East Fullerton is Toast : The Fullerton College Town plan is back

Fullerton’s corrupt city government tried to pass COLLEGE TOWN last year-an ill conceived corrupt East Fullerton plan to pack Cal State Fullerton with ten thousand more students on financial aid and out of state tuition rates in new apartments that no one will be able to afford unless the government is paying for them. They need the high priced enrollees to pay for the massive deficit that Cal State Fullerton is facing in terms of its payroll and benefit obligations. The solution is simple. Build upwards of 4000 ten story apartment units and fill them with students who will fetch three times the tuition rate. Yes fill the classrooms and apartments to the brim and sell the seats to the highest bidders. Guess who will be picking up the tab? Yes import 10,o00 more students that the government will pay three times the tuition as residents, that will edge out your children’s ability to attend and build them free housing that the government will pay for. Nice example of how your taxes are being used to screw you over and ruin your neighborhood. Folks that is what corrupt government does. Fullerton is run by corrupt people. Look no further than our roads.
The College Town plan calls for the closure of a freeway off ramp, the closure of Nutwood east of State College all the while to put in ten story buildings adding 4000 apartments. They will bulldoze Big Lots, Smart and Final, the 99 cent store, all the fast food restaurants east of State College and leave East Fullerton with no grocery stores and they expect us to take this laying down? The planning commission tried to pass the DCCSP a few years ago that would have lined hundreds of acres with 10 story high rise housing adding upwards of 100,000 more people to Fullerton. We stopped that too. Look folks, you cant make this stuff up. You have no idea how close this town came to looking like gridlocked Glendale a few years back while most of you were asleep.
Councilmember Greg Sebourn’s wife’s brother- Planning commissioner Mr. Gambino giving me the evil eye in February-This guy voted to pass the DCCSP that almost ruined Fullerton for good.
The DCCSP, College Town, and other schemes are alive and well ladies and gentlemen. They are just on ice for now and in some cases, one vote away from adding 100,000 people to this town. Fullerton is an Agenda 21 city with a Curt Pringle lobbyist named Jennifer Fitzgerald developer operative running around masquerading as our Mayor ladies and gentlemen. Wake the heck up people. Fitzgerald needs to go along with all the establishment hacks like Royce, Nelson, Bennett, Seaborn and Whitaker that put her there and give her pass after pass because they all have their hands in on all of this Kabuki theater on the council that is destroying Fullerton. College Town is coming back folks and they are going to ram this down your throats if you don’t get mad as hell and wake up. The City is ONCE AGAIN SEEKING INPUT ON THIS MONSTROSITY SO THIS MEANS IT IS TIME TO GET BUSY.
Well I warned you folks that this plan was going to be on ice and be resurrected at some point in the future. That old Planning Commission may have put it down temporarily but it is now going to be brought back. I fought hard against this nightmare last year and we were granted a reprieve but only for a short time.

