    According to J R Nyquist, the video below is investigated. He had initially thought it was Miles Guo in this Zoom call. He now understands this is not the case. A State Department official, with extensive contacts inside China, has sources saying it is authentic. They are approaching China experts to see if anyone can identify the speaker.
