Mayor Chaffee also turned water into wine, parted Laguna Lake and made a cripple walk again. What a guy! He also started police community get out of jail free cards for the criminally challenged members of the FPD.
He also along with Al Gore, he helped create the internet and he helped implement the 10 Commandments!
But seriously folks Doug must be a liberal because he uses a very “liberal” interpretation of the word “implementation”.