We have a new planning commission and the ones installed to rubber stamp these line items will do just that. I warned them last month not to bring these items back. Well, they are going to push the envelope once again. I told them to not even think about it back in February. They don’t care. They were handpicked for a reason folks and that reason is to get projects through.
This massively destructive development for our beloved East Fullerton neighborhoods is headed back to the table. Well it is time to wake up folks. The city council will pass this nightmare when it is brought before them.
Curt Pringle is Jennifer Fitzgerald’s boss. Fitzgerald, Chafee, Seaborn, Silva and Whitaker all installed big development hacks to the planning commission back in January and Fitzgerald and Whitaker both took developer money during the last election.
This is not Ryans first adventure. As a Wireless radiation danger denier, he likes to make fun of my cosmology and the wireless sterilization agenda that is underway in our schools. He worked closely with Joe Felz and Chris Meyer to bamboozle the library board into handing over the Hunt Library for a firesale to Grace Ministries (pending council approval) We will see how he fares on planning.
The Upcoming College Town Proposal for Fullerton and Why It Deserves to be Voted Down
Quite frankly I was hoping to hear some positives for the citizens of Fullerton as it relates to the College Town proposal. Charles Kovacs provided the presentation of the project at a Park and Recreation Committee meeting. It was a Receive and File item, i.e. no recommendation of the project was sought from the committee by the city.
You see I had heard a number of negative issues relating to project such as additional traffic and a loss of a major thru street, Nutwood, and the associated on ramp from that street to the 57 Freeway.
Anyone who has lived in Fullerton for the last few decades knows that traffic has gotten progressively worse. As the city’s population and multi-story buildings have increased, the city has failed to keep up with its road system and its road maintenance as well. The results are that it now takes twice as long to drive across town as it did a mere decade ago.
Therefore, when another major building project gets announced, which includes reducing street access rather than improving our streets, one has to look at this with a jaundiced eye.
However, to be fair I hoped Mr. Kovacs would provide additional information about the project that would highlight some real positives for the city and also some major street improvement plans to handle the additional cars that would be added to our existing roads.
Well the positives that Mr. Kovacs provided our committee frankly were less than impressive. In fact in my opinion, they were almost nonexistent. Namely, a few new restaurants, (which based on past restaurants in the area I expect would be dominated by more fast food joints and a relatively small new grassy space where part of Nutwood Avenue used to be.
What Is The City Manager Thinking?
So if there are real negatives about the project such as greatly increased traffic and very few if any real positives for the people of Fullerton, why is the city pushing for this project so heavily? The one word answer is this…MONEY! All the city has to do is to keep approving high-rise buildings and the money desperately needed to bail out the city for past and current overspending and mismanagement comes rolling in.
You see that for every dwelling unit, no matter how small, each developer must pay an upfront Park dwelling unit fee of…$11,700. The College Town Plan calls for 3,400 residential units plus commercial and retail space as well. The 3,400 units alone, represents $39,780,000 (3,400 residential units x $11,700/per unit) in additional fees/taxes to the city. When our existing road system is already overburdened, you do not have to be a traffic engineer to know that adding thousands of additional cars will only make our traffic problems much worse. In addition to the increased number of cars, the closing of an important access to the 57 Freeway will only add to the traffic and congestion problem.
What out of control spending you may ask?
A $200 million unfunded pension liability/deficit (conservative estimate) and additional millions in retiree health care deficits. On top of all this, the city council with the votes of Fitzgerald, Flory and Chaffee last June 16, 2015approved a $2.8 million 2-year city budget deficit. They then later that year approved to spend additional millions in the form of a 6% raise to begin at the start of the new contracts for our safety workers. This does not include the hundreds of millions of dollars needed over the next decade to deal with our dilapidated roads, sewers and water pipes.
But not to worry because Council member Fitzgerald stated at the June 16, 2015 meeting the following: “And if it were not for the state increasing our PERS Rate we would have a balanced budget today.” How incredibly misleading of our current Mayor to make that statement? I say that because she strongly infers that the PERS rate increase was not at all caused by the city council but by the state. In fact, the exact opposite is true. The large PERS rate increase for the city, i.e. the taxpayers, was primarily caused by a previous vote in 2002 by a past Fullerton city council (including Ms. Flory), to retroactively greatly increase the Safety pension benefits to the current 3% a year at 50 years of age with a minimum of 30 years of service or a whopping 90% pension benefit for life. Ms. Fitzgerald is either greatly misinformed as to the cause of the PERS Rate increase or is not being honest with the people of Fullerton.
Council member Fitzgerald at the same June 16, 2016 meeting thought that the Park dwelling fee increase from $10,600 to $11,700 per dwelling unit was reasonable because the rate had been the same since 2008. This was the same thing we, the Parks and Recreation Committee were told by Director Curiel. Had I known the whole story, I would have been against this $1,100 dollar increase. What Ms. Fitzgerald and Director Curiel failed to mention to the Council and P and R Committee, respectively was that in 2008 that same fee was raised from $3,827 dollars to the aforementioned $10,600 dollars for an incredible 206% rate increase year over year.
It would seem that the goal of the majority of our city leaders is to collect vast sums of additional revenue in the form of additional fees and taxes so that the city does not have to reform the pensions as promised us and make other tough decisions going forward.
The Fullerton special interests win big and the citizens of Fullerton loose big. But you thought the city council and the city manager worked for the citizens. Well unfortunately, apparently not this city council and not this city manager.

