For years this center’s occupants were not allowed to expand their businesses, potential new additional tenants were turned away and all while this place was intentionally run into the ground for the moment that they are still waiting for. Last night the planning commission unveiled that moment again after it was delayed two years ago by the pressure we applied to the city council who was meeting in the library room with no live coverage.-

In case you don’t know, these two don’t work for us, they work for the developers and the social engineers and boy do they have plans to transform the entire city into Agenda 21 stackem’ and packem’ high rise housing. We just dodged the College Town deal recently and now they are resurrecting the huge DCCSP plan.
You see the city is out of money because of all of the establishment cronies that have bled us dry for decades with their lavish salaries, pensions,car allowances, medical, dental, vision plans and perks while hiding behind a thin political veneer comprised of a bizarre combination of liberal populism hybridized with phony conservatism that has put the residents to sleep while leaving the city’s infrastructure (roads, sewers, parks, public restrooms) and finances in utter ruin. Folks the trusted names in Fullerton politics have been screwing you all over for decades. Stop going along with them and being their sycophants.
Recently reality didn’t stop the city council from going millions into the red for Police and Fire raises and benefit increases. They have done this because they want their endorsements for the upcoming election and they anticipate getting upwards of 12-15 thousand dollars per unit developed to pay for the out of control city hall gravy train while they put you to work on Love Fullerton day washing police cars, cleaning up school buildings, government buildings and parks that our tax money was supposed to pay for and then putting you to sleep with firework shows, parades, and backpack giveaways. See how they play this game? You sit back and vote for these people that are endorsed by the police and fire unions, you think you are supporting a strong community when in fact, the greed of these factions is sucking the taxpayers dry with selling Fullerton off to development behind your backs as the only way out. I could go on and on. This website documents years of this train of abuses and the inaction and complicity of those who you would never think have a hand in this.

The only way out of this mess is to vote them out in November. Jennifer Fitzgerald and Jan Flory need to go. I have a vested interest in what is best for our community and I am not popular with the establishment sycophants that want to ruin Fullerton for that very reason.
You can watch Ms. Shanfiel- the chair of the planning commission explain what happened in 2014. This got the ball rolling on the DCCSP mess and the planning commissioners from 2014 appear to be totally incompetent or corrupt.
She admits in no uncertain terms they were given misinformation and a non existent time constraint. You could say they were lied to. It sure appears that way to me. Clink the video below and 10 seconds in, you will not believe what you will hear.
You can watch how the city staff that tried to ram the biggest threat to our quality of life in Fullerton’s history through in 2014. They are either corrupt or incompetent when what they fed this load to the planning commission to get them to vote to pass the DCCSP which was clearly based on inaccurate information 2 years ago. Looks like they voted to pass the biggest threat to Fullerton’s future without even vetting it, understanding it, and under what appears to be a series of misrepresentations and duress. NO KATHLEEN, YOU MEAN WHEN YOU, KATHLEEN ALONG WITH GAMBINO, JOHNSON AND THE GUY THAT HATES THE CARS, MR SILBER, VOTED TO PASS THE DCCSP WHILE PENDERGRAFT MISSED THE MEETING AND NEVER ONCE SAID BOO ABOUT IT-YOU VOTED FOR THIS AND IT PASSED-YOU DID MUCH MORE THAN JUST TALK ABOUT IT, YOU PASSED IT AND YOU ALMOST HANDED THE DESTRUCTION OF FULLERTON UP ON A SILVER PLATTER TO JOE FELZ AND IT ALMOST PASSED THE COUNCIL.
I urge you all to take a hard look at what you take for granted right now because it is in jeopardy. We need real leaders, not phonies and ignorant rubber stamp hacks that will allow Fullerton to be sold out to the highest bidder and hoodwink you with dog and pony shows just to get elected like we have now. The plans in the works could add 100,000 more people to Fullerton in the next ten years almost doubling the population as we already struggle to maneuver our cars in traffic in a park poor city with busted up roads and water mains. Enough is enough.

We have had a bigger impact on Fullerton City Hall than anyone on the dais.
We stopped the across the board DCCSP two years ago when I first pointed out last August how undemocratic is was to give sole power to the City Manager. It was not by accident that soon after that meeting the city hatched a bogus claim that I assaulted a vendor in the city hall lobby later that night. You see this city is so corrupt and so, so indicative that they were going to teach me a lesson that you do not uncover the truth when the city hatches its scheme to bring in hundreds of millions of dollars in Park Dwelling Fees with out future consent of the council. I guess as it turned out….the joke was on them.

