Why new Mayor Greg Sebourn is such a huge disappointment to many who voted to re-elect him to the Fullerton City Council?

I REPORT, YOU DECIDE-By Barry Levinson

A week ago I posted an article on The Fullerton Informer website entitled “Fullerton Police Chief Dan Hughes — yet another look (Originally posted June 9, 2014; Edited with a few additional comments on January 14, 2015 including new P.S.), by BARRY LEVINSON

It concerned Fullerton’s Police Chief Dan Hughes.

images (33)

That post dealt with getting answers to important questions that the chief has been silent on for far too long. Mayor Sebourn immediately removed that shared post and now he has changed his settings to not allow me to post at all on his Facebook page.

Greg Seabourn

I am saddened that questions that he should be demanding Dan Hughes answer are apparently questions that he does not want to be associated with at all. I have been a Fullerton activist for limited government, civil liberties, safety especially for all our children and open and transparent government for the past 5 years. I also endorsed Greg for reelection. Yet despite all this he followed the council majority crowd by attempting to lynch me at an October 2014 council meeting (I believe they call that a piling on penalty in football) without knowing the facts or asking for the city video which proved all alleged misdemeanor charges hoisted against me by our Police Chief Dan Hughes to be completely bogus. However, there has been no public apology or even a simple mea culpa from our new Mayor. It is now way overdue Mayor Sebourn and I will graciously accept it, if you decide to do the right thing.

Now as Mayor one of his first pieces of business in this new-year was

to reassert a 30-minute limit for public comments at the front end of

city council meetings.

As someone, who has regularly attended the Fullerton city council meetings for the past 5 years, I can attest that many meetings had public comments lasting much more than 30 minutes. In fact after the Kelly Thomas brutal death by members of the FPD, public comments many times ran one to two hours and beyond. This is one of the few ways the public has the opportunity to ask questions and to attempt to hold all our public officials accountable in a public forum.

It is my understanding that at the start of each new council, the Mayor can set the meeting criteria including the length of each public comment speaker as well as the limit if any for all public comments. Yet instead of speaking out as the public’s representative and stating how important it is to allow the public the ability to speak before council you thought it necessary to ride rough shot over the public and their rights.

Shame on you Mayor Sebourn for setting rules that

will help limit free speech and the exchange of ideas during our

council meetings.

I recently recalled that former Mayor Chaffee seeing a large group of speakers waiting to speak before the council attempted to reduce each person’s time from 3 minutes down to 2 minutes to try to keep the total time within 30 minutes. I also recall that the remaining four council members all voted him down.

4 more years of this Greg?

Greg Sebourn is the same Mayor who at a recent Fullerton California Republican Assembly meeting lectured about the importance of knowing and supporting the Republican Party platform. I must have missed the part that states it is the Republican Party’s goal to limit our free speech before our elected officials. Mayor you talked the talk at that CRA meeting but you certainly did not practice it at the last Fullerton City Council meeting.

Mayor Sebourn, Conservative Republicans do not limit free speech but rather welcome and celebrate it.

I am sure it was not only conservatives that were very unhappy with the Mayor’s need to greatly limit our free speech I hope all of you make your opinions known to Mayor Sebourn at our next council meeting.

Greg Seabourn our current mayor, got up and talked about conservatism and from memory expounded on the Republican party platform at a recent CRA meeting. In this small circle, he talked like a conservative. At the last council meeting of 2014, however, in his first stint as mayor, he must have checked his brain at the door. He proceeded to hand Sex Ed Silva (Sharon Quirk Silva), the most dangerous legislator California ever had, in my opinion, a proclamation congratulating her for her excellent contributions to our community.

Lets analyze them shall we? Sharon Quirk Silva, the former State Assembly woman, pushed for comprehensive sex education for all children k-12, https://thefullertoninformer.com/sex-ed-sharon-quirk-silva-her-pit-of-hell-planned-parenthood-endorsement-and-her-cronies/

She also pushed for the murder of the unborn that she calls access to women’s health, she was the swing vote that gave our children the infamous bathroom bill where boys can use the girls bathrooms, locker rooms, showers etc at schools, voted for a cemetery for dead veterans instead of helping the ones dying at the VA, voted for the the job killing carbon taxes, pushed for illegals to get drivers licenses, pushed for illegals to get free tuition, all the while being instrumental in keeping the web of corrupt radical femisints in town on the offensive against people who espouse conservative, traditional values.

Does Greg remember the public lynching of Barry Levinson where Greg closed by pulling the trap door out from under him, never questioning the outright lies? Another council member went on record and stated that the allegations do not resemble the evidence in the city’s surveillance video. Other upstanding community members also backed up Mr. Levinson’s innocence as they addressed the council pointing out the flat out lies in attempts to frame 2 innocent men and even drag me into it.

As the mayor, has Greg reviewed the videos and compared them to other witnesses and the report?
Has Greg addressed the latest allegations of alleged felony assault on an innocent African American family man by the FPD on MLK day day?