Fullertonians are simply tired and disgusted with the self-serving, disingenuous political games that are played out at our council meetings. Just since the beginning of this year alone, this council has disgraced itself and shown that all too often your votes do not support the very people that you are charged to represent. Here is a partial list of your recent deceitful and deplorable actions.
- We witnessed the false claims of our Mayor Bruce Whitaker who brought back settled business in the form of changing our election schedule. This will result in allowing Greg Sebourn to run for re-election in 2018 in the third district after serving his full four-year term. Mayor Bruce Whitaker placed this back on the agenda resulting in disenfranchising the second district from 2018 to 2020, while at the very same time giving the third district not one but two representatives, Greg Sebourn or a challenger and Jesus Silva. This action of Mayor Bruce Whitaker results in undermining the whole purpose for the district elections.
- The Council continues to ignore the will of the people by approving Agenda 21 high-density buildings. The city council votes to change zoning requirements and ignore our General Plan to allow developers free rein in our city.
Council member Jennifer Fitzgerald’s actions are the most troubling, as she was heavily involved in creating our latest General Plan. Questions for Council member Fitzgerald: Why do think it is proper to ignore our General Plan and the vast majority of the public? Does it have to do with your VP position with Curt Pringle and Associates?
- Finally the City Attorney’s arguments to repeal Ordinance 3149, our former child sex offender residency restriction law, misrepresented important facts and mislead the public about the legal status of that ordinance. The council’s unanimous decision to turn its backs on our children because a convicted child sex offender not even living in Southern California filed seventeen lawsuits throughout the state is shameful. Our city council did not want to spend the relatively few dollars defending a very good law. The residency restrictions only applied to child sex offenders not all sex offenders, which has not been adjudicated by any California court. There was simply no justifiably good reason to repeal it at this time.

Wouldn’t it be nice for Mr. Renick, to bulldoze the Grand Inn so his family could expand operations selling his overpriced Cadillac cars and overpowered Subarus to the masses? Gee, I wonder how much traffic his business causes Fullerton? No matter what your opinion of the Grand Inn may be, or whether you even have an opinion, or are clueless about this whole thing, pay close attention. The City of Fullerton can ruin your business if they or someone city officials are beholden to want you gone. At any rate, the process already at work is highly suspect at best and perhaps totally corrupt at worst.

I wonder how many accidents have been caused by those 300 horsepower street racing cars operated by his customers that he showcases on that corner of Euclid and Orangethorpe avenues back dropped by the homeless, potholes, graffiti, alongside the plethora of the unlicensed drivers sharing our third world roads. Yes, never you mind that you can’t do more than 35 mph on any given day and almost any given time in Fullerton due to the choking traffic and roads in ruin floated by the very politicians he has repeatedly supported over the years. Well its David versus Goliath. I believe that, in spite of what Mr. James Renick claims publicly, he wants the Grand Inn shut down. Is it really just so he can expand his families ventures? Maybe it should be the dealership that should be closed down and moved to a location that is more conducive to a retail car lot and service facility. Does the current zoning even allow for such an operation to be crammed into a busy corner? Why is our now dethroned ex-city manager Joe Felz working as a consultant for Renick Cadillac?
Is Joe Felz now working behind the scenes to help Renick navigate the process of taking the Grand Inn and turning it into a GM lemon factory?
Well with the full force of the law, the bravado of The corrupt Fullerton police department,

