That is far from proven, and it’s not scary to anyone. There’s no way these nuts will get any popular support, especially with a lack of ability to raise funds for their campaigns.

…maybe that’s the problem, and one of the concerns about at large voting districts like Fullerton currently is?
Think about it, these candidates are spending between $50,000 and $100,000 dollars to win an election to a position that pays them $8,000 a year?
Are you really that naïve to not believe that the police and fire unions which spend over $50,000 each each election cycle to support and oppose candidates for city council… in a city that 85% of them don’t even live in?
Why do you think that almost 75% of next years budget will be going to support them?
Leaves very little money left over in the city budget each year to support schools, street repairs, libraries, and parks and recreational opportunities, etc…
