The most recent mid Febuary Fullerton Observer hit the stands the other day. I have to give credit to the crew over there as The Observer is the only paper that will touch this wireless classroom issue with a ten foot pole and that is truly commendable. You know there is a lot going on in this town that would qualify under the term of “inconvenient truth”. The fact is, no one cares to deal with inconvenient truths. Sadly, when those two words end up in the same sentence, it’s lights out meatball for logic and hello Dolly for cognitive dissonance.
So how does one deal with these when confronted with something inconvenient? Well, prudent avoidance is extremely effective if no one else is looking. Denial is always an option unless the word is getting out and it is ending up in your face. Spin can be successful if your audience has a very myopic perspective and a limited memory. For the more sophisticated at heart and late in the game, you can call good old subterfuge to the rescue.
A few weeks ago, a Fullerton resident, and mother along with her 87 year old mother were passing out fliers to the parents of children as they were dropping their kids off over at Acacia Elementary.
https://thefullertoninformer.com/the-public-sidewalk-free-speech-our-childrens-health/
As parents with a conscience and some critical thinking skills that have not been impaired by halide toxicity, they were legally attempting to warn parents of a potential imminent threat to the safety of school children. FSD staff, brass and board are no stranger to this information as they have been ignoring it long enough to birth a child. So these ladies, being freedom loving Americans that happen to take the “love your neighbor” scripture literally instead of allegorically, were freely and peacefully exercising their first amendment rights out on that sidewalk passing out fliers. These flyers were not printed on yellow paper being dropped out of an aircraft, rather they were clearly written warnings citing groups like the American Academy of Pediatrics, and some Harvard trained pediatric neurologist with links to thousands of scientific studies that warn against what Karen Whisnant and Robert Pletka with the tacit approval of the silent school board is doing to the Acacia kids with their forced wireless irradiation program in the classrooms. https://thefullertoninformer.com/is-this-your-child/, You get the picture.
So at the drive thru, the kids can hold the pickles and hold the lettuce but in the classrooms special orders do upset us. No wireless, no education at Acacia. That was the final from Brother Bob some time ago. So rather than crawl under a rock inside a Faraday cage with my kids, I had some of my colleagues filming these wonderful ladies do what they felt inclined to do, that is warn the parents that sending their children into that environment maybe isn’t such a good idea. I will tell you what is not a good idea, and that is stepping on the egos of those who have dug their heels in on this issue all the way to China because Karen Whisnant who personally refused this information at least twice called the police on this law abiding, valiant 87 year old grandmother who puts all of these servile, spineless lackeys to shame.
So now enter Jim James from Fullerton who wrote into the Observer in response to my letter to all involved in this potentially unmitigated public health disaster in the making. You can read what I believe to be his subterfuge piece missing the boat right here on page 2 :http://www.fullertonobserver.com/
http://media.wix.com/ugd/50dca9_9ff46ed04c3b4c72b3c956f83a70357d.pdf
Yeah he says it costs a quarter for gas to have two Crown Victoria police interceptors show up to shake down an 87 year old grandmother passing out fliers. With super at 4 bucks a gallon, the lead foots down Commonwealth to Acacia and North to Dorothy, he is probably off by a few bucks. Sure the salaries are paid regardless of whether they are shaking down an 87 year old grandmother, murdering a homeless man or simply arresting a drunk driver. My point was the school called the police on a law abiding citizen exercising her first amendment rights on a public sidewalk. It was done simply to intimidate and to embarrass people that were not in agreement with her forced irradiation classroom model. Jim James you spin it well. You introduce terms like missing persons, 25 cents, sick and tired, community and donut shop.
Jim James, what is your dog in this fight? Is it the health of these school children? Is it your ardent support of free speech? Is it your concern over the fatally flawed business model of the FSD with their purchasing of all these contraptions that if you add the letters c and e after the letter a to that word, you just might get a glimpse of the permanent version of what the social engineers have in store for the unsuspecting? Do tell. What prompted to you to write this letter?
Subterfuge defined. Plain and simple.
Kids’ health is on the line, you talk about 25 cents worth of gas.
Police from one of the most notorious departments in America are called on an 87 year old grandmother and you talk about being sick and tired.
The First Amendment was being attacked and you talk about a donut shop.
The school district officials ignore this information for almost a year and you talk about someone doing their JOB.
No, not one mention of the kids, the thousands of scientific studies that warn against the forced irradiation program, the fact that someone could have gone to jail or even beaten to death for doing nothing, and no mention of one government entity (the school district) throwing its weight around to intimidate the law abiding taxpayers.
