Here is a letter from the F.S.D. to the Fullerton Informer site administrator:
The F.S.D. claims that the classroom microwave EMF emissions are legal. They also refuse to grant us access to film and record our own measurements. We at The Fullerton Informer believe that the microwave EMF emissions present in the classrooms, that the district claims are well below the FCC limits, are not safe. We, by the way, are not alone with respect to our position:
http://www.bioinitiative.org/conclusions/expert testimony
http://www.wifiinschools.com/lausd-testimony.html
The current FCC standards that the FSD is hiding behind are based on thermal (heating) effects of these microwave EMF emissions. The widely held view in the scientific community is with the dangers of the NON-THERMAL interactions and effects on children at the cellular and molecular level that have been clearly demonstrated in the medical literature to be real. Therefore, we believe that the FCC guidelines are woefully inadequate, antiquated and allow students to be subjected to, what we believe to be, dangerous levels of microwave EMF radiation in the classrooms as a result of the use of these WiFi enabled devices and the networks’ industrial strength routers that can potentially result in long term health effects. We believe that chronic exposure to these emissions is potentially very dangerous. Our position is to hard wire the technology in the classrooms as well as in your homes. By forcing the use of WiFi enabled tablets in the classroom, the Fullerton School District is then forcing the students and their families to operate and maintain a wireless environment in their homes so the students can do their homework on the wireless devices. Now even many of the after school day care facilities that serve the Fullerton students are considering installing wireless networks so that the students can do their homework on their tablets while in their custody before and after school. I believe that the willful ignorance of this information by the F.S.D, its Board of Trustees and its employees is not in the best interests of the students or even the community at large. The ramifications of their decisions have far reaching unintended consequences that we can no longer ignore.
This bears repeating, the wireless setting that the F.S.D. is forcing the existence of in the home, in the classrooms, and indirectly in day care facilities, is in our opinion, not safe for children, and especially for pregnant women or anyone else for that matter. The whole basis for this technology being safe is based on current FCC standards that completely IGNORE an entire realm of non-thermal physiological effects and the associated non-thermal mechanisms by which they take place. That is what we call uncharted territory folks. Most Fullerton students are there now and even more will be next year.
So all of the aforementioned begs the question.
We at the Fullerton Informer have been trying to get the Board’s and the administration’s attention on these potential dangers facing our children for months.
Why does it appear that the F.S.D just doesn’t get it?

OK, all wise and wonderful, Dr. Pletka, before our children are subjected to this UNPRECEDENTED WiFi EMF radiation experiment, you be the FIRST to step up to the plate.
We, the parents, insist that you sit in a room with a wifi router, 35 operating iPads at legal emission levels, 6 hrs/day for 180 day/year for 12 years.
At the end of that time, you tell us how that worked out for you.
Since you think it is OK to experiment on our kids, we must insist that you be experimented on FIRST.

In all fairness to Dr. Pletka, he does have the backing of the FCC guidelines, the blessing of the FSD’s attorneys, their insurance company, the Department of Education at both the County and State and even Federal levels, the tech and wireless industry backed scientists, the FSD staff that asks how high when they are told to jump, and a Board of Trustees that puts all the aforementioned in front of us. I believe that he thinks that he is doing the right thing just as he did at all of his other stints with school districts abroad. I don’t think he can hold on to that mindset indefinitely, however, with the mounting scientific evidence to the contrary that we will continue to present him with.
What do we have backing us? I believe that we have a mass of scientific facts, studies and evidence that will only continue to mount as the technology emerges that allows for the advanced computer modeling and sensitive detection methods that clearly prove that NON THERMAL mechanisms of microwave EMF emissions are nefariously at work in the bodies of our children. Wireless is the next big tobacco. You will see. Yes, I strongly believe that the truth is on our side. I believe that the truth has been held in unrighteousness for far too long. I believe that it has been held in a firm grip by those, who either by accident or design, continue to profit from the fallout and the wake of its ensuing misery. Today, the grip on that monopoly has begun to loosen as the cat is out of the bag and the genie ain’t goin’ back in the bottle.
When you are on, what I believe to be, the right side of a wrong, you don’t need all that fancy fair weather company. Yes, for now, we are small parent group that dares to challenge, what I believe to be, an egregious error on the part of State of California Department of Education whose marching orders are simply being carried out by a local subsidiary here in Fullerton. We can only hope that someday very soon, that we won’t be so small, not held in derision, and we won’t be looked upon with such disdain by those whom we have entrusted to educate our children. In spite of it all, we will continue to expand our campaign of disseminating information here as well as abroad, and there will be no stopping that. The last 90 days has been absolutely astonishing in terms of the broadening scope and magnitude of our audience.
In the meantime we will go about our business trying to stop the largest forced irradiation program of school children that the world has ever seen and we will do it with or without Dr. Pletka’s help.
My promise to all of you who have chosen to visit and follow this blog is the following:
We will stay the course, stick to the facts, and expand the quest to end the many scourges on our children and our loved ones whose causes, in my opinion, have been by design, hidden in plain view and have eluded the directed fields of research for decades. Our goal is to push the envelope because you have a right to know. Knowledge is power, ignorance is not bliss, and what you don’t know can hurt you. May I remind all involved that the truth will stand on its own and it is never too late to do the right thing. Cheers to all at the 90 day mark in The Fullerton Informer’s history. The future has never looked brighter my friends but the road ahead so rough, the inclines so steep, and the terrain so laden with pitfalls, so keep your eyes open.

Thank you Mr. Imbriano.