Greg cannot have it both ways. Greg must either stand for the values he ostensibly ascribes to or change his party affiliation like Jencurt Fitzpringle did.

It would seem that Larry Bennett won after all.

Congratulations to Fitzgerald, Flory and Chaffee. You now have a solid 4 member majority, not to mention Felz, Hughes and Pringle.

Now they can all work really really hard to get rid of the ghost of integrity, decency and honesty. It is so very clear that the ghost is all that is left at Fullerton City Hall with the exception of Council member Whitaker.

Here comes Downtown Core and Corridor Special Project being rammed down the proverbial throats of Joe Q citizen. Who believes it is special? It is special to Joe Felz, Curt Pringle and his Fullerton assistant, Vice President of Pringle and Associates, Jennifer Fitzgerald. Crony capitalism is alive and very well at 303 Commonwealth.

Representative government in Fullerton has been taken off the respirator and the priest has already given it the last rights.

Rest in peace integrity, decency and honesty.

If there are still a few objective minded people out there who believes my comments may be a bit over the top, please consider one more fact.

Nowhere, except on this website has the horrible allegations of police abuse against an epileptic black man at work on MLK Jr. Day been reported.

The Mayor and the FPD did not respond to Tamika Johnson’s allegations at the last city council meeting. Nor did any of them make any attempt to get contact information to follow-up with her. A city with integrity would want to follow-up on this story. A city without integrity wants to bury this story.

I am afraid my comments are all too correct. To call our city hall corrupt is to give them the benefit of the doubt as to their true activities. The city is very ripe for a Federal Justice investigation.

    • #6 by Joe Imbriano on January 24, 2015 - 3:31 pm

Oh the Register will investigate. First I believe that Ponsi has to sit down with Hughes and assess the situation, review the footage from the body and dash cams and figure out the Monday morning quarter back playbook to sugar coat, deflect, spin and bamboozle the public.

Look the Observer and The Register have to cover it now. The truth is out there and the cat is out of the bag. The Observer and The Register will gp into damage control mode or play good cop bad cop. In the meantime, a civil action needs to be filed and the cam footage needs to be subpoenaed. If what was alleged truly happened, we can infer that the FPD needs a Federal consent decree. I am confident that We have done our job and done the right thing by putting this out there right away and thereby forcing the issue.

Honest question: has anyone attempted to verify the veracity of this woman’s allegations? Does anyone know anything about her or her fiancé?

        • #8 by Mark Powell on January 25, 2015 - 6:08 am

Firstly, I myself apologized to Ms. Johnson for the officer’s conduct immediately after she had addressed the city council.

I personally found her to be genuine and gracious.

I would suggest that you review the feed of last Tuesday’s city council meeting’s, and fast forward to the “public comments section”, (found on the city of Fullerton’s website), and decide for yourself whether or not you would believe a woman who was fulfilling a solemn promise to her children to seek justice for their father and is standing next to her husband’s employer, and then decide for yourself whether you think that Ms. Johnson is being honest?

My gut feeling on Tuesday night was that Ms. Johnson was being sincere in her allegations of officer misconduct.

I also found it morally reprehensible that our Chief of Police would pass right by Ms. Johnson after making her assertions to the city council with nary a word.

          Silence speaks volumes.

          • #9 by Anonymous on January 25, 2015 - 2:04 pm

Another honest question: If someone put this woman up to attending the city council meeting and making said allegations, would that be morally reprehensible?

            • #10 by The Twilight Zone on January 25, 2015 - 8:30 pm

Anonymous, you are so disingenuous. No one has convicted that officer or accepted every word of Ms. Johnson as the whole truth. However, one would hope that when a very serious allegation is made against one of his officers that Hughes would at least want to talk to this women. But you see Anonymous that would take an honest public servant. We do not have one currently in the police chief position.

            • #11 by Joe Imbriano on January 25, 2015 - 9:58 pm

Not nearly as reprehensible as Xray vision Loya cooking up the frame up job of Barry Levinson, while Gin Fluoride playing Perry Mason, with Jencurt Fitzpringle, along with Pam Keller and Sharon Kennedy cheerleading, with Ponsi plastering Barry’s mug around with his bosses hit pieces, with unforgettable Hughes mixing up North and South in a building he has worked in for 30 years while he puts his John Hancock all over his report that probably took him at least a month to produce after they altered the southern lobby cam feed but yet Hughes didn’t have 5 minutes to spend with a woman who just got finished publicly making the most extreme allegations against an FPD officer since the Kelly Thomas murder.

Is that what Fullerton gets for 300 grand a year? A police chief that ignored her not to be outdone by the new mayor himself who ignored her, Davis Barber who ignored her, and Lou Ponsi who couldn’t find his way out of a wet paper bag, who of course ignored her?

Yes when on MLK day, police allegedly tase a totally innocent African American father in front of his 9 and 11 year old children multiple times when it was alleged that the officer was repeatedly warned that the man had a seizure disorder and the officer allegedly continued the shocks, you know Fullerton is very diseased. It is high time for some surgery and chemo over at city hall folks unless you just want to keep pushing the button on the morphine pack but you know that will kill you eventually. PS- tell whitewash Genncco that we want our money back. It looks like the FPD hasn’t learned a darn thing.