Actually I mean by impact the defeat of the original DCCSP brought before council in the summer of 2014 to cover approximately 1300 acres of main thoroughfares within Fullerton. This was pulled by council before a vote was even attempted by them after I told all listening to that council meeting that the DCCSP was an undemocratic power grab by one unelected official, our City Manager.
I also mean by impact the indefinite delay of the ill-conceived College Town Plan.
I also mean having the city government elites so afraid of talking about one contract between the city and American Golf Corporation, that it led to the Chair-person illegally in my opinion shutting down a publicly held Park and Recreation Committee meeting last week.
And that is just for starters. I think I have had a very positive impact on the running of this city if the truth and the facts are important to you. What have you accomplished Anonymous?

Isn’t it awesome that it makes little to no difference which side of the dais we are on because all that matters are the results?
The entire council and commissions are now exposed for what they are and the people are watching who and how the people’s business is being conducted. Barry’s analysis of the DCCSP stopped it dead in its tracks and has kept it there. His 5 million dollar question has exposed every sitting council member and city hall official for just what they are. His standing up for his First Amendment is vetting the city attorney’s office as we speak.
Want to steal a library from the taxpayers and sell it to a church to make a quick million or two? Gotta get past the residents now.
Want to steal the checks and balances overseeing and governing zoning and planning away from commissions and elected representatives and hand it over to the city manager? Gotta get past the residents now.
Want to ruin southeast Fullerton, kill off the grocery stores, ram through 4000 apartments and shut the freeway on ramps down to make a quick 40 million? Gotta get past the residents now.

After all, We Are Getting It, the city establishment tried to not only get Mr. Levinson thrown off the Park and Recreation Committee in 2014 but orchestrated a false narrative to try to get Mr. Levinson thrown into jail for charges that once the city’s own video tape was belatedly released months later, clearly showed that Mr. Levinson was innocent of all charges.
Those in charge in Fullerton City Hall certainly include some very bad people to do the things they tried to do to Mr. Levinson. Based on all of the above, it would certainly seem a no brainer that we could do a whole lot better than the current crop of elected and appointed officials now in Fullerton.

Can you post the video for me? Maybe do an article on it for me? I haven’t seen the video. The video would make up my mind about Barry being innocent. I feel that the is guilty and just got off solely because the victim didn’t want to prosecute or there wasn’t enough evidence to prosecute in the DA’s eyes. Maybe posting the video would actually prove Barry’s innocence to all of us that feel he’s guilty.

Wow the animosity toward Mr. Levinson by city elites could be cut with a knife. From my vantage point, Mr. Levinson continues to do yeoman’s work standing up for the people of Fullerton with no personal gain for himself.
Maybe that it why the city elites so despise him. It is precisely that so many in city government vote as they do to do favors for their special interest friends and it makes them so very angry that Mr. Levinson actions are done for the good of his community. In other words Mr. Levinson is spoiling it for the corrupt, selfish city government establishment. Those now in charge locally are no different that those in charge in the past. They just want the gravy train to continue and literally hate anyone who has other ideas such as transparency, honesty and working to have a city government that considers the needs of its people before the special interests. In other words….how dare he.

Let me educate you. The only reason Travis ever got that position was because Tony and Travis used Kelly’s warm blood and blood money to buy his way onto the council. If Kelly didn’t die and if they didn’t ride his bloody body, he would have never been there. It’s really that simple.
So yes. Cops were found innocent as expected. Travis and Tony were found guilty. That’s why they are in the wind never to be heard from again. Thank God.

Seems like you are trying to find every one else responsible for killing a homeless and shirtless 137 pound mentally disabled individual rather than the Fullerton Police Department?
I believe that Travis was elected by Fullerton residents because he had the fortitude to shed light on an innocent man’s death, when all the police officers in Fullerton, as well as their minions that perpetuate their existence, decided to take the fifth and look the other way.
Didn’t work out too well for Sleepy, Doc, and Dopey after that uprising.
It’s too bad he fools of Fullerton thought the Evil Queen and Snow White and their evil little dwarf Doug Chaffee were going to do any better in 2012 than the mental dwarfs they replaced.
