Ladies and gentlemen, hospitals are for sick people, churches are for sinners, bars are for drunks and Airports are for aircraft. I wonder how some people in this community have attempted to cleverly devise a way to make an airport into the place for all of that?
Well it appears that the best laid plans of mice and men combined with what I believe to be the worst intentions of some have amalgamated into a huge problem for city officials and ultimately, you guessed it, the taxpayers.
Fullerton is being sued again, and this time it is not by the parents of someone murdered by some deranged cops, or someone who was molested by some pervert wearing a badge, nor someone whose ball joints have been busted by these busted up shitty roads. This time it is over what appears to be a case of crooked cronyism. The city of Fullerton is the subject of a 500 million dollar lawsuit between a local business and city officials and now the Feds are involved.
Well, word to the Fullerton Informer is The City of Fullerton is now the subject of an open FAA investigation. The phone call and letter to city officials from the FAA is on its way to stop the agenda item on Tuesday night’s council meeting docket.
An official FAA Grants Assurance 22 non discrimination violation investigation has been opened at the Federal level brought about by allegations made by Mr. Blackstone on behalf of Air Combat USA who is also involved in a 500 million dollar breach of contract lawsuit with the city of Fullerton. The lawsuit alleges that actions of city officials involving collusion, alleged intentional misrepresentations and alleged interference, all allegedly intended to breach Air Combat USA’s contract.
The battle over the hangar at the Fullerton airport is between a 20 year Reserve La Habra PD Narcotics officer named Rob Sims who owns Hangar 21 helicopters who has operated at the Fullerton airport since 2016. He wants to expand his helicopter and events business.
and a 25 year commercial airline pilot, named Mike Blackstone, who owns an aviation company called Air Combat USA who has operated at the Fullerton airport for nearly 30 years. He wants to stay at the airport and expand his business.
In spite of the city being made aware of the lawsuit which I have posted here —-FAC_Blackstone_8 , the potential grant violations, and requests of Mike Blackstone, Barry and myself to remove this item from the agenda forecast at the previous meeting, city staff, under the auspices of our new city manager, Mr. Domer,
and with the clearance of our city attorney, Dick Jones,
still doubled down and had decided to place the item on the agenda anyway, ignoring everything before them. Even the entire city council ignored the lawsuit and everything that the three of us presented in public comments. The worst offender of all is the mayor (Tony Bushala bought and paid for plant) Bruce Whitaker who, as Barry Levinson had pointed out, ignored the potential for this action to compound the outcome of the lawsuit. He said and did nothing and still put this potentially crooked scheme on the agenda for the next meeting.
The other (Tony Bushala bought and paid for plant) Greg Sebourn, also just ignored everything presented and rocked back and forth in his chair waiting for it all to end.
(Police, and fire Union plant, bought and paid for union puppet) Doug Chaffee could barely keep his eyes open the entire time as this issue was brought up, He did nothing, and said nothing.
(Poker faced master of the municipal time card) City attorney Dick Jones just sat there ignoring and digesting (no pun intended) everything as usual.
(Shawn Nelson darling, Royce Hack, Curt Pringle operative, Tony Bushala’s teflon girl, Union puppet and Agenda 21 operative) Jennifer Fitzgerald actually had the nerve to laugh at the speakers during the public comment period.
I also might add that I received an anonymous comment that I should remove the picture of Rob Sims and that for my safety I should remove the entire article about the Fullerton Municipal Airport and the Air Combat USA, Inc. lawsuit, I take that as a threat against both Mr. Levinson and myself. We have taken the necessary precautions as well as have alerted those necessary. Both Mr. Levinson and myself have instructed several different people of this threat and who law enforcement including the FBI should look at if anything happens to either of us.
Fullerton is broke folks, these people are not helping and depending upon their behavior on Tuesday night, it may just get a whole lot worse for everyone. Huge lawsuits are not a good thing for a city that has no money left for even a firework show on the fourth of July.
Holding leaders accountable is 6th grade civics, and boy scout basic material. It is time for all of you to get involved because Fullerton’s leaders are not who you think you voted for and the city government is run by people that are not who you think they are. Like Barry Levinson said at the last meeting he attended, the chickens are indeed coming home to roost. Yes they are one at a time.

