More allegations of FPD police brutality. This time on MLK day involving an AFRICAN AMERICAN epileptic man who was repeatedly tazed in front of his 9 and 11 year old children

This interview has been greatly condensed here and a more detailed interview will be released at a later date.

The points being made here were that the officer’s actions appeared to make no sense and that an alleged innocent man who is, by the way, an epileptic, was for apparently absolutely no reason, allegedly accosted, downed and repeatedly tased in front of his two young children. It took place on, of all days, MLK day.  this man referred to in the video by his fiance, who is African American, didn’t have the MLK day off and was actually cleaning up graffiti for his employer-covering up black painted graffiti a white fence with white spray paint. Does an fleeing robbery suspect hang out in plain view on a public street covering up graffiti?  So at Fullerton City Hall tonight more very troubling allegations against our FPD.  Can they live up to their phony PR press for one whole month without allegedly misbehaving?

I couldn’t believe that Fullerton Stories Davis Barber walked right past this woman on out the door as we were interviewing her. He apparently had no interest in the unfortunate alleged attack by yet another out of control FPD officer and covering this story. I didn’t see anyone from the Register or the Fullerton Observer express interest in this woman’s story either.

What was described at council was a sadistic cop getting his jollies by tasering a black man while he was working on private property on ML King, Jr Day.  You must be so very proud Dan.  Another one of your disciples running amuck against law abiding citizens.

Maybe the Chamber of Commerce can highlight this incident as a way to attract more minority businesses here in Fullerton.  But it is one more way to put another nail in the health of our city.

Apparently another sick, sadistic person that our FPD has handed over a gun and a shield to while Danny boy allows them to do just about anything.

Wake up Fullerton.  If any private citizen did half the things that our Fullerton police have been accused of on an all too frequent basis, they all would be locked up for many, many years.

Tasers are not the ‘non-lethalweapons they are portrayed to be, by the way. This man could have been killed when the taser was repeatedly applied. You simply don’t do this to someone with a seizure disorder.

I noted that Danny is now afraid to sit in his previously everyday seat at council meetings.  Our transparent police chief cannot even face the public for the limited time of 30 minutes imposed by our new so called “conservative” Mayor Sebourn.  Gee continuing all the presentations and imposing a 30 minute maximum for the public, seems a lot like Mayor Chaffee all over again.

Televised murder of a homeless man, threats of grave bodily harm to protesters in custody, sexual predators in uniform, sticky fingered coppers, no one managing the sexual predators in Fullerton, the recent frame up attempt of Barry Levinson, alleged informant harrassment , and now some kingdom day love from one of Danny boy’s boys?

I guess we will see if the dash cam picked any of this up, if the body cameras were rolling, if the DAR’s were turned on and what the heck is wrong with all these  men in black in this crazy town we all call home. Thank God this man will be ok, and his kids will get to see their daddy again. Kelly Thomas and  Dean Gochenour sadly,  weren’t so fortunate. Folks, the FPD’s reign of terror must come to an end now.

The DA charged two cops with murder … and then saw to it they would be found not guilty.
    Makes perfect sense.

Track tried the case himself, threw the case and rigged the jury.

Bet you didn’t know that the Judge in the Thomas case was married to one of Tony Rackauckus’s Assistant District Attorneys did you?

I bet you didn’t know that the jury foreman was an Orange County defense attorney who used to work in Tony Rackauckas’ office did you?

Bet you didn’t know he dropped the charges on the third killer did you? Think this wasn’t a rig job? Think again.

law and order, not sure I get your point. These connections between the judge, DA and jury you speak of would seem to stack the deck heavily in favor of the prosecution’s side, no?

Love it how when situations don’t turn out the way some folks want, the only answer must be a conspiracy. And when still more facts emerge, the only solution is to make the conspiracy more far fetched and far reaching.

