    Fullerton – The Most Corrupt City in California :
    How can you tell when former Police Chief is lying to the public? Well in the above video, the answer is when his lips are moving.
    Freudian Slip by Dan Hughes when he states he could be objective in the completed investigation of Barry Levinson.
    What he didn’t state was that he was objective in the handling of this investigation.
    Now we have his protege’ as the Acting Police Chief, a John Siko and I assume one of the finalists to become the permanent police chief. This corrupt city council when they are finally exposed for their many bad acts, they respond by doubling down on the hiring of top city officials who in this case has been a major player in the city’s corruption and who most importantly they know will play ball. How very sad is the current state of the City of Fullerton government.