Mr. De Herrera I believe the comp at you so fondly remember is from the time Mike Sr. was in charge. As a matter of fact I share many of the same memories you have of that great business. Unfortunately after his passing the business you rememeber cane to an abrupt halt. Jr’s treatment of employees and customers is something his father would not have supported or tolerated. The ego and total greed displayed by Jr. is beyond words. He has alianated all of his colleagues at the airport and has siginifigant issues with his co-workers at American Airlines. What do you feel about all of the damage he did to city property? I read that someone mentioned that his lawsuit against the city was a ploy to try and get the coty to drop its criminal complaint that is currently with the DA office. I se nothing but problems on the horizon for him so if you still believe in him he will probably need your friendship more than ever.

I noticed that City officials tried to get Blackstone prosecuted for vandalism. I did some research into this and found a letter that had the airport manager telling him to return the hanger to its original condition which is basically four walls and I have photographs of what the hanger look like before they moved in. The city is alleging that he vandalize the hanger and it’s turned a claim in to their insurance company for $70,000 or so. I also have been provided with video evidence of mr. Sam’s or his employees ripping all the walls and improvements out of the unit that mr. Blackstone actually put in And from what I’ve seen it looks like mr. Sims or or his crew have done far more damage to the improvements of that hanger then mr. Blackstone did by removing a few windows that were part of the Interior improvements because mr. Sims or his crew have ripped out the entirety of the improvements that mr. Blackstone put in and I have a video of all them going into a huge dumpster behind the hanger so what is with all this talk of vandalism charges and who should really be being charged because if the city is so concerned about the improvements that mr. Blackstone put in there then why isnt the city protecting those improvements instead of letting mr. Sims or his crew rip them all out and throw them all in the trash. I believe that’s a fair question. Perhaps this is one that Jennifer Fitzgerald herself could answer since she made it a point to paint mr. Black son out to be some sort of a criminal at a city council meeting

The word is HANGAR, not hanger. And the property isn’t a hangar, it’s a Commercial building. AND that building was stripped of all fixtures which belong to the City. This is called theft.

No, it’s an aircraft hangar.
Stop with the bull. To be a commerical building it necessarily must be in a commercial zone. It isn’t, so it isn’t.
It’s primary purpose is the storage of aircraft.

I’m assuming your were one of those employees? or family member perhaps?
August 19th, 2016. Mike Sr passes. From August 19th to June 16th the employee’s (aka mostly family) continued to run the company. Am I right? On June 16th, employees of Air Combat USA, (brother, girlfriend, nieces, nephew, cousin, mechanics, other airport tenants such as Fun Outside, participated in the hangar heist. They were all recorded on video surrveillance as they emptied the building of company records, financial records, maintenance equipment, computers, printers, checkbooks, bank checks, tools etc). For over 4 hours they packed and loaded several vehicles. They were so busy robbing business property that they forgot to unplug the computers, oops!! Were you there?
On June 17th, Mike meets with everyone and ask’s everyone to stay and help continue to run the business. Remember that? To help run the company they “supposedly cared for so much”. The man that they claimed to love. The man that helped all of them. Truth is they didn’t care for Mike Sr. they loved his money. His brother stole from his brother for years. The bank records (checks made out to himself) don’t lie. The wheels of justice turn slowly but they turn… For two weeks Mike waited for everyone to come back but no one returned to work because they all thought they would be back in two weeks.. well that wasn’t the case was it? Meanwhile, they were all, including the pilot’s, using company email’s to correspond with each other. They were talking about what they were going to do to Mike Jr. and how they intentionally sabotaged the business by not flying all the scheduled flights. Remember, all these flights were scheduled by the previous staff and collected all the money. NOT MIKE JR. Here is what the chief pilot told Mike Jr. “We won’t turn a wheel unless you put Larry Blackstone back in there”.
So basically, he ordered mutiny. An order to not fly and to destroy the business.
How smart were they? Did they forget that maybe just maybe these emails were being read? Come on! They were using company email addresses!! It’s incredible how smart they are!!
Would you put your uncle back if you found out he was embezzling money from your father? Would you take back all the employees who stole company property from you? Yeah, neither would I.
I’m just curious, how do you know his business with the airlines? Are you getting inside information form let say another employee that Mike Sr by the way helped get him hired? All lies.
