that requires the department to investigate the allegations in such report, the Miscellaneous Report requires absolutely no action by the department. Its only function I guess is to gather dust in a file cabinet.
So what did these two encounters teach me about our new Acting Police Chief? First that he can look me in the eye and flat out not tell me the truth. Second, I learned that as the Uniform Officers’ Division Captain that he apparently was already running the FPD micromanaging the department or at least the potential scandals. For I learned that he was informed by the Watch Commandersf when Joe and me made a request concerning former Police Chief Hughes. For in an honest police department, filling out a police report is a very simple and straightforward activity. But Captain Siko apparently had made it his business to be notified of our attempts to file such a report immediately each time. He then chose to take total control of the situation twice while telling us he was actually off-duty both times. Why this perceived kind of paranoid interest in making sure that he would deal with us personally?
One might expect that over the top involvement by an off-duty police captain or chief to come from the Nazi Gestapo or from another fascist police organization but certainly not from an honest small city police department that has nothing to hide.
I have learned one more very disturbing alleged fact about Captain Siko. An unnamed reliable source claims that it was Captain Siko who called the four initial responding officers to the Joe Felz accident into his office a few days after the incident. The source claims that Captain Siko chastised them for not having the common sense to turn off their Axon cameras in such a political situation and for ruining a good man’s life (Joe Felz). This by itself, if it could be confirmed by one of those officers would be such a serious violation of police procedure and ethics to merit severe punishment, even dismissal. For the source is alleging that Captain Siko was upset that the officers did not destroy evidence (shut of their cameras). He also was alleged to be upset with them for being truthful about the condition of Joe Felz at the scene of that accident (i.e. the stench of alcohol). I am hoping that one of those officers or anyone who has first hand knowledge to come forward to stop our City Council from making John Siko’s appointment permanent. We have one former Police Chief, Dan Hughes being accused of criminal obstruction of justice by a OCDA investigator. We certainly can’t afford to appoint another one who allegedly condones the obstruction of justice by FPD personnel.

they will destroy their minds and reproductive systems.
From all this, their children will be born dead or deformed, and we will conceal
this information.

Bruce Whitaker shamefully and cowardly removed Barry Levinson from his long term position on the Fullerton Parks and Recreation Commission without any formal written notice and without any reason given. Bruce has shown his hand and I believe Dan Hughes once again has too. Was Bruce in on this possible set up of Levinson gone bad with the FPD? Who knows but one thing is for sure, the way Bruce Whitaker handled this issue certainly provided an opportunity for a game of FPD “gotcha” that almost played out when no one was looking on a Monday night while everyone was home watching the ball game.

On May 30, 2016 we celebrate the lives of and honor those who never returned home and those that did who were never the same while fighting for our God given rights to live as a safe and free society.
The memorial services all have one thing in common: we honor the brave men and women that constitute the fallen who fell for our freedom. Ladies and gentlemen, listen up. Much work lies ahead. The fallen gave it all so that enemies both foreign and domestic would never have their way with the American people. Many that actually made it home were never the same and to this day wander the streets trying to return to a sense of normalcy that will remain forever elusive comprising an ever burgeoning homeless population.
Fast forward to 2016- In the most abominable sense of irony, under the dark auspices of FPD chief Dan Hughes who tried to frame my close friends, regularly wraps himself in the American flag and makes it illegal to feed the homeless but it is apparently not illegal to murder them. Folks that is where we are today in Fullerton.
Just one day after Independence day 5 years ago, we witnessed a televised event that would make those that paid the ultimate price turn over in their graves.
On July 5, 2011, Kelly Thomas, while being detained and mind screwed by a few thugs with badges, fell into the trap of police provocation and it ended up costing him dearly. In the dystopian, North Korean style aftermath of the Fullerton officers’ acquittals, more protests erupted. The trials were delayed long enough to get this out of most peoples’ minds. Damage control was now the name of the game.
So here is the moral of the story that needs to be incorporated into the Fullerton School District’s common core curriculum. It goes something like this: If you wear a badge and murder an innocent citizen on camera, you get the best lawyers money can buy, get out of jail free, and get the longest paid vacations in Fullerton’s history. If you don’t wear a badge and spill the beans on the men in the black uniforms, it’s the hoosegow or bust.
The ensuing protests were impressive and considering the reason for them, they for the most part remained surprisingly peaceful. AJ with other members of the media were there live streaming the developments as they unfolded. Cops hate the independent media’s live streamers because confiscating the the devices or their memory cards doesn’t keep misdeeds out of the cloud, it simply keeps the footage out of their hot little hands. AJ was a live streamer at the protests when an unlawful assembly was declared. So why did our very own Dragnet boys in black have the hots for him so much so that they took their show 40 miles down the road out of uniform to the streets of Pasadena to pick him up on a MISDEMEANOR! Yeah they don’t have an officer to keep tabs on the sex offenders in town but good old Danny boy sure has no problem with throwin’ around some dough to bring our boys home when they cross that line-the line our veterans and soldiers bled out barefoot in the snow or soaking wet with bullets in their backs on the beaches of Normandy to hold-our First Amendment rights as Americans. Ladies and gentlemen, here are your tax dollars at work and they claim there is no culture of corruption in The FPD?
Where have we devolved to as a society that the long arm of the law deems clear cut video evidence during a murder extraneous and meticulously analyzes other video evidence of a protest to criminally implicate a member of the press engaging in activities that ostensibly are designed to keep us free.
It is just where we are folks but it doesn’t have to be that way.
Is this a taste of things to come?

