As you were told in public meetings more than once, Joe, the restricted watering applies to TURF (lawn) not vegetable gardens. It would be nice if you would occasionally include facts to your rants.

The statements made in the public meeting were statements. The ordinance reads “outdoor watering”. I suggest you read the ordinance. The facts remains that ordinance prohibits outdoor watering and does not specify exceptions.