              Honest question?

Did you watch Mrs. Johnson’s account during the public comments portion of the city council tape from last Tuesday’s meeting?

Here is an honest question: How does Sex Ed Silva get an official proclamation and a standing ovation while this woman who is risking it all doesn’t get the time of day from these so called public servants?

                • #15 by Anonymous on January 26, 2015 - 11:03 am

I don’t believe there exists an honest answer to that question. Objectively speaking, their behavior defies logic.

She is not making things up I watched her. I was there. She is a brave mom too. This is not right what the police did to this man. He didn’t do nothing wrong. The police just jumped him for no reason.

Limiting the public comments speaks volumes about the direction the Fullerton City Council is going. You would limit the public’s voice only if you did not want to hear from the public.

I thought the Fullerton City Council just appointed a new Mayor. Yet the new Mayor so far has been a clone of the old Mayor.

For wasn’t it former Mayor Chaffee who tried unsuccessfully to hold public comments down to 30 minutes? He had absolutely no problem in expanding his numerous presentations to an hour or more which almost always has no connection to the business of running the city.

So now new Mayor Sebourn proclaims that public comments in the beginning of the council meetings will not be longer than 30 minutes but still has no restrictions on the awarding of plagues, proclamations and of course the Volunteer of the Month parking spot, to the friends of the Mayor and council.

Mayor Sebourn your priories are totally backwards. Did you not read my book “1984”? We now have two Democrats (Chaffee and Flory) and two Republicans (Fitzgerald and Sebourn), who do not seem to care about hearing from the people. What do you not get about the title “representatives of the people”?

It is now less than 2 months since Greg Sebourn has been sworn in as Mayor of Fullerton and he has already trashed the 1st amendment rights of the people of Fullerton at city council meetings.

But do not despair Fullerton. Apparently the new Mayor wants to promote songs as part of a world-wide celebration of music later this year.

So the next time you want to speak at a Fullerton City Council meeting, I suggest you “Sing” your remarks and maybe his highness will allow more than 30 minutes of it, if it so please the royal court.

    • #26 by Mark Powell on January 27, 2015 - 12:10 pm

I just went to Dave Grohl’s birthday party the other night, and as he sang this song, all I could think of was how this little light of mine can REALLY shine, by refusing to be drowned out by the deafening sound of a tidal wave of silence…

*note that the song runs four and a half minutes, which is half again as long as a resident is allowed to speak when they address our own representatives.

  9. #27 by Barry Levinson on January 27, 2015 - 2:12 pm

Mark great song and video. Thanks for sharing it here.

What is taking place here in Fullerton is just a tiny microcosm of what is happening throughout our country.

We the people are allowing our public servants to take away our freedoms one by one. Mayor Sebourn wants to limit us collectively to a total of 30 minutes.

However, I for one will continue to stand up for those rights. Mayor Sebourn you will not limit my voice and neither will Jennifer Fitzgerald, Doug Chaffee, Jan Flory, Danny Hughes or Joe Felz. I repeat you will not diminish my 1st amendment rights at those meetings.

The fact that you believe people who take the time voluntarily to come to speak before you can be denied the right to speak by some totally phony 30 minute limitation is an assault on our basic freedoms.

If you want to speed up the meetings, get rid of the unrelated council presentations. If you want to honor someone or some organization, I suggest you have those presentations at any time other than at council meetings.

You have the people’s business to conduct and public relation presentations are not appropriate at that time.

  10. #28 by agreed on January 27, 2015 - 3:06 pm

    I agree!
If he was going to limit comments to 30 minutes before the meeting, the mayor should have set aside more time for comments at the end of the meeting. That would have made sense. Shame!

    • #29 by Anonymous on January 27, 2015 - 3:17 pm

He did. That is the problem. I have a better solution. Put the presentations at the end. After all, they are not super citizens. They should wait for a change. I am tired of the establishment self aggrandizing dog and pony shows. Having to sit through those for up to an hour is ridiculous.

  11. #30 by Barry Levinson on January 27, 2015 - 4:22 pm

Putting the presentations at the very end of each meeting would work for the public but I do not believe a majority of the council would ever go for this. It is primarily a public relations show and doing it at the end defeats its major purpose.

P.S. I am not saying that the recipients are not worthy of recognition by the city. However, it is not the main purpose for the meeting so it should never by held at the beginning of a meeting.

  12. #31 by agreed on January 27, 2015 - 5:23 pm

I would be in favor of them doing away with the prayer before the meeting. It is almost always religion specific and has no place in a government meeting.

  13. #32 by Barry Levinson on February 1, 2015 - 8:44 pm

It is very clear to me that any council member who is in favor of limiting the public comments segment at each council meeting to a measly 30 minutes is really looking to limit the public’s voice and influence at council meetings.