In the Kelly Thomas case, T-Rack tried to win a conviction by tapping into emotions.
But in courtrooms, fortunately, cases are argued and usually won based on points of law and facts. Yelling and screaming and emotions are left outside.

Bottom line, the DA simply had no case and was told he had no case by his top investigators.

Anonymous what kind of immoral monster are you? You say there was no case. That means you believe the officer’s acted within the law. Did you not watch the video? I bet you didn’t. But people like you do not need to be informed to state their deranged and sadistic opinions based on nothing.

      The Twilight Zone
Took the jury a matter of hours to find the defendants not guilty on all charges. Not only did I see the video, I attended the trial. Judge said right off the bat, right after jury was selected, that the case is a lot more than just the video.
Oh that’s right. It’s all part of the conspiracy, isn’t it: Charge two police officers with murder and manslaughter. Have a grand jury indict a third. Hand pick the judge and rig the jury. Make sure the verdicts are not guilty and then drop the charges against the third. Uh, huh. Sure.

If you saw the video and believe that Ramos and Cincinelli were not even guilty of excessive use of force than you are void of any humanity.

Those police officers involved were not only cold blooded killers but total cowards as well. Your twisted logic is that everything those cops did to Kelly was good police work because the government was in charge of the activities. Isn’t that your twisted reasoning Anonymous? Forget about the evidence because the people in charge (Craig and Rubio) testified that they followed FPD policies and procedures.

Tell me this Anonymous, if Ramos, Wolfe and Cincinelli did everything by the book as testified by Sgt. Craig and Training Officer Rubio, then why did Danny Hughes fire all three of them. Try to explain that one Anonymous.

I often wondered the same thing. How can you fire a police officer if they didn’t do anything wrong? He or she could sue the shit out of the city. What is up with that?

The rig job goes the way the puppet master wants it to go -any which way but loose. No conspiracy here, just a blatant murder and no convictions.

Get over it. That is just how you and your little cadre of followers want to see it. Our system of justice is the best in the world. Sometimes things don’t go the way you want them too. Just because all of you hate cops, you see conspiracies everywhere you look. We’ll see who you call when you really need help.

Deal with it and get over it. Everyone in jail is innocent huh? That is what they all say. You do a few ride alongs on graveyard and tell me that what they do is easy money and pure thuggery as you and your contributors paint them out to be.

    • #11 by Anonymous on January 30, 2015 - 3:17 pm

The criminal justice system is far from perfect. I doubt anyone disagrees with that. But you’re right Boss. These people have a rabid hatred for LE. Good luck when you guys need ’em. I am sure they got all your numbers.

Why would you invite someone over to your home that behaves like the Fullerton Police Department does?

Maybe you can speak with the Pastor’s wife in our town named Robyn Nordell, that had the boys in blue over to her home one summer night…

You might also note that this incident would have NEVER been reported by the officer’s themselves, had it not neen for Mrs. Nordell herself appearing at the city council meetings to blow the whistle.

You are right. He had no case and we have no rights. Turn your guns in, let the deranged cops play doctor with your wife, take your forced vaccinations and hand your kids over to Mahoney. Then take two aspirin and call me in the morning.

I am beginning to think Fullerton is as corrupt as the small town I grew up in down in Alabama. I thought that this DA was supposed to be a conservative Republican. This is unbelievable. Why didn’t they move the trial out of Orange County? How could anyone say that the jury pool wasn’t tainted?

    • #15 by We know who you are and we saw what you did. on January 29, 2015 - 1:20 pm

Anonymous please do not tax your “brain” or “lack of integrity”. Go to your union representative and he will try to make it all better for you.

Where does it say in the FPD job description that they have to be able to think clearly? Have you found it yet? Yes, I know it is not a requirement.

Where does it say that they have to possess above average intelligence? Have you found that yet. Yes, I know that is not a requirement either.

When will the public realize that it is not a very good idea to give morally challenged (not all but too many) men and women with average intelligence at best the right to use deadly force against you and me?
