Subject: the dangers of wireless classrooms
Good morning. I would like to introduce myself to all of you. My name is Joe Imbriano. I am a Fullerton resident and a parent of three, soon to be four students in the Fullerton School District. I am the site administrator of The Fullerton Informer blog, which at this time, is dedicated to raising awareness of the dangers of wireless technology in the classroom. This information was informally presented at the Board of Trustees meeting on 3-12-13.

I wish to pass along this website link to all of you. As district employees and parents, I feel it should be incumbent upon all involved in the roll out and ongoing use of this technology to see the issue from both sides of the aisle. I would respectfully request that the principals at all of the schools disseminate this information to all of the staff as well. Below you will find the link. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
Our position is simple: HARDWIRE THE TECHNOLOGY FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CHILDREN AS WELL AS  A SAFER AND MORE RELIABLE NETWORK. I hope that in light of all of the evidence that we present you will all agree.

Sincerely,
Joe Imbriano

I don’t know how FSD sleeps at night. You have the welfare of thousands of children while they are in your environment and, yet, you will not address any of these concerns.

    Have you no conscience?

Thank you for your post. Since that email was sent, not ONE person from the FSD has reached out to me to discuss these concerns. They probably feel they are within the law as the emissions are probably legal and are not compelled legally to disclosure. Prop 65 doesn’t apply to RF emissions YET. Remember just because something is legal doesn’t mean that it is inherently safe. Sadly as history shows us, laws are generally enacted long after enough hospital visits are racked up or headstones are ordered.

The legality of the EMF levels has yet to be confirmed to me as a parent in any way shape or form as the District is still playing games with my requests to come in to take and film classroom EMF measurements. They could possibly want to believe the industry funded studies and ignore the independent ones. Or they could be simply obsessed with technology like our own Technology director http://cue.org/robertemcraven. You know, I personally have never known of an obsession that has ever led to logical decision making or healthy behavior in the long run.

I commonly hear the questions posed like, Joe does the risk outweigh the benefit? My question is to whom are the undesirable benefits inured, and to whom are the desirable ones bestowed? Accolades and recognition for rolling out more toys and teaching to the test will get you a top school ranking with the OC Register but Elysse James on staff over there won’t cover this story. It makes you wonder. She said she has already covered the smart meter controversy. Like there is any comparison. I have never seen a fourth grade girl with a smart meter emitting in her lap 6 hours a day surrounded by 30 other kids at arms length engaged in the same behavior, 180 days a year. You will see them, however, at Acacia Elementary or soon coming to a Fullerton school in your neighborhood. The pupils will be given a high frequency microwave transmitter device emitting in direct proximity to their sensitive developing reproductive areas for classroom use all year long connected to routers that are potentially hundreds of times more powerful than the ones you have at home. Don’t worry. The industry says that it is safe.

So for all of this you can thank a teacher. You know all they have to do is say NO. So far, NOT ONE FULLERTON TEACHER HAS COME FORWARD TO DO SO. Ironically UTLA , the teacher’s union in the LAUSD, has done just the opposite. See an earlier post on this blog.

Hey folks, they are your children.