Mayor Sebourn I think it is such a shame that you did not make your position on public comments clear to us prior to the last election. For if you had made that known to us, I am fairly certain that you would not now be representing us on that dais.

As Mayor you set the tone for every meeting. You conduct each meeting. As such when the FPD showed no interest in asking for Ms. Tamika Johnson’s contact information, you should have stepped up and done so. You also should have stated for the record that her allegations were very serious and that you as Mayor would do everything you could to see to it that this allegation was thoroughly investigated. I truly believe that is not too much to expect of any Mayor of any City. You did neither of these things. Instead that night you said it was important to set the ground rules for limiting public comments to a maximum of 30 minutes.

It is not too late to reverse course on both these subjects.

Leaders lead and we anxiously await to see if going forward you not just hold the title of Mayor but act like a Mayor as well.

I honestly don’t believe that Council Woman Jennifer Fitzgerald fancies herself as what you refer to as a “Bushala Groupie” for her support of seeking a bid from the Sheriff’s Department, however we’re all entitled to our own opinion eh?

I wonder why the Fullerton Police Officers Association never spent a dime of their money opposing Jennifer Fitzgerald’s candidacy for city council in 2012?

Yet they spent tens of thousands of dollars opposing residents like Bruce Whitaker who oppose their tactics for favorable labor negotiations.

        Sound familiar Costa Mesa?

        Bye the bye…

Did you notice that in 2012 the Costa Mesa, CA. Police Officers Association donated $1,000 to the Fullerton Police Officers Association to use against Mr. Whitaker and Mr. Kiger in our city council election that year?

Tell us where was white christian Jennifer Fitzgerald and her evangelical white christian pastoral staff over at the EV FREE big tent? How about white christian Dan Hugh’s moral guideposts over at Friend’s church in Yorba Linda? Where were they? I didn’t see them. I sat in the pews over at EV FREE for several years and they NEVER MENTIONED the brutal murder much less spoke out against it. Why?

Were they too busy counting all of that money that they suck out out of the local economy tax free for a few hours of work on Sundays? The only thing they did was have the congregants WASH POLICE CARS and bring lunch to the overpaid city hall staff who was completely silent on the whole thing as well. In the meantime, they have $50 million dollar parking structure lit up like a Christmas tree every night that you can’t even ride a stinkin skate board in much less let someone sleep in when its raining.

What about white lutheran christian ex police chief who hired em all- Pat McKinley and his ecumenical honcho up on the hill at St Pauls? Where were they? Were they praying it would all just go away?

Were the EV Free money changers worried that they may lose the bankroll from the city hall crowd and the police that show up to get their consciences appeased and their ears tickled? EV Free will pack the council chambers for real estate development issues but NEVER FOR MORAL ONES!

An innocent mentally ill man was brutally murdered by a street gang with badges ON CAMERA all because he didn’t want to play doctor with a couple of deranged cops and THEY GOT AWAY WITH IT.

[83:13] O my God, make them like a wheel; as the stubble before the wind. [83:14] As the fire burneth a wood, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire; [83:15] So persecute them with thy tempest, and make them afraid with thy storm . [83:16] Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek thy name, O LORD. [83:17] Let them be confounded and troubled for ever; yea, let them be put to shame, and perish : [83:18] That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.

Psalms 109:1-31 [109:1] Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise; [109:2] For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue.

[109:3] They compassed me about also with words of hatred; and fought against me without a cause. [109:4] For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer. [109:5] And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love. [109:6] Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan stand at his right hand. [109:7] When he shall be judged, let him be condemned: and let his prayer become sin. [109:8] Let his days be few; and let another take his office. [109:9] Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow.

[109:10] Let his children be continually vagabonds, and beg: let them seek their bread also out of their desolate places. [109:11] Let the extortioner catch all that he hath; and let the strangers spoil his labour. [109:12] Let there be none to extend mercy unto him: neither let there be any to favour his fatherless children. [109:13] Let his posterity be cut off; and in the generation following let their name be blotted out. [109:14] Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the LORD; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out. [109:15] Let them be before the LORD continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth. [109:16] Because that he remembered not to shew mercy, but persecuted the poor and needy man, that he might even slay the broken in heart.

See above [109:17] As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him. [109:18] As he clothed himself with cursing like as with his garment, so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones. [109:19] Let it be unto him as the garment which covereth him, and for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually. [109:20] Let this be the reward of mine adversaries from the LORD, and of them that speak evil against my soul. [109:21] But do thou for me, O GOD the Lord, for thy name’s sake: because thy mercy is good, deliver thou me. [109:22] For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me. [109:23] I am gone like the shadow when it declineth: I am tossed up and down as the locust. [109:24] My knees are weak through fasting; and my flesh faileth of fatness.

See above [109:25] I became also a reproach unto them: when they looked upon me they shaked their heads. [109:26] Help me, O LORD my God: O save me according to thy mercy: [109:27] That they may know that this is thy hand; that thou, LORD, hast done it. [109:28] Let them curse, but bless thou: when they arise, let them be ashamed; but let thy servant rejoice. [109:29] Let mine adversaries be clothed with shame, and let them cover themselves with their own confusion, as with a mantle. [109:30] I will greatly praise the LORD with my mouth; yea, I will praise him among the multitude. [109:31] For he shall stand at the right hand of the poor, to save him from those that condemn his soul. (David prays against his enemies.)

