WELCOME LADIES AND GENTLEMEN.
The Fullerton Infomer website documents a long train of
abuses, corruption, lies, dereliction of duty and just outright bad stuff going on within our City Government. If you have the time, we have the information. Just browse all the articles on this site and videos on my You Tube Channel and one of two things will take place. You will either wake up vote for me or you will go back to sleep and you will get more of the same. The choice is really up to you.
The entire establishment is locking arms to keep me from holding office and for good reason. The entire Fullerton Establishment on both the left and the right is corrupt to the core. They have driven Fullerton right into the ground. It is just where we are folks. Drastic action is needed immediately and I am the only candidate with a proven plan, that will not back down, who is not for sale and I cannot be bought.
I call for a moratorium on all new major development in Fullerton. This moratorium will remain in place until the roads in Fullerton are repaired and improved, and also until water rationing is lifted.
Currently, most of Fullerton’s roads are in a terrible state of disrepair, and they cannot handle the existing high traffic loads. Fullerton’s roads are clearly worse than the roads in other surrounding cities, and traffic jams during rush hour times seriously clog many streets, especially in the downtown and College areas. In addition, Fullerton doesn’t have enough water supply to serve its current population; residents are forced to not water their yards on most days of the week. When Fullerton’s water supply problem is solved, at that time new major development projects can be considered, but until then, any new major development project that adds dozens or hundreds of more people to Fullerton’s current population will only extend and make worse our water rationing system.
I am proposing that the Fullerton Voters retain the right to give final approval to any new major development project that results in the building of 10 units or more per acre or the construction of a building 3 stories high or higher. This moratorium would still allow a person to renovate his or her house or build a granny unit in their backyard, but the “new major development” projects my moratorium would not allow would be similar to the type of projects Yorba Linda has its residents give final approval to. The DCCSP and College Town, for example, would definitely not be allowed. This should be informative to many of you who probably are unaware that Yorba Linda already has a smart growth ordinance in place–one that was approved in an initiative–Measure B.
Precedent in Fullerton goes back the 1973 9-month building moratorium for the East Coyote Hills. This moratorium was approved by a 3-2 vote of the City Council. One of my colleagues was the one instrumental in getting the Mayor (Bob Ward) to introduce it.
Ladies and gentlemen, the time is now to get behind Joe Imbriano who will lead the charge to get out in front of the issues just like I have successfully been doing as a private citizen activist for years In Fullerton and other California communities. Together, we can protect Fullerton for generations to come.

Check this:
“Imbriano didn’t take down his signs? What an asswipe.”
“Joe Imbriano……This man is the ultimate scumbag, but hey, at least he’s not a lobbyist!”
This is a quote from the front page of Ed Carrasco’s facebook page-
“Nobody exists on purpose, nobody belongs anywhere, everybody’s gonna die.”
This poor guy needs something and I am not sure what, how much of it or where to get it for him or I probably would offer it.
Anyone else know who this guy is? He has been around as an amateur photographer for a few years now and mostly covers seedy gigs for the weekly.
Is this what happens when you immerse yourself in the lifestyle of the dope lobby magazine- The OC Weekly, that spends all of its recycled newsprint pushing the marijuana, the tattoo parlors, the bar scene, the escort services and the massage parlors on the young people? Is it any wonder why our young people are so fucking jacked up these days?
His name is Ed Carrasco.
Joe do you know this guy? He sure sounds like he knows you brah.

Ed Carrasco Joe Imbriano doesn’t have any manners whatsoever. I swear, he’ll go on a blog post about how we’re mocking for something he’s SUPPOSED to do. This man is the ultimate scumbag, but hey, at least he’s not a lobbyist!

They are just all mad because they have all been locked out of ever getting elected permanently because of map 8a. Joe you are running in 2018 aren’t you?

It is hard to believe Bruce Whitaker’s vote on map 8A was not the last straw for his blind sheep followers. Are these people capable of being honest with themselves? I wonder if they can even read the map he voted for?

Socialist angry man Fergie, SuzieQ and Sean look like they are tossed by Jeremy’s map so it will be Bennett and Imbriano in 2018. Wow. Thank you Mr. Silva for such a good showing amigo.

Who else can we expect from them there hills to make a showing?

I don’t know how you count numbers in flat earth, but, “Suzie Q” as you called her beat you by quite a bit Joe. Check ocvote.gov . There’s no denying it. If you came close it is only because people didn’t know the truth about you. That’s not going to happen in 2018. I will be ahead of the game and spread the word. You and your buddy Barry are bad for Fullerton. Take your loss as a lesson, we don’t want you. Crying over it and blaming others for your loss is just plain juvenile and sad. As I said before”Sad,sad, sad”. In case you didn’t notice…. Fitzgerald beat you, Whitaker beat you, Silva beat you, Bennett beat you, Rands beat you, Mansoori beat you, “Suzie Q” beat you and Ferguson almost got you. Get a clue! Crying much?!?!

I met Joe a few months ago after seeing him on a you tube video speaking at the Grand Inn hearing. I liked what I heard so I emailed him, we spoke, met, discussed everything ranging from the age of the universe to GMO’s to library books. He is a really fascinating guy.
There is one word that I can use to sum Joe up-the word is “real”. My family’s been in Fullerton since the first World War. I know just about everyone in this town who is somebody. Most people care about money, prestige, connections and their reputations. That is why nothing has changed over the years because the web is so intricately woven among the players. Joe dares to challenge all of that and for the good of the residents not the select few that wield the power. I think even though he lost, he really shook things up and that is what we need.
Joe has always said that this was just the beginning. I hope so too. I am just a bit apprehensive about the prospects of nudging out Larry Bennett. I don’t know if he can beat Larry Bennett in the new district because most of the people in that area of Fullerton are older, wealthy people that like things just the way they are. They don’t like change because the system has worked so well for them.

Yeah, he’s “real.” A real piece of work.
#10 by Mary on November 23, 2016 - 5:54 pm
Yes, Joe is “real.” He is the only one that will tell the truth and confront the political apparatus that has a stranglehold on Fullerton.
He has no other incentive to do this than it is the right thing to do.
Everyone else, especially the apparatus, is just contributing to Fullerton’s further demise.