and the machinations of local politicians, we just may see the Grand Inn get shut down.
Ashamed of the words spoken as she is forced to listen to the proletariat, Fitzpringle needs to return the favor for the free advertising.
The Renick family is a staunch pro-establishment clan. Their undying support for the politicians that have trashed this town can be witnessed first hand every time there is an election. Any political sign on their property always supports the status quo RINO hacks like in the last election-Larry Bennet and Fitzpringle.
Perhaps the benefactors will be the Renicks as they would be able to, after decades, expand their operations. The hearings have been underway and the process is in full swing ladies and gentlemen.
Most of the crimes occur in the parking lot, and perhaps that is where the FPD likes to pull the people over into. Are these people guests at the hotel? Almost 80 percent of the allegedly reported criminal activity occurred in the PARKING LOT and by individuals not registered as guests of this hotel. Is this business being targeted for confiscation by the city or its neighbor Renick Cadillac or does this business deserve to be shut down?
THE GRAND INN
I believe there is as always, more to the story, as I allude to in my appearance at the hearing last year.
Below is commentary from the Grand Inn owners
“In 2003, Rennick, our adjacent neighbor on both sides wrot a letter to the City asking it to use public nuisance to close us down. The City used many police hours, resources and taxpayers’ money to investigate Grand Inn. Two long years of investigation and many man hours later, the City dropped the case when they couldn’t find reasons to shut the Grand Inn down.
Starting 2012, the City suddenly started to increase police patrols at our property, sometimes up to 8 times a day to harass our guests. Without any reason, the police officers even suggested to our guests to not stay with us. Many of our guests complained to us about the police behaviors and suggested that we talk to the police department. We asked the police chief why we are receiving this unfair treatment from the officers. The police chief not only did not listen to our story, or try to work with us on a solution, but instead told us that we had great problems and dismissed our inquiries with suggestions of us moving out. We asked the police chief at that time for police reports so we can see what problems we have, we did not receive any police reports for two years! The City Manager then met with us and told us the same story and gave us the same suggestions to sell our property. We told them that we did not wish to sell our property as our team never did anything to hurt anyone and have been constructively working in this City for 12 plus years. Shortly after the meeting with the City officials, we actually received offer letters from a real-estate development company. We’ve never heard of them, or talked to them before, but they readily provided us with signed offers, asking us to counter-sign and sell our property. This company told us that they’ve already talked to the City and that all we have to do is sign to sell our property.
We asked multiple times for the police reports. After two years, we received only 20 cases that covered the time period between (2011-2014) 3 years period. Within these 20 cases, there were extremely ridiculous ones, such as a taxi driver pulling over at our property and called the police, because the person refused to pay his taxi fare. After Dec 2014, we received a notice of violation. The City used many police hours, taxpayer money and inspected our entire property. The City entered every single room and did not find any problems. We received approval from the City’s Code Inspection in May of 2015.
We waited for 2 years to receive 20 cases in a 3 year period. After not being able to pin us on the 20 cases, we suddenly received 103 cases within a short one year period (2015 to current). Within these 103 cases, nearly 78% of the cases are not even our guests! In April of 2016, we received notice of public nuisance hearing. Before this, we heard many rumors within the City about Grand Inn. Some rumors include sex trafficking and prostitution. After looking into the police report, we discovered that the prostitute was actually arrested in the Marriott! The sex trafficking case was Huntington Beach Police’s investigation. Our staff after assisting the police officers to look at videotapes for 1.5 hours couldn’t find any problems. There are no standards for the hearing. The City refuses to make the hearing fair and impartial. The whole process was setup for us to fail.
We are a group of minorities. Within these 12 plus years, twice we received harassment from the City we so trusted in and supported. There are some in this City that choose to use their authority and unjust methods to suppress the weak and the rights of minorities. Our government’s job should be to protect those under their care and not to harm them. Today, we absolutely cannot accept this injustice. Support justice and future of all small businesses in this community! We sincerely welcome our neighbors and friends to come and visit us. We will be happy to let you know more about the truth! Biblical scholars agree on this understanding of raqia. How could they not for it says what it says. For some Christians that try to mix scientism and The Bible, this is troubling. It should be because you don’t mess with the word of God.