Psalms 104:35 Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more . Bless thou the LORD, O my soul. Praise ye the LORD.

Psalms 109:6-20 [109:6] Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan stand at his right hand.

109:17] As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him. (David prays against his enemies)
Psalms 140:9-10 [140:9] As for the head of those that compass me about, let the mischief of their own lips cover them. [140:10] Let burning coals fall upon them: let them be cast into the fire; into deep pits, that they rise not up again .

Psalms 141:10 Let the wicked fall into their own nets, whilst that I withal escape.

Guess you better round up all the pastors and rabbis and call the Feds because all the churches and synagogues all have the Psalms on their premises as part of their liturgy or cannon. Don’t forget about the one hundred thousand copies of this in print in Fullerton homes.

            the shedding of innocent blood

      • #44 by Really? on February 2, 2015 - 1:39 pm

all I asked for was a simple yes or no answer, not quotes from the Bible on what David does.
Do YOU pray for the death of any person or group that holds beliefs that YOU feel go against the Bible’s teachings? Yes or no?
Do YOU pray for the death of gay people? Do YOU pray for the death of “Pro Choice” advocates?

If YOU suddenly found out that Kelly Thomas was a raging homosexual, would you feel differently about how he died? Not at all saying that Kelly was gay, but it sure is an interesting hypothetical for radicals like yourselves who believe sinners should die horrible deaths.

        • #45 by Anonymous on February 2, 2015 - 2:02 pm

The only people dying horrible deaths that I know of at the hands of another are the ones who are unfortunate enough to be in Fullerton police custody. Stop trying to maneuver Joe.

        • #46 by Know your rights! on February 2, 2015 - 2:08 pm

Perhaps it should be clarified for you, Joe is evangelical. Here is a definition for you:

          Evangelical (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/evangelical?s=t)

Also, evangelic. pertaining to or in keeping with the gospel and its teachings.
belonging to or designating the Christian churches that emphasize the teachings and authority of the Scriptures, especially of the New Testament, in opposition to the institutional authority of the church itself, and that stress as paramount the tenet that salvation is achieved by personal conversion to faith in the atonement of Christ.
designating Christians, especially of the late 1970s, eschewing the designation of fundamentalist but holding to a conservative interpretation of the Bible.
pertaining to certain movements in the Protestant churches in the 18th and 19th centuries that stressed the importance of personal experience of guilt for sin, and of reconciliation to God through Christ.
marked by ardent or zealous enthusiasm for a cause.

So, while you appear to be going off your rails, attacking Joe for believing and expressing the word of God, keep in mind that everyone has freedom of religion. What is important is that we tolerate one another. The concept of evagelism must be new and foreign to you. Even so, leave other people alone and stop attacking others, putting words in their mouths. Maybe your issue is with the Psalms? Maybe you should take that up with its’ author.

Perhaps you should look inward to begin to understand and overcome your intolerance of the Christian religion.

If you are unable to overcome your intolerance of Christianity and the Psalms you would probably be more suited to another blog, as Joe regularly invokes the word and teachings of God and I don’t believe that he will stop.

          • #47 by Really? on February 2, 2015 - 2:50 pm

Not asking anybody to stop anything or for clarification on the type of Christian Joe is or isn’t. I’m just asking for a yes or no answer to a pretty direct question on whether he prays for the death of people who are perceived to go against the Bible’s teaching. Has nothing to do with what the FPD does or what other churches are doing.

            • #48 by Anonymous on February 2, 2015 - 4:22 pm

You care only about maneuvering Mr. Imbriano through innuendo, flat out lies and distractions. Perhaps you should go work for the Register or the Observer.

The issue on this article is about Fullerton’s mayor.

“Really” sounds an awful lot like Anonymous. Please either provide proof that Wiley Drake stated nonbelievers need to die or stop your non-stop lying. Defamation is a crime.

I suspect you have none. But that never ever stopped you Anonymous or Really to put out your drivel.

This is how the Fullerton city establishment and their groupies try to discredit anyone who brings up the truth about the corruption and cronyism in Fullerton City Hall.

I pray that God has mercy on your very corrupt and dishonest soul.

    • #52 by Joe Imbriano on February 2, 2015 - 10:35 pm

You think religion is all BS so why worry about what Wiley or I pray for? Whats the big deal? I don’t care what kind of porn you watch in your bedroom so why do you care what I talk about in my prayer closet? Or are you truly afraid that Wiley may turn his prayers against you?

