Ron Thomas settling over the death of Kelly Thomas with the City of Fullerton
RED blood stains on
WHITE hospital sheets
And black and BLUE
All for refusing to play doctor with deranged cops back dropped by a law and order system clearly aimed against us.
Kelly needlessly bled out in the gutter or did he?
The colors of the American Flag are symbolic of those who FOUGHT, DIED AND BLED out RED barefoot in the white snow under a BLUE sky for our freedoms.
KELLY THOMAS, AN INNOCENT MAN, BLED OUT SHIRTLESS IN THE GUTTER UNDER A DARK SKY UNDER THE WEIGHT OF THE DARKNESS OF UNIFORMED THUGS AND IT MUST BE NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. IT WILL NEVER BE IN VAIN.
EARLY REPORTS FROM SOURCES TO THE FULLERTON INFORMER INDICATE A 4.9 MILLION DOLLAR SETTLEMENT HAS BEEN REACHED WITH RON THOMAS OVER THE BEATING DEATH OF HIS SON KELLY THOMAS.
Truth be told, the hope of ever really getting justice for the gruesome murder of Kelly Thomas has apparently been buried along with the victim himself. The settlement virtually guarantees that the truth will probably never come out about the macabre details of the inner workings of the FPD, the criminal justice system and how it handled this horrific murder.
When Ron Thomas exercised his options today, the colors RED, white and BLUE for the first time in Fullerton’s history finally combined to make GREEN.
While the final decision on the payout lies in the hands of the Fullerton City Council, the real decision on whether or not these colors should ever combine to run green again rests in the good people of America.
As the acquitted murderers roam free from a rigged criminal trial, waiting in the wings to sue for their jobs back, and The Corrupt Fullerton establishment tries to buy their way out of this one with our tax money (yes our tax money pays the insurance premiums and the massive increases that are coming), we must not let this issue fade away.
If justice is not served for the televised murder of an innocent man, then justice no longer exists for anyone in this country. This case had all the trappings of a slam dunk. We had a body, motive, intent, weapons, eyewitness accounts, audio recordings and of course video evidence. What we did and still do not have are honest and ethical individuals in the judiciary, in the city government and of course the apparatus of the criminal justice system. ‘
The system is not broken folks, it is working just fine. The system in simply inverted and has been turned against all of us.
In terms of justice, today, I believe that the death of Kelly Thomas was NOT finally proven to be in vain. The efforts of those who cried out for justice will live on in the hearts and minds of all of us that have a sincere hatred for injustice: never again on our watch.
I cannot blame Ron Thomas. I cannot judge Ron Thomas. He did what he felt was right. No one can ever walk a day in his shoes and ever fathom what depths to which his soul has been plunged over the loss of his son. My boys are still alive.
What I can do is make sure that something like this never happens again to anyone in my hometown and in yours. From educating our youth on how to deal with the police, teaching them how to deal with their government, involving the electorate in the day to day of what makes Fullerton roll, and keeping our eyes, ears and cameras on all facets of the power structure, change will come. The only real hope we have is top down honest local government for the people and by the people. We have no such thing in Fullerton right now. They just spent 4.9 million dollars on a broom and dustpan purchase to sweep under the rug the biggest pool of blood, heist, travesty of justice, tragedy and expose of the establishment’s moral compass in Fullerton’s history. The election is next year and many of the vestiges of the old guard in Fullerton’s power structure think that they can finally just put this all behind them with all of our money. The hell they can.
CLOSURE FOR KELLY’S PARENTS PERHAPS.
BUT WHEN IT IS BLACK AND WHITE WHAT THE BLACK AND WHITES DID IN THE RED,
THE ANSWER IS NOT GREEN LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,
IT IS REALLY BLACK AND WHITE BECAUSE IT IS RED WHITE AND BLUE AND IT INVOLVES ALL OF YOU.
GET INVOLVED IN YOUR COMMUNITY AND HOLD YOUR OFFICIALS FEET TO THE FIRE BECAUSE YOU, OR A LOVED ONE COULD VERY WELL BE THE NEXT VICTIM. THE SAME APPARATUS IS STILL IN PLACE IN FULLERTON. IT IS UP TO US ALL TO CHANGE IT.
JUSTICE FOR KELLY THOMAS AND NO PEACE FOR THE WICKED WHILE WE WORK ON FEDERAL CHARGES FOR THE KILLERS.
REST IN PEACE KELLY.

If it turns out to be true that Ron Thomas has settled his civil case against the city, I will be very disappointed in him.
But it does not lesson one little bit the depraved, criminal acts at the hands, feet, fists, legs and taser (weapon used as a bludgeoning weapon) of the FPD. That evening it is clear that Satan was in control of the FPD…and Danny Hughes no matter how clean and pressed his uniform may be, it will always be stained with the blood of Kelly Thomas. So as you plan your retirement Chief Hughes, I hope you contemplate the hereafter that God has planned especially for you.

I’m sure that Hughes and Cici and Rammy and all the others don’t really care what anyone thinks. They honestly feel that they did the right thing that night and that it was all Kelly’s fault. I do think they feel bad that he died, but they didn’t intend to kill him. That was the key to the criminal trial, and might have played into the settlement was well.
I’m very disappointed in Ron as well. Very. I was looking forward to going to the trial for several of the days. Like Ron said, this was going to be the one time that all of them have to talk, have to give their story, have to give their reasons, have to explain why they did what they did. Ron said it over and over for years, promising justice, promising answers, finally. Even as soon as November 9th he said it. He sold out to Kelly, Kelly’s Army, and anyone else across the world that has followed this case.
