The group does not serve tens of thousands of under served residents, it mobilizes hundreds of people to clean up government parks, buildings, wash police cars, hand out water bottles, repair schools and playgrounds, and uses parents to do teachers jobs and funnels more money into more non profits while aiding and abetting the social service kidnapping rings and the mismanagement of the cash rich school districts and the out of control union fleecing of city hall’s coffers by the cabal that has run these things into the ground. Oh yeah they will paint an old ladies house and clean out a ditch. Stop embellishing the feel good fraud while Rome burns. This is just a smoke screen to cover for all the disappearing money from the pews, the mismanaged cash rich school districts, city hall and a catharsis for the guilt ridden deniers failure to act on the most pressing issues of our time that have been discussed at length on this site.

Why don’t we worry about something that’s really important that’s seemingly slipping past those “in the know noses”. The neighborhood is being bought up by investors that are then immediately renting the houses out. Our newest rental has had the police at the residence at least 3 times (that I’ve seen) in the last couple of months… Worried about property values and quality of life???? Investigate that one. You want votes Joe do something about that. Make the owners accountable for who they rent these houses out to.

That’s actually odd these days to have investors buy a house and rent it. They are buying them in mass right now, fixing them up, and flipping them for more money. Not many buy and rent, too much work and not enough money right away to do that. Abatement is a process that takes awhile for houses or businesses that are a continual problem. But defining and proving that continual problem takes much more than some low life renters making noise or having too many people around daily.
