The residents beat this horrific College Town plan back for now. College town calls for closing the 57 Freeway exits and onramps to Nutwood, closing Nutwood to through traffic, wiping out thriving business that serve southeast Fullerton, adding 12000 more cars a day,
4300 high density housing units and the creation of a “parking management district” that is not defined and will bring parking meters to all of Fullerton.
Introducing Ma’Ayn Johnson who is The Fitzgerald appointed SCAG senior regional planner Agenda 21 operative on the Fullerton Planning commission. As the planning commission chairperson back in 2014, she voted to pass The HORRIFIC DCCSP that is ten times worse than College Town. Here is the link to the DCCSP on my site or the DCCSP on the City’s site
Meet The SCAG senior regional planner who wants to stack em and pack em into ten story tall WiFi prisons as they shut off our water and continue with the geoengineered drought- Ma’Ayn Johnson. Listen as she starts out insulting lifetime Fullerton residents and then tries to put her arm around the audience in attempts to put them back to sleep for round two of her Agenda 21 indoctrination when they will try to resurrect this disaster and ram it through again at a date uncertain just like the DCCSP which is ten times larger and more disastrous than this project.
Watch as residents protesting the destruction of their homes, property values and quality of life are accused of being combative, uncivil, threatening and harassing. I have heard it all. A million dollars in tax money later, lifetime residents are being assaulted by city plans to destroy their quality of life in a threatening and harassing way. It is called College Town ladies and gentlemen. While we are forced to kill our lawns and gardens, they want to put thousands of ten story high rise housing units in after they shut down the freeway access to Nutwood, divert all the traffic into our residential neighborhoods and intersections that are already so bad that they can never be mitigated, run out all the grocery stores out of town,
and claim to remediate increased air pollution with filters in the apartments? How the heck do you filter out the carbon monoxide from 12,000 more cars a day?
Ma’Ayn Johnson, must view herself as Queen Bee (QB) of Fullerton. She delivered an imperious diatribe at the very end of the meeting in which she told off the residents. In her words, they were out of order. QB was there to set the residents straight by reprimanding them. Forget the fact that the planning commission was considering a plan that would destroy many of their homes they had lived in for decades, that would make the traffic even more impossible than it already was.
QB also schooled us on her view of the world. We had better listen, because she says it is so: there will be growth, no matter what. We get it, growth no matter what. Can anyone get through to this person that overgrowth, is a possibility and when that happens, it destroys the community? Apparently, she knows better than all of the residents and she will tell us because according to Agenda 21, the compact cities will be the only places you will be able to live as 95% of the United States remains open rural space.
You are here to serve the RESIDENTS of Fullerton. You are here for us, not the other way around. Many of you just do not get it. I mean how can you logically even consider bringing this thing back for consideration?
This plan should have NEVER advanced and, if you had any common sense or were here for the benefit of the People, you would know that. You work for us. Either do your job or resign. Never lecture us, again, or put us in a position where we have to fight you for our own rights to live in a healthy community.
We all know this scam would net the city about 40 million in developer fees to keep the out of control pensions and salaries’ gravy train on the tracks and not a peep about the parklands this money will be used for because that is not where it will go. We could have bought Coyote Hills years ago with the endless revenue stream that is now not even ENOUGH TO MEET PAYROLL! Stop participating in planning activities that will destroy our homes and lives here in Fullerton.
Homeowners be damned, CSUF must grow! So saith our overlord, Ms. Ma’Ayn Johnson.
“We are going to keep growing” — Yes, and destroy resident’s property values and quality of life. Is that what the QB means?
What an Agenda 21 tool, as if you can never pack so many people in so that you have created an overcrowded environment and why when according the census bureau, 95% of the United States is rural open space.
The CT Plan: “it looks good on paper” WHAT? I guess if you don’t mind unbearable gridlock and total degradation of communities.