What do we tell our children ladies and gentlemen? What do we make of the dichotomy of what is taught in the civics textbooks, and the abdication of our civic responsibilities that have allowed us to reach this point? Look them in the eyes tonight and ponder this as you celebrate Memorial day. Remember those who gave their lives to keep behaviors such as this relegated to banana republic cesspools. I know that they would turn over in their graves if they could see just how much we have let them and our children down.
Come out today and show you care and are not afraid to stand up for what is right against those who stand for what is wrong who act like right and wrong no longer matter.

This is what happens when they are not held accountable. We have a very real and very serious police conduct problem throughout the entire United States. The laws protecting the police such as POBAR in California must be repealed. I have read that similar laws are on the books in at least 2/3 of all the states. Once again actions that would land any ordinary citizen in jail for a long time routinely gets covered-up by those that are supposed to serve and protect us.
One does not however, have to insult all police officers by calling them pigs or other names. That does nothing to solve this very serious problem. However, a lifetime of reflection of the deficits of our police departments have lead me to the following conclusions. The majority of police want to do a good job. However, approximately half of them do not have either the temperament or the judgement or the common sense or the intellect to carry out their jobs in a satisfactory manner. After all it takes skill, judgment and smarts to respond appropriately in very tense and sometimes physically charged situations. Out of that approximate 50% I have identified there are approximately 20% of them or 10% of the overall police force personnel that just like to hurt people. These few are sadistic in nature and like to inflict pain on others. It is what drew them to this profession. What compounds the problems is that the police unions and many elected representatives have forged an alliance to protect all police even the worst among them, i.e. the sadistic ones. This creates a them vs. us mentality that is largely the fault of our police unions and our elected officials.
A few things must happen before the public will see any significant improvement in law enforcement.
First, laws such as POBAR must be repealed across the country.
Second, the fact that police applicants are turned down for being too smart must end immediately. Smarter approaches by law enforcement when dealing with tense situations with the public needs to be encouraged and implemented throughout the United States.
Lastly, after repealing laws such as POBAR, each and every law enforcement agency must clearly announce to the public that law enforcement officers have no additional rights over those they come into contact with on a daily basis. Police in the United States are allowed to carry weapons including a firearm. However, how they use that weapon should be judged the same as any other citizen. The I thought he was reaching for a weapon excuse is just that an excuse that should not vindicate unwarranted and bad police responses. I would suggest that it is almost impossible for law enforcement to treat people objectively and fairly if they believe they are better than and have more rights than the very people they are charged with serving and protecting.
It really is that simple. When a majority of politicians decide to do their jobs objectively and look at all the people they represent over the undue influence of big campaign checks they routinely receive from the police unions, law enforcement throughout this country will start to improve.
PS: I was raised in a police family. My dad and his older brother were NYC Police Officers. My dad worked in just about all of the highest crime neighberhoods throughout NYC such as Harlem, Bedford Stuyvesant and the South Bronx. I know firsthand what it is like to wait for your dad to come home and worry when he is late that something bad happened to him at work. But my dad and his brother both had a great attitude about performing their jobs. They did not worry about themselves but always were focused on protecting and serving the public. They were true public servants and will always be my number one and number two heroes. For their terrific service they always provided the public throughout their careers and the life lessons they taught me on almost an everyday basis, I thank you, I salute you and I will always miss both of you. Yet with every unique experience I had the opportunity to share with my dad and his profession, the one that always stands out in my mind was one cold snowy day in mid-town Manhattan sharing a day off with just my dad and me. We were walking across town to get to Madison Square Garden to watch my beloved Knicks play. I remember it was cold and blustery. As we were walking it started to snow. My dad saw a man who we would call homeless today, waiting by a city bus stop. He stopped and asked the man where he was going. The man stated that he was trying to get to a shelter downtown before the weather got really bad. My dad waited for a few minutes until the right bus stopped, paid for the man’s bus ticket and asked the bus driver to make sure the man got to the shelter. We then continued our walk to the Garden. My dad never spoke to me about that incident that day or any day for the rest of his life. Yet this one sweet and kind gesture by my dad that day always will be one of the nicest moments we ever shared together. Not because there were not many such moments between my dad and me, but because it gave me a special window into the heart and sole of one of many thousands of police officers in NYC, who just happened to be my dad. I guess my hope in telling you this true story is that each and every one of you who reads these comments walks away from it with one thought. We as a society can do better policing our citizens.