Lets get to the point shall we? I will not give the war monger 9-11 inside job supervisor phony conservative offspring of what has been reported to be the murderous Satanist, Aleister Crowley (1876-1947), who was once dubbed “The most wicked man on earth”, George butcher Bush, the previous illuminati bloodline’s stooge, was just as guilty on many fronts as well but lets deal with your question. So how many babies has Obama killed with his pen when he overturned the Mexico city policy? How many children has he sterilized with his pen through his ConnectEd forced wireless exposure in schools? How many dead bodies with his pen, have stacked up from all of his illegal wars on all the continents in exchange for the Nobel peace prize. How many trillions has he fleeced from the treasury for the banks with his magic wand? How about his job killing economic policies that have ruined families while decimating domestic employment with his morally bankrupt corrupt bs global warming crap as India and China turn the snow black overseas and belch diesel soot into the sky all the way across the Pacific to ship the goods that gave the factory workers back there throat cancer from drinking the water? How many old people will he have killed with his pen with his illegal medical system death panel forced vaccination oxycotin methadone clinics that are popping up like mushrooms? How many kids dont have a mom and a dad because of his expansion of social programs that destroy the family? How many people will die from cancer from his pen that appointed the telecom vampire Wheeler to the FCC so they can sterilize and irradiate the entire country with runaway microwave exposure all the way down to the crib? How many more illegals has he flooded this place with with his pen that fill our jails, rape our kids, murder our family members? How many will die from his pen handing over more control of our critical infrastructure that he is handing over to TATA in Bangalore so the electrical grid can all collapse on us as they lay off all of the people that know how to bring it back up and deal with a disaster? How much more treasonous satanic illuminati mind control could this manchurian candidate possibly go under? It is the twelfth inning and you are still in the urinal taking a piss.

So anyways, just how much of this aforementioned living hell has Wiley caused? How much good has Wiley done with his shoestring budget and his couple of acres? I would say 1000 times more than the money changers over on Bastanchury or Miraloma.

Was Wiley ahead of his time? Did Wiley know something years ahead of it coming? Or is Wiley some crackpot dangerous nut job and all this stuff is ok with you? Of course this is all ok with you because it is all about making Joe Imbriano the issue while you run cover for the criminal enterprise at city hall that likes the cocktail parties full of liars, drunks, divorce hacks, perverts, abortion lovers, man haters, perjurers, violent thugs, sex offenders, money grubbing phony christians, brother haters, roided out white supremacists and snuff film producers all while you bash a little guy is trying to stand up for what is right where what is wrong has become the norm. Oh but my version of right is too extreme for the pedophile protectors at the law firm. At least if Wiley had this kind of a party, there would be one huge difference with his group-at the end, they would have the opportunity to be repenting and get forgiven. The city hall crowd shows NO REMORSE, just pride, arrogance and more continued determination to squash anyone who gets in their way.

You want an answer to your 20 questions? When you answer these questions with your real name, then maybe, just maybe I will answer yours. In the meantine, lets get back to dealing with the issue at hand in this post, that is the so called conservative Greg Seabourn.

      • #53 by 33 degrees of separation on February 3, 2015 - 3:16 am

At the end of the day, it is of little meaning as to who occupies the oval office. Both parties bring forth the same policies of far limitless imperialism, massive expansion of our debt, social engineering domestically, and of course, the crown jewel, eugenics. Mr. Imbriano has at length, repeatedly touched on the largest elements of modern day eugenics: wireless technology, aerosol operations and vaccinations.

It has been stated that war is hell. It is known that war equals endless debt and debt always equates to death. All policy foreign and domestic is driven by allegiances to a power structure whose goal is to reduce human population to below 500 million worldwide. This is done via monetary policy and military activities. The middle east is currently under a cloud of depleted uranium and biological agents released by NATO forces that will affect the region for untold thousands of years if not millions.

Domestically, the debt owed to the central bank will eventually deliver the American people into receivership. The 20th century gave us many examples of the end result of fiat currency and central bank power. With the current US directed OPEC market flood of oil in attempts to kill the Russian currency, the dollar will actually die much sooner than the current 2020 timeline. Chinese dollar holdings will abruptly be dumped and converted without warning sending the US into a new dark age for which it will never be prepared for.

There is a reason many of the wealthiest are relocating to the southern hemisphere. Mr. imbriano alluded to a recent phenomenon involving India’s powerhouse TATA moving into becoming the outsource contract holder for key infrastructure. This is confirmed. TATA and Obama as of late are very close fellows indeed. The control of all electrical power, water infrastructure as well as finance are all being consolidated in Bangalore. This spells impending disaster for the US on simply yet another front.

An extreme example of what happens to a first world nation that doesn’t “play ball” with US monetary and imperial powers is contemporary Japan. Look what happened with the Yen carry trade some time back. When the US position was such that it was no longer tenable and the Japanese government refused to change course, you had the detonation of a nuclear device in the trench far off the coast as well as the nuking of several of those reactors that brought the country to its knees. The end result of the typical scorched earth policy that administrations are so well known for was the massive expansion of Japan’s money supply and a depopulation process in full swing.

It really matters little if not at all whether Obama, Bush, or for that matter Clinton are elected. They are all crime family offspring who answer to the Crown and will move the pieces around on the grand chessboard irrespective of the domestic lines erected by our framers.

