This interview has been greatly condensed here and a more detailed interview will be released at a later date.
The points being made here were that the officer’s actions appeared to make no sense and that an alleged innocent man who is, by the way, an epileptic, was for apparently absolutely no reason, allegedly accosted, downed and repeatedly tased in front of his two young children. It took place on, of all days, MLK day. this man referred to in the video by his fiance, who is African American, didn’t have the MLK day off and was actually cleaning up graffiti for his employer-covering up black painted graffiti a white fence with white spray paint. Does an fleeing robbery suspect hang out in plain view on a public street covering up graffiti? So at Fullerton City Hall tonight more very troubling allegations against our FPD. Can they live up to their phony PR press for one whole month without allegedly misbehaving?
I couldn’t believe that Fullerton Stories Davis Barber walked right past this woman on out the door as we were interviewing her. He apparently had no interest in the unfortunate alleged attack by yet another out of control FPD officer and covering this story. I didn’t see anyone from the Register or the Fullerton Observer express interest in this woman’s story either.
What was described at council was a sadistic cop getting his jollies by tasering a black man while he was working on private property on ML King, Jr Day. You must be so very proud Dan. Another one of your disciples running amuck against law abiding citizens.
Maybe the Chamber of Commerce can highlight this incident as a way to attract more minority businesses here in Fullerton. But it is one more way to put another nail in the health of our city.
Apparently another sick, sadistic person that our FPD has handed over a gun and a shield to while Danny boy allows them to do just about anything.
Wake up Fullerton. If any private citizen did half the things that our Fullerton police have been accused of on an all too frequent basis, they all would be locked up for many, many years.
Tasers are not the ‘non-lethal‘ weapons they are portrayed to be, by the way. This man could have been killed when the taser was repeatedly applied. You simply don’t do this to someone with a seizure disorder.
I noted that Danny is now afraid to sit in his previously everyday seat at council meetings. Our transparent police chief cannot even face the public for the limited time of 30 minutes imposed by our new so called “conservative” Mayor Sebourn. Gee continuing all the presentations and imposing a 30 minute maximum for the public, seems a lot like Mayor Chaffee all over again.
Televised murder of a homeless man, threats of grave bodily harm to protesters in custody, sexual predators in uniform, sticky fingered coppers, no one managing the sexual predators in Fullerton, the recent frame up attempt of Barry Levinson, alleged informant harrassment , and now some kingdom day love from one of Danny boy’s boys?
I guess we will see if the dash cam picked any of this up, if the body cameras were rolling, if the DAR’s were turned on and what the heck is wrong with all these men in black in this crazy town we all call home. Thank God this man will be ok, and his kids will get to see their daddy again. Kelly Thomas and Dean Gochenour sadly, weren’t so fortunate. Folks, the FPD’s reign of terror must come to an end now.

Fullerton Stories is Pam Keller’s wine catalogue for all intents and purposes. That guy could care less about real issues. The real PR machine for the FPD and Hughes is Lou Ponsi from the Orange County Register. He is the one that you should be questioning.
I wonder how Lou can survive off of his part time writing 4th grade level bullshit short stories propping up thuggery at city hall? Is he getting some extra dough on the side from the FPD? Inquiring minds want to know.

Publisher of Fullerton Stories, Davis Barber’s wishes for Fullerton residents for the New Year….
Finally, we want to share with you our wishes for 2015:
• Limit the City Council presentations and public comments period to no more than one hour. If there are more people wanting to speak, have them do so at the end of the agenda
• Ban speakers if they use the phrase “big girl panties.” We can do better.
• Use full and complete sentences that make sense, and don’t interrupt people.
• Make the city website usable and understandable.
• Figure out how each of the school districts can make their information and activities known outside the few parents that pay attention.
• Install more public toilets downtown.
That’s it for now, see you next year.

What an odd thing for a journalist to wish for……..a 60 minute limit on public comments and council presentations. So based on Mr. Barber’s wish list he would be very happy to have 59 minutes for council presentations and only 1 minute of public comments.
What a very strange wish for a “journalist” to want to limit public comments (speech). I guess he is one of those new breed of journalists who is not in favor of the first amendment.
I wish for a 60 word limit or less (much less) for Fullerton Stories. Who is with me on that wish for Fullerton?

Here is another nugget from Davis Barber’s crock of shit Fullerton Stormdrains. “We also want to congratulate Jeff Levine as our Person of the Year.” Davis Barber
Jeff Levine is a police department shill who has been bought off by the FPD much like Christine is. It was amazing what some veneers and implants did for Christine and a what a backpack and a few bags of peanuts did for Jeff.
What did they give Greg, a few dozen donuts, a couple of pizzas?
Watch the interview with Mayor Seaborn where he lays out his four priorities as mayor. None of which are the reforming or getting a handle on the crime family that runs the City government including but not limited to the Fullerton police department. He also conveniently ignores the bloated out of control salaries and pensions of the 900 current city employees and the hundreds of retirees that are draining the City’s coffers.

Don’e be fooled by his rhetoric. He claims he wants to be receptive to public comments and input yet he has already acted to limit them to 30 minutes at the council meetings or the rest at 1130 on a work night. He soft peddles the DCCP instead of calling for this illegal power grab to be scrapped, a half million for slurry coats instead of the 100 million in repairs we need for our streets, and recharging the city’s economic engine that continues to collapse under the unions’ tax burdens and Sharon Quirk Silva’s job killing taxes and regulations that has put wrench after wrench into.
It was all spoken like a true politician and nothing like a conservative. Greg and Davis will make a good couple much like Pam Keller and Sharon Kennedy do.

Thank goodness for people like Mr. Levinson, Mr. Imbriano, and the others who continue to shine the bright light on the phonies and the thugs who tug on our heartstrings while they frame, molest, murder and pick our pockets. I have a feeling 2015 is going to be a good year. I hope Barry and Joe run for council in 2016 and kick these establishment asses all the way to Diamond Bar.