No, once again, not one mention of the possible health dangers to our children as a result of this potentially unmitigated public health disaster in the making, just a reference to chump change.
When you are dealing with lackeys in lockstep formation from the fields of education and academia along with those in industries like telecom and defense, and the servile, sold out in the cubicles, what else would you expect? Face this issue head on? It is a nightmare. Try being one of those 14,o00 children in the FSD as the backs of the grown ups are turning on them. Yes, they are going to have microwave transmitters in their laps for the rest of their lives.
With the vampires running the blood bank at The FCC, with the FSD and the FJUHSD boards appearing to be asleep at the switch and with Pletka’s and Giokaris’s feet on the gas, one has to wonder in light of all the science on both sides of this issue, what is this all going to do to the children? Chronic, long term pulse modulated wireless microwave radiation exposure trillions of times the normal background levels in direct proximity to the sensitive developing reproductive areas of children has never been studied. What has been known for decades is that microwaves are dangerous even at what is commonly referred to as “low power”. 7 years ago the German’s warned us:
40 years ago the Navy told us:

A year ago the experts warned us:

Just like Roman Schulze’s wife Michele Garden was “sick and tired” of the flyers on the windshields over at Acacia ending up in the gutter because she made herself the self appointed street sweeper, another one decides to jump in the” irradiate the children and attack the first amendment” basket. Jim James is sick and tired alright. Jan Weiner chimed in from over at CSUF a few weeks ago on the wireless issue on the heels of Dr. Roman Schulze’s presentation to the Glendale Unified’s board convincing them to green light the WiFi party in our northern Agenda 21 neighbors’ classrooms. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any stranger-
Jim, we will never get sick and tired of people like you getting sick and tired because when people like the aforementioned get sick and tired, that just means that we are becoming more effective. We cannot ever afford to get sick and tired of having the backs of these kids. Not getting sick and tired is gonna make all the difference in the world to them someday whether you are sick and tired or not.

Why would “Jim James” take the time and effort to write the Fullerton Observer and, in doing so, equate “searching for a missing person” with exercise of free speech? Why did “Jim James” take the opportunity to put down the Fullerton PD officers as ones that “hang out at the donut shop”?
The only conclusion one can come to is that “Jim James” either:
1) Genuinely felt that the issue was worth his time and effort to write in to the Observer.
2) He felt it was worth his time and effort to put down Joe Imbriano because he is bringing to light and making public a very serious health issue for our children. He wants to discredit the messenger. I GUESS HE CAN JOIN DR. ROMAN SCHULZE IN WANTING TO MAKE SURE OUR CHILDREN ARE IRRADIATED.

Radiation from WiFi: Not in our school?
Thirteen children testify in a petition to the court that they
suffer from a disease arising from exposure to mobile phones
and wireless network radiation, which is also in schools.
Response of the State: We do not know such a disease
By: Helena Lusky , Doctors website, 16/03/14
Efrat, biologist, and Ran, mechanical engineer by profession
are the parents of two children aged 9 and 12, who are being
educated at an elementary school in Tel Aviv, that installed
like many schools in the country, WiFi network to adjust the
curriculum for the 21st century. When they found out about a
year and a half ago, that wireless network would be installed
at school, they contacted the school board and the
municipality of Tel Aviv, to veto, for fear of their
children’s exposure to electromagnetic radiation. When their
request was ignored, they decided to join the petition of the
parents’ national leadership, Sane mobile forum (both
represented by lawyer Michael Bach) and attorney Dafna
Tachover, against the Ministry of Health and Ministry of
Education, a petition concerning the removal of wireless
networks from schools. The petition is being discussed these days.
We all want our children to receive the best education, the
most advanced methods, which include ICT and experiential
lessons . The question is whether this progress may come at
the expense of our children’s health? And whether our children
are used today actually as “guinea pigs” of the wireless
technology, we do not know what will be its future effects.
EHS – is there such a disease or not?
13 affidavits were attached of children attending different
schools in the country, with sensitivity to electromagnetic
radiation (the disease EHS). One of them in eleventh grade,
wrote in his affidavit: “I have pain all over the body,
especially those parts closest to the device that emits
radiation, especially the head and neck. At school I feel the
pain, when children with cell phones coming to me, and in
places With Wi-Fi in school.”
President of the Supreme Court, Judge Asher Gronis, asked the
state to estimate how many children in Israel suffer from EHS.
