More allegations of FPD police brutality. This time on MLK day involving an AFRICAN AMERICAN epileptic man who was repeatedly tazed in front of his 9 and 11 year old children

This interview has been greatly condensed here and a more detailed interview will be released at a later date.

The points being made here were that the officer’s actions appeared to make no sense and that an alleged innocent man who is, by the way, an epileptic, was for apparently absolutely no reason, allegedly accosted, downed and repeatedly tased in front of his two young children. It took place on, of all days, MLK day.  this man referred to in the video by his fiance, who is African American, didn’t have the MLK day off and was actually cleaning up graffiti for his employer-covering up black painted graffiti a white fence with white spray paint. Does an fleeing robbery suspect hang out in plain view on a public street covering up graffiti?  So at Fullerton City Hall tonight more very troubling allegations against our FPD.  Can they live up to their phony PR press for one whole month without allegedly misbehaving?

I couldn’t believe that Fullerton Stories Davis Barber walked right past this woman on out the door as we were interviewing her. He apparently had no interest in the unfortunate alleged attack by yet another out of control FPD officer and covering this story. I didn’t see anyone from the Register or the Fullerton Observer express interest in this woman’s story either.

What was described at council was a sadistic cop getting his jollies by tasering a black man while he was working on private property on ML King, Jr Day.  You must be so very proud Dan.  Another one of your disciples running amuck against law abiding citizens.

Maybe the Chamber of Commerce can highlight this incident as a way to attract more minority businesses here in Fullerton.  But it is one more way to put another nail in the health of our city.

Apparently another sick, sadistic person that our FPD has handed over a gun and a shield to while Danny boy allows them to do just about anything.

Wake up Fullerton.  If any private citizen did half the things that our Fullerton police have been accused of on an all too frequent basis, they all would be locked up for many, many years.

Tasers are not the ‘non-lethalweapons they are portrayed to be, by the way. This man could have been killed when the taser was repeatedly applied. You simply don’t do this to someone with a seizure disorder.

I noted that Danny is now afraid to sit in his previously everyday seat at council meetings.  Our transparent police chief cannot even face the public for the limited time of 30 minutes imposed by our new so called “conservative” Mayor Sebourn.  Gee continuing all the presentations and imposing a 30 minute maximum for the public, seems a lot like Mayor Chaffee all over again.

Televised murder of a homeless man, threats of grave bodily harm to protesters in custody, sexual predators in uniform, sticky fingered coppers, no one managing the sexual predators in Fullerton, the recent frame up attempt of Barry Levinson, alleged informant harrassment , and now some kingdom day love from one of Danny boy’s boys?

I guess we will see if the dash cam picked any of this up, if the body cameras were rolling, if the DAR’s were turned on and what the heck is wrong with all these  men in black in this crazy town we all call home. Thank God this man will be ok, and his kids will get to see their daddy again. Kelly Thomas and  Dean Gochenour sadly,  weren’t so fortunate. Folks, the FPD’s reign of terror must come to an end now.

The comments of “Common sense” totally lacks common sense. As far as doing our homework, we have asked the questions to the FPD and to Council. However,it is rather obvious to anyone with objectivity that the FPD demonstrated a lack of professionalism by not speaking with Ms. Johnson at the council meeting. In other words, Dan Hughes failed to do his homework. Maybe the real problem is that to the FPD this is no big deal because no one died or was severely injured at the hands of the FPD this time.

Maybe we should refer to them from now on as the Malicious Keystone Cops of Fullerton.

Do I see another FPOA Officer of the Year Award resulting from the alleged actions of this officer?

The FPD would not even ask for Tameka Johnson’s contact information. Please go to the city council meeting video and witness the FPD and the Mayor remain totally silent as these terrible allegations of physical abuse were being detailed by Ms. Johnson. The reason for the total silence…….

Maybe just maybe it signifies that the FPD has never been more morally bankrupt than under the watchful eye of Danny Hughes with complete support from Fitzgerald, Flory, Chaffee and Felz. (Ms. Fitzgerald and Ms. Flory can and should be voted out of office if they run for re-election in 2016).

The days of blindly believing and trusting police officers is long gone and the lack of transparency, decency and professionalism consistently demonstrated by the FPD ensures that it will take a complete overhaul of the department, especially at the top and many years before the FPD can hope to regain the trust of most of the citizens of Fullerton.

I have to go now because I am busily putting together my ideas for Danny Hughes 2015 FPD “Open” House and Ms. Fitzgerald’s love fest, Love Fullerton Day 2015. Remember to feel the love the next time you are mistreated by the FPD or by a council member.

Is Jenncurt Fitzpringle.com getting us ready to wash police cars and paint government buildings that should be maintained with our tax dollars? Is Fitzpringle.com planning on how to get the DCCP passed for her cronies? Hey Greg, you gonna help her?

Yup. That Love Fullerton thing is a total sham. Aside from cleaning the city buildings, all they did was feed a bunch of homeless people who nobody wants in Fullerton anyway. Unbelievable.

And wash police cars, we are already heavily taxed to pay for this, paint schools, we are already heavily taxed to pay for this, clean parks, we are already heavily taxed to pay for this, clean and plant on municipal property, we are already heavily taxed to paid for this. See the churches suck all the money our out of the economy pay no taxes. the city sucks all the money out of the economy and they both work together to suck the time and energy out of the already taxed and tired residents, do nothing to fight to evil, and make people think that they are helping out. Don’t get me wrong, helping others is a good thing but when the churches ripoff of the people and DONT DO THEIR JOBS LIKE TAKING CARE OF THE POOR AND STANDING UP AGAINST EVIL AND THE CITY AND SCHOOL DISTRICTS RIP OFF THE PEOPLE BY USING TAX MONEY ON PENSIONS AND SALARIES INSTEAD OF MAINTAINING THE FACILITIES, THAT IS A FRAUD. and I beleive Jennifer Fitzgerald is a fraud mixing the best of the worst-phony church and crooked state.

Spot on Joe! Churches in this town do nothing but keep the homeless in town by feeding and clothing them, and doing it with donations from the residents.

Homeless are everywhere in every city. EV Free takes in hundreds of thousands a week tax free and they make the congregants bring canned food and blankets on top of it for the homeless. What do they do with all of that tax free money? You will never know because their finances are secret.

The homeless are here not because the churches feed them, they are here because people are falling into the cracks due to unforeseen circumstances, sinful behavior, and failed social and economic policies. Their job is not simply limited to feeding the homeless. It also includes housing and caring for their needs. instead they spend tens of millions on jumbo trons, consultants, office buildings, theatre seating, apartment complexes and on and on. The church’s job is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, be salt and light, take care of the poor, the widows, the orphans and turn out converts that can become leaders with Godly wisdom that produce solutions. The secular government has taken over the church’s job and the church has totally abandoned its responsibility. The churches hide cell towers all over their properties, and sucks massive amounts of tax free money out of the local economy to acquire real estate and investment vehicles and turns out phonies like Fitzgerald who glides the unsuspecting to go along with this massive fraud and failed policies that propagate it all.