There is little time remaining on humanity’s linear continuum. We are approaching the edge rapidly. Prayer is all we have left at this juncture. We must be cognizant of the fact that prayer is the ultimate weapon but is only effective in the hands of those whose hearts are not darkened by the same powers that darken our oppressors’. Those who properly wield its power will be the victors. Anathema be to those who serve the darkness.

This act of war against Japan. These basements is waterproof and flooding came after bomb blasts broken open facilitys. Tsunami from HAARP event and act of aggression against Japanese empire. It seems one more time those that want to attack this website are very short on the facts. I asked “Really” to provide proof that Wiley Drake has asked for all non-believers to die. He has failed to do so.

      • #56 by Mark Powell on February 6, 2015 - 6:48 am

In 750 BC, the powers that be wanted to attack a simple fig farmer named Amos, for the prophetic dreams he experienced, which foretold of the eventual destruction of Israel.

During those times, the powers that be were used to hearing only flattery, and florid prose, about how wonderful they were, and how they could do no wrong, whenever they were addressed by their subjects.

        Sound familiar?

History shows persecuting Amos didn’t work out too well for Israel, so I think that our city council people need to reflect on their persecution of the likes of Joe Imbriano and Barry Levinson, for simply trying to protect the true lambs of God…

        ALL of OUR children.

Mr. Levinson, your succinct comments at the recent meeting were spot on. I almost feel that there is no way for them to honestly answer you. Just another example of the need for major change in our city government. I am optimistic that there are several of you who arduously labor for that change and will step up come election time.

            • #59 by Barry Levinson on February 6, 2015 - 1:56 pm

Like Mark’s comments, I also appreciate your many supportive comments to me. It can feel that I am outnumbered when I ask for direct responses to my legitimate questions.

It really is so, so sad that the truth and the search for truth seems to be so very threatening to many in power. It has become so bad that even the attempt to get at the truth is considered rude and out of line by the vast majority of the city leadership.

Well I am here to reiterate that it is those city leaders who very frequently are not forthcoming who are rude and not fulfilling their roles as public servants to the general public.

Very very sad. I hope Anonymous is single; for if he is not he is teaching his family to lack of any decency or concern for his fellow man.

Barry as usual, has the guts to ask the tough questions. Dan Hughes by the way was nowhere to be found. No comment from Greg on anything of substance, now not being a mere disappointment but rather becoming a very serious concern for those of us who elected him.

Dick Jones-our sitting city attorney apparently has formulated an opinion that Jencurt Fitzpringle has no need to recuse herself from the vote on the MWD water board appointee tonight. The twilight zone indeed.

Joe I think the City Attorney may have a conflict of interest. After all, he gets paid big bucks by the city of Fullerton and we know those in charge at city hall have the utmost integrity.

It really does not matter, because the only interest the majority of the council has is self-interest in the utopian city of Fullerton. Ka-ching!!!!

Now we see Ms Jennifer Fitzgerald as the “taxpayer” representative for the newly minted Fullerton JUHSD Oversight Bond Issue Committee.

How many tax dollars did Ms. Fitzgerald save us on the newly constructed boondoggle ARTC (Anaheim Regional Transportation Center costing only 194 million dollars). You see according to several sources, Curt Pringle and Associates (she is VP of such consultant/lobbying group) were key drivers in getting this built. It is supposed to service up to 10,000 people a day but currently only 900 people pass through its doors. It is built for high speed trains which will probably never materialize since there is no firm date or money for it to be built anywhere in Southern California. Hooray for Jennifer Fitzgerald the tax warrior or is she a Fullerton council member or is she really just the VP of Curt Pringle and Associates. Where do you think she gets her bread buttered?

    • #77 by FitzPringle on February 5, 2015 - 9:48 am

There are so many conflict of interest points with Jennifer Fitzgerald serving her master, Pringle & Associates, that I don’t know how she can cast votes on behalf of Fullerton residents. She will have to recuse herself from a tremendous amount of issues that the council votes on, especially as related to Downtown Core & Corridor development. Or, is this why those decision points were handed off to the city manager? That’s how it is rigged?

      • #78 by Mark Powell on February 5, 2015 - 12:12 pm

If Fullerton residents want to get a glimpse of their future with Dorothy and the Cowardly Lion,

I suggest that they head down Katella Avenue (the yellow brick road of corporate largess) in Anaheim, and as they near the Emerald City (Anaheim Regional Transportation Center), they wave goodbye to their children’s heavily mortgaged future that they’ll be paying for for many. many, many, years to come.

        • #79 by amateur night on February 5, 2015 - 12:32 pm

190 million dollars that make Curt Pringle hollah, that make Fitzpringle jingle as she works on gettin’ her groove on and that stripe in her hair back. Yikes!

