    So, huge drought in SOCAL, no standing water, many mosquitos carrying diseases, definitely an attack.

    There has to be a precursor to these parasites.
    Also, the military could possibly be spawning them in hidden pools of standing water from underground sources so that those in SOCAL get diseases as an excuse to get vaccinated by Gates or Turner, those damn eugeniststs!

    There’s water underground everywhere, well water, artisian water.

    Just dig down in the ground and find yourself a well, if you can find one, but underground springs can be found, unless the military gets into business into poisoning wells
