    i know its frustrating i feel the way u do about oils i dedicated myself to coconut oils however hydrogenated oils dont process in our systems well in Clyde Lewis’s Show episode titled The Health Penalty with Dr.Joel Wallach,please hear this out my husband is a wounded warrior ive been his nurse and dealing with health issues of my own akaallergies to wheat meant to sabatoge our systems,i promise no lie i live by this and its hard too but i feel better i feel as tho my husband has came back from piss pan wheelchairs to walking and gaining musclemass again and functioning despite tbi. Dr. Wallach,Glorybee.com,and diatomaceousearth.com,saved our lives,we bought cheap bare property haul in our own water,refilter it from (primitive technology) made filters lookup on youtube. And we homeschool our children we both took college child education courses so we are certified to teach our own children,in this time i studied family law in law library for 10 years andthat way im legally adapted to teach my children without the government involved,im growing a garden and raising yaks for milk and wool maybe some jerky meat. Never go vegan fully! I HIGHLY SUGGEST THE MASSES CATCHON TO THIS MESSAGE! Too many people are bottle fed on the water faucet is all im saying , 1 5 gallon bucket heated by sunlight or 7 gallon wayer can fully showers and bathes my family One 7 gallon sun heated water can One Can each family member, kids generally need a 5 gallon bucket,
    i bought a really nice HUGE steel porcelan bathtub i can place over a firepit and warmup to a constant hotub add all the cold water needed for 20 bucks recycle center in my area works great 1 prior owner never used! And ebay a propane shower! Affordable and I cracked the Matrix code of this diabolical Kill method by corporations. I prefer being in sunlight fresh showers hotubs and baths exactly natural as hotsprings,i only use essential oils so i reuse bath water for my garden while mininmizing effectively pests and rodents from the essential oils i used in my bath,chemical free!oh ya my barelot 40 acres for 20,000. But i pay only 250. A month. Checkout Cheap Bare Lots on Ebay and duck duck search so its effectively private(i hope)
    Oh look into growing your own microgreens! Checkit out,also a half cut oniin left in every room like a odor nuetralizer helps breathing problems it cured ours,oniin smell goes away but efectively for few months deactivates the inhome pollutiin nuetralizes it,if it expires replace it.