        • #80 by Barry Levinson on February 5, 2015 - 4:13 pm

Mark you also need to head down Katella Avenue going west from the 57 freeway and look at all those 4 or 5 story mixed use buildings changing forever the landscape and note that the Fullerton Downtown Core and Corridor Special Project will be that area on steroids, i.e. 7 and 8 story buildings with literally no improvement in the roads. And the most egregious and undemocratic part of it all is that if approved by our council, it will only require our city manager’s approval for all that development going forward. What was that commercial tagline? – “because we are looking out for you” – not our city council and city government.

          • #81 by Mark Powell on February 5, 2015 - 7:49 pm

my bad Barry…I forgot the developers, banks, and real estate agents that will stand to benefit at the expense of the residents who already endure the absolutely worse road infrastructure of any Southern California city that I can think of.

  29. #82 by I Love Fullerton on February 5, 2015 - 2:22 pm

Ms Fitzgerald was a well established, very well connected political consultant/lobbyist with her own firm for over a decade.

Question! How come she only got the Vice President of Curt Pringle and Associates gig until after she won election to the Fullerton City Council? Anybody care to make an educated guess?

  30. #83 by Anonymous on February 5, 2015 - 3:04 pm

I Love Fullerton, let me take a stab at your question.
Can one say corruption, crony capitalism, favoritism and pay to play!

By the way that list of endorsements for Larry Bennett is a list of people in the inner sanctum. Larry is definitely one of them.

Remember he ran the campaign to defeat the 2012 recall and had the full support of Jennifer Fitzgerald. He and Jennifer are just a few more fine upstanding Fullerton citizens who apparently found nothing wrong with members of the FPD murdering an innocent man for sport. Therefore, why hold anyone in power accountable.

  31. #85 by Barry Levinson on February 5, 2015 - 7:06 pm

We need to fill city hall for the next Fullerton Council meeting on February 17, 2015. The most powerful voices are those who have rarely if ever ventured into one of these meetings. Those who were silent, apathetic or just too busy to speak out but now speaking out for the very first time.

It is people like you that those tone deaf council members will pay very close attention to because they will realize that they have finally awakened a sleeping giant, the Fullerton public.

So how about giving yourself a voice at the next council meeting. You might find it is good to have a say in how your city is run.

The February 11 post on Mayor Sebourn and his relationship with the FPD points out some troubling statements made by our new mayor.

Mayor Sebourn is parsing words when he claims that the FPOA and the rank and file are totally different. Why would Mayor Sebourn try to make a distinction that does not exist? The FPOA PAC put out a mailer that stated erroneously that I had a cushy well paid taxpayer position. In fact, nothing could be further from the truth. As former Chairman and current member of the Park and Recreation Committee, I receive no salary or fees for my service since my start date of February 2011. But no acknowledgements of that misstatement has been forthcoming from the FPOA or any of its members. Questions: Should the public be concerned when an organization made up of Fullerton police officers makes an erroneous statement? Do any misstatements of fact make you more likely or less likely to have confidence in the truthfulness and integrity of any of those same individuals that are represented by the FPOA?

On his campaign website, Council member Sebourn listed the past corruption of the FPD as an issue. He stated that it was important to rebuild trust in the FPD. The only way to rebuild trust is for our council members to hold that department accountable to the people it serves. I for one am more than a little tired of politicians bringing up issues that concerns the electorate and then putting that issue on the back burner as soon as their victory party ends.

Question: Has the Fullerton electorate been fooled again? I report, you decide.

          • #92 by Sebourn-more of the same on February 12, 2015 - 5:13 pm

Sebourn is on the council but not for the right reasons. If he was there for the good of the people, he would have no tolerance for the dishonesty that continues to pervade the city of Fullerton.

All of it is false and continues to perpetuate the status quo. Sebourn is playing politics, rather than dealing honestly about the issues, head on. Just more of the same . . .

              Greg is a pussy.

  33. #94 by Barry Levinson on February 11, 2015 - 2:46 pm

At the last Fullerton Council Meeting I raised the issue of limiting the peoples’ right to address the city council members on any city related topic to a maximum of only 30 minutes.

Mayor Sebourn has continued the policy of having multiple presentations (some of them quite lengthy) at the beginning of council meetings that rarely have anything directly to do with city business. Yet that continues while the Mayor has stated he will only allow a maximum of 30 minutes for the public at the front end of those same meetings.

This is not how a city council should conduct their public meetings. It is an affront to representative democracy.

I raised the issue directly to Mayor Sebourn and he not only did not address the subject at that time but did not feel it necessary to respond to my concerns at any time during the entire meeting.

Anyone can make a mistake and when it is pointed out to them they have the opportunity to correct that mistake. At this stage it does not appear that Mayor Sebourn believes that this arbitrary limitation of public speech is an issue that he needs to address and/or correct.

    • #95 by Tony's van on February 11, 2015 - 4:14 pm

What did you expect? He is the single reason that the FPD still gets to run wild on the streets of Fullerton. Time limits on comments are what you are worried about right now? He has much in store for all of you Bushala groupies over the next four years.

RS you are using Saul Alinsky tactics by attacking this blog rather than providing specifics to support your unfounded allegations. This tactic is employed when the presenter has nothing of substance to provide to the readership.