How can the Bible, which is the inspired, revealed word of God, contain such an accurate piece of information that is at odds with all the propaganda and lies of our time? What else is new? It always has been. Truth tends to do that. The phonies who run these seminaries invest a lot of time and energy to show that the raqia is not solid but more like the atmosphere. Often, the word “expanse” is the preferred translation because it does not necessarily imply something solid. Nice try.

Arguing for a non-solid raqia in Genesis is extremely problematic, for two reasons. First, the biblical and extrabiblical data indicate that raqia means a solid structure of some sort. The second problem is a much larger theological issue, but is actually more foundational. Regardless of what one thinks of the raqia, why would anyone assume that the ancient cosmology in Genesis could be expected to be in harmony with modern science in the first place? I mean really, our finite understanding of our existence is now based on what we have been taught by the atheist, secular humanists who run the mind control operations called schools. These are all in alignment with the Occult black magic group of masonic sorcerers that run the Hollywood style pseudoscience cartel called NASA.
This second issue creates a conflict where they need not be one. The raqia “debate” is not the result of new evidence that has come to light. Our understanding of ancient perceptions of the cosmos has not been overturned by more information. The debate exists because of the assumption made by some Christians that the ancient biblical description of the world must be compatible on a scientific level with what we have been led to mistakenly believe today by the enemies of God.

Genesis and the high priests of modern science are indeed enemies. Scientism is a false religion and is not a friend of the Bible. Two different ways of describing the world according to the means available to the people living at these different times is merely indicative of the the level of mind control in lace at the time. You really believe all those fake images of space exploration? The screens are god now and the hellavision is always more truthful than scripture right? You know the networks that bring us all kinds of sociopathic, psycopathic, debaucherous behaviors beaminng vampirisim, murder, lust, greed, overtly satanic music, pills, dope, booze, kinky gay crap, transgender freak shows and the like right into your homes? Of course we have been reduced to having the discernment of mere animals by this mind control system but only if you let it. To insist that the description of the sky in Genesis 1 must conform to contemporary scientific is a big theological problem. It is important to remember that God always speaks truth that never changes.

Let me summarize some of the general arguments for why raqia is understood by contemporary biblical scholars as a solid structure :
- The other cosmologies from the ancient world depict some solid structure in the sky. The most natural explanation of the raqia is that it also reflects this understanding. There is no indication that Genesis is a fictitious, novel description of the sky;
- Virtually every description of raqia from antiquity to the Renaissance depicts it as solid. The non-solid interpretation of raqia is simply not Scriptural.
- According to the flood story in Gen 7:11 and 8:2, the waters above were held back only to be released through the “floodgates of the heavens” (literally, “lattice windows”);
- Other Old Testament passages are consistent with the raqia being solid (Ezekiel1:22; Job 37:18; Psalm 148:4);
- According to Gen 1:20, the birds fly in front of the raqia (in the air), not in the raqia;
- The noun raqia is derived form the verb that means to beat out or stamp out, as in hammering metal into thin plates (Exodus 39:3). This suggests that the noun form is likewise related to something solid;
- Speaking of the sky as being stretched out like a canopy/tent (Isaiah 40:22) or that it will roll up like a scroll (34:4) are clearly similes and do not support the view that raqia in Genesis 1 is non-solid.
- The solid nature of the raqia is well established. It is an immutable fact. It is not the result of an anti-Christian conspiracy to find errors in the Bible, but the “solid” result of scholars doing their job.
Any discussion or debate must involve questioning the actual sources of conflicting information, the moral character and associations of its agents, and the motivations of those involved. In this case, we know NASA is a satanic masonic cult. We also know the media,and the educational system is controlled by dark spiritual forces that force atheism, moral relativism, pedophelia, transgenderism, homosexuality and eugenics on your children.