The state’s response indicates that such a disease is not
known. According to the opinion of Professor Siegal Sadezky
Director of Knowledge Center on non-ionizing radiation, and
manager of Gertner Institute’s department of radiation and
Cancer epidemiology, there is no medical diagnosis to the
phenomenon of sensitivity to radiation and therefore it can
not be evaluated. It also states in its opinion that the
source of this sensitivity may be psychiatric symptoms, and in
any case it is necessary to determine whether contaminants
such as air pollution, are responsible for the disease.
In contrast, argues Professor Elihu Richter, director of the
Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the Faculty of
Medicine of the Hebrew University (retired), in a written
statement: ” In my professional opinion , intolerance to
electromagnetic radiation, is not a psychiatric or
phsychosomatic illness, but a medical condition caused by
exposure to electromagnetic radiation. My determination is
based on my own experience, after I checked patients suffering
from EHS and on the basis of scientific and medical
information available. unfortunately, to my knowledge, the
Ministry of Health did nothing to check the dimensions of the
phenomenon in Israel … I am getting disturbing reports of
children who started suffering from EHS in Israel and abroad,
after having introduced WiFi systems to school. I have no
doubt, that due to entering the WiFi networks into schools,
the number of children joining the suffering from EHS will
continue to grow due to exposure to chronic radiation all day
in school, and I stress that it’s not a rare disease, but a
phenomenon with increasing prevalence… it is important to
emphasize that the population of children is particularly
sensitive population, as children have a thin skull, causing a
higher penetration of radiation into the brains, and because
their nervous systems are still developing – so this
population is more likely to develop EHS.”
One policy , a different reality ?
Please note that there is a consensus in the country and the
world to minimize the extent of possible exposure to a
wireless networks, especially of sensitive populations such as
children. A position paper of the cancer and radiation
epidemiology unit from 2010, states that in accordance to the
precautionary principle, it is better to use wired technology
for communication between computers, since it is safer than
wireless communication. This policy is consistent with the
decision of the European Parliament from 2009 and the position
of the World Health Organization in 2011, whereby the overall
wireless technology Bluetooth conservation, WiFi and cordless
phones, emitting electro-magnetic is possibly dangerous for
humans.
Israeli Ministry of Education ordered schools to set up wired
networks and only in places where these networks are causing a
safety hazard, Wi-Fi will be installed and operated within the
limits. For example, pedagogical content such as
presentations, use of word processors software Excel files ,
etc. will be transferred to a wired network; wireless network
on school grounds will be turned off when successfully used in
the studies. Additionally, defined limits for a wireless
network. grades a – C: up to 3 hours a week, and classes d and
up to 8 hours a week.
The petition alleged that the Education Ministry does not
enforce its own policy – and actually used in schools wireless
network, unlike the Ministry of Health guidelines . This is
much worse, given the fact that there were children who suffer
from EHS. Indeed, data from the Ministry of Education
presented in court shows that 75 percent of Israeli school
installed a wireless network. This is surprising given the
policy of the Ministry of Education, that one should prefer a
wired network.
Radiation : High standard , testing is problematic
Another issue raised by the petitioners is the Israeli
standard radiation. Allowable exposure level in Israel is
40-100 [micro watts per cm squared], compared with Europe
where the population maximum exposure level of 0.1 [ micro
watts per cm squared ].
According to an affidavit filed by Ram Dishon, an expert on
radiation (an engineer), “the results of radiation levels do
not at all reflect the true intensity in schools … correct
measurements will show, that the level of radiation in schools
can be between 200 times and 1000 times greater than indicated
in the reports ! I found that the most serious omission is the
measuring devices used are not able to measure the radiation
of the WiFi … radiation meter used to measure radiation up
to 3GHz while the WiFi works on frequencies up to 5 GHz …
the reason for lower radiation levels in Israel is arising
from using the wrong measurement and use of inappropriate
equipment”.
The Ministry of Education spokesman said: “The Ministry of
Education published a guidance for schools, that the use of
wireless would be the exception, the rule is to favor the
installation of wired networks. The exception would be after
demonstrating the existence of pedagogical and technical
justification, and under other conditions that justify it. In
radiation tests conducted by the Environmental Protection
Ministry late last year, the radiation levels from wireless
networks ( high-frequency radiation – RF ) were significantly
lower levels than thresholds of the standards and usually even
below the threshold of the measurement devices. It is noted
that the issue is being discussed in court and reply is given
to the petition”.
Department of Health spokeswoman said: “No EHS cases were
reported to the Health Ministry. The policy of the Ministry of
Health regarding the integration of communication in schools
is presented in a circular of the Ministry of Education’s
director in July 2013.”

