    The fact is that their silence, their total failure to discuss and vote on very easy and workable solutions tells you all you need to know about each and every council members. As Mr. Levinson indicated, they are indeed frauds but even more than that, they consistently fail to properly represent the good people of Fullerton. Anybody with the slightest integrity and who has paid some attention to the various shenanigans being pulled by our council would never ever vote for any of them again.