To turn Genesis into a novel account of raqia would require new evidence or at least a reconsideration of the evidence we have that would be compelling enough to those who do not have a vested religious interest in maintaining one view or another. The fact is we do. NASA is not interested in truth. They will never admit to the trillion dollar treason they have engaged in. The problem is, no one wants to challenge NASA, and its bought and paid for pedophile lackeys in academia, especially the theologically inclined as they too have been brainwashed.

They are the ones actually keeping the lies going ladies and gentlemen. They are the ones who will receive the greater damnation. The phony religious leaders are cowards and downright evil. When you allow the theory of evolution to be taught as fact in schools, and then to finish Annihilating the Bible with the lies of NASA, you are a heretic. I have never ever seen one pastor ever at a school board meeting addressing the lies of evolution.
Some would also rationalize between what ancient authors described and what they actually thought can explain this discrepancy. This is sometimes referred to as the “phenomenological” view. It acknowledges that the raqia in Genesis 1 is solid, but the Israelites were only describing what they saw without necessarily believing that what they perceived was in fact real? This is a joke for the fact remains that their unadulterated view of the unpolluted night skies with visibilities unimpaired by smog and light pollution was far more objective that our current perspective which is force fed to us via backlit screens flickering away all day and night.
Modern figures of speech are often called upon to support this argument. For example, when modern people say “the sun rose” we are merely describing what we perceive without any of us actually thinking that the sun rises. We think that we know it doesn’t because that is what we have been force fed, but we talk as if it does. Likewise some say, as the fallacious argument goes, Israelites were merely describing what they saw in the sky and not what they actually thought about what was up there. What a bunch of nonsense.
To make a distinction between what ancient texts say and what it is presumed people actually thought is hard to justify. The only reason to argue this way is because it is already concluded that the biblical description of the sky and modern scientific observations cannot be fundamentally at odds.
But this logic cannot be pressed very far, even within Genesis 1. For example, are we to say that the Israelites actually knew better than to think that the moon was a “lesser light to govern the night” (v. 16) corresponding to the light-giving sun, the “greater light to govern the day”? Did they look up and think, “Well it looks like the moon is a light-producing body that gives off less light than the sun, but something else probably accounts for its light. Let’s just call the moon a ‘lesser light’ without committing ourselves to making any pronouncement on reality.”
It is unreasonable to suggest that Genesis 1 knowingly describes only what Israelites perceived, while holding back any commitment that what they saw was in fact reality. The meaning of raqia is likewise a description not only of what the Israelites saw but also of what they actually believed to be true. They were in good company, for their understanding of what was “up there” was in harmony with what ancient peoples believed in general. God spoke to the ancient Israelites in a way they would readily understand.
The arguments for a non-solid raqia can only gain traction by swimming against the strong current of what the Bible says, what we know of the ancient world, and placing your blind faith in the modern lies of NASA, and its truth suppressing agents in academia. But the problem is not just the arguments themselves. Rather, it is the very fact that the arguments are not being made in the first place. Feeling the need to make the arguments at all is indicative of our strong faith in God’s word, our duty to be truth tellers and to give Him the credit he is due. The heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament showeth his handy work. Ask Genesis to be involved in a discussion that it is designed for. Call a lie and lie and a liar a liar. It is a false expectation of Genesis that allows the enemies of God to continue the heated exchanges about things like the description of the cosmos in Genesis.
Who placed us in this closed system, how did we get here? The debate over the nature of the raqia is the central issue. It is a symptom of a deeper, more fundamental disagreement over what you really believe the Bible to be and for the book of Genesis, what it means to read it well as the TRUTH THAT IT IS. It is only when we can get to this level, then we will be where the truly important discussion must take place.