Force and coercion are no match for the truth. When you have the truth, you pound the truth. When you have the law, you pound the law. When you have nothing, you pound the table.
We will soon begin pounding the law as we have been pounding the truth for over a year now. Let us see who will keep pounding the table.

March 13, 2013
Thank you, Lloyd, for your comments on the 3/12/14 on KALW radio show.
You did a great job getting a number of important points across and you were a good spokesperson for the cause of eliminating wireless connectivity in schools. Certainly, our schools should, at the very least, provide choice: designate some schools in every CA school district that are free from wireless signals.
My comments, unfortunately, were limited to a 2:40 phone call placed from a KALW cubicle, at 39:30 – 42:10 in the 3/12/14 recording of “Today on Your Call: How are digital devices affecting children’s health?” at http://kalw.org/programs/your-call. It was my direct appeal to KALW General Manager, Matt Martin, that ensured that my call was put on the air. Joe Imbriano’s comment about Wi-Fi being forced exposure is 0:40 long and can be found at 42:20 – 43:00 in the program.
Both Joe and I commended your message on air, Lloyd, because you did an excellent job.Joe and I each tried to contribute what was most complementary to what you had already reported.
We also wanted to communicate some strategies parents could use to challenge their federal, state and local government officials to get them to enforce existing CA Education code that says whenever improvements are made to school facilities, the school must not introduce toxins or known carcinogens into their facilities, our children’s learning environments. RF/EMF microwave radiation from all sources (including Wi-Fi) was designated as a Class 2B carcinogen in May, 2011 by the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer. (Details at http://rfemf.com). Our schools can no longer legally pump this toxic, carcinogenic substance (electricity though the air) into classrooms. Using wired connectivity instead eliminates this problem completely.
In my brief phone call, I did not have the time to discuss several other important points:
[1] The total cumulative amount of RF/EMF microwave radiation in any classroom is what really matters — radiation from all sources: routers, access point and devices.
[2] The FCC RF/EMF microwave radiation guideline is meaningless because it does not consider total cumulative radiation and only applies to one device; it does not consider the total cumulative radiation from all wireless devices in the room.
[3] Senior engineers at the FCC and OSHA have agreed, in writing, how to calculate total cumulative microwave radiation exposure from any wireless device: the peak power density measured 18″ from the device times the total number of pulses transmitted by each antenna of each wireless device over the entire school day times the length (in fractions of seconds) of the duration of each pulse. When you plug in real numbers, the totals are staggering: at least 8 times higher than the current adult maximum public exposure guideline for RF/EMF microwave radiation for every school day (http://rfemf.com/counter.html).
[4] We have a Watt problem in our country. Watts, delivered over time, is the measure of how much electricity we use. People, in general, are confused about what is a high power (many Watts) and what is low power (fractions of Watts). We falsely think that a bright 100-Watt light bulb is high power and a dim 25-Watt light bulb is low power. The truth is anything in the range of 1-150 Watts is hugely-high power compared to the electricity our bodies use every day to run our heart, our muscles, our kidneys and our brains.
Our cells operate at picoWatts or one trillionth of a Watt. Said another way it takes ten trillion picoWatts to equal 10 watts, which is the the amount of electricity our FCC guideline allows each Wi-Fi device to shoot into the air and through our children’s brains and bodies at over six million miles per hour. It is not at all surprising that electricity that is
[a] ten trillion times higher than natural levels, and that
[b] shoots through our children at over six million miles per hour
might cause their cells to misfire. You think? That’s what’s happening all day long in classrooms with wireless connectivity. Wireless connectivity creates hazardous conditions for our children.
Wi-Fi is electricity sprayed into the air at very high speeds. It is designed to penetrate through wood, concrete and our children. So if our children are allowed to get 10 watts of electricity through the air from one device, what if we have 24 devices in a classroom? That is 240 watts. Do you want 240 Watts of electricity shooting through your children’s brains and bodies, six hours a day, 180 days per year?
What are our school officials thinking? Wireless signals at the very same levels in classrooms today was used as a weapon in World War II. Our leaders and industry lobbyists just conveniently forgot about that. Apparently, it is more important to have a robust economy based on wireless signals than it is to protect our children’s brains, bodies and future fertility.
Using wired connectivity in schools to distribute our internet traffic through Ethernet wires eliminates this problem. Wireless connectivity offers over 15 times higher bandwidth and much greater security at a lower cost, compared to wireless. It is a proven solution that exists today.
I hope I get a future opportunity at either KALW or some other venue to communicate these critically important points. All of us need to understand what is at stake here.
Regards,