“I would rather have the students live here.” Is she insane? As if it doesn’t matter that there is no more room, QB “would rather the students live here.” Why, when all the residents are already telling her and the rest of the Commission that it is overcrowded. Is she a deaf QB?
Remember, this was the meeting where several hundred residents showed up to tell the Planning Commission “no” on College Town. What was at stake for the residents? I mean if the students can’t afford a parking permit, how the heck are they going to afford an apartment at College Town?
Devalued properties
Significantly adverse impact to air quality, traffic, pedestrian deaths, cyclist deaths and people dying in the ambulances stuck in traffic that this will create.
Agenda 21-pack em, stack em, and of course stick it to the taxpayers and the residents. Does she even have a clue what a WiFi prison like this will do the inhabitants? I highly doubt it. Does she have a clue what this will do to the residents? I don’t think she gives a damn, regardless of her phony diatribe.
Does Ma’Ayn Johnson understand that cramming massive amounts of people into high density, polluted, congested, unnatural scientific kill grids where they will be forcibly microwaved and sterilized with ubiquitous wireless infrastructure, forcibly vaccinated with toxins, sterilants, and cancer viruses, drugged with dosed chemically laced water, force fed GMO foods with no room to grow their own, sprayed from above with aerosolized metallic nanoparticle and piezo electric geoengineering compounds while their brains are turned to mush by the TV screens everywhere is playing right into the hands of the demonic social engineers that are hell bent on depopulation WHILE 95 PERCENT OF THE UNITED STATES IS ALREADY RURAL OPEN SPACE? Perhaps she does or perhaps this is truly an indictment of just how dangerous our higher education system really is to our society. If for just that reason alone one can conclude that College Town is a horrible plan.
This project will be back, and you know what? So will we.
Stay vigilant Fullerton.
JOE IMBRIANO 4 FULLERTON CITY COUNCIL
#1 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 1:51 pm
So many demands from bloggers who provide no relevant information about anything.
#2 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 3:04 pm
Seems to me that Joe is providing no relevant information about anything. He is running for city council and has made profound accusations about institutions in the city he claims to have knowledge about. Yet, when he is asked for specifics, he won’t answer. I suppose he is already behaving like the very same politicians he despises.
#3 by Tori on February 24, 2016 - 3:27 pm
Joe is amazing. have you seen him at the meetings? He is a true leader. He speaks like no other and all off the cuff. He definitely has our support.
He is extremely intelligent, courageous and tells the truth no matter what people think. He is a breath of fresh air in Fullerton politics and people are catching on.
I mean really now, he has reported on all of the issues, far more extensively than any other candidate has ever done and yet you can’t get over criticism of churches?
My husband and I stopped going to church years ago for some of the reasons he mentions. So tell me, who are you and why are so fixated on Joe? Jealous? Man crush perhaps? Well, he is a really good looking man BTW. You must be jealous because you are acting like a snivelling little child and it shows.
#4 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 3:55 pm
He may be a true leader, but where is he taking you? To a world free of rational thought, where everything is an evil conspiracy and all technological progress is just another attempt to kill you? Must suck to live in fear of pretty much everything.
#5 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 7:24 pm
Can’t get over Joe’s criticism of the churches? I’m merely mirroring back to him statements he has made over and over and over again, both on this blog and from the podium in meetings. As someone who was raised in church, I would love for him to tell us which churches are phony and he refuses to.
Man crush? You’re making the assumption that I am a man. And as a woman yourself, I’m surprised you support a man who seems to be intimidated by intelligent women and the best he can do, is call them silly names.
Joe is good looking? I won’t touch that.
#6 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 10:30 pm
Just curious where you get the idea that he is intimidated by intelligent women? Which intelligent women are you referring too?
#7 by Anonymous on February 25, 2016 - 9:17 am
Uh … pretty much any woman with a brain.
#8 by Anonymous on February 25, 2016 - 7:06 pm
Extremely intelligent huh Tori?
Calling people names, mocking people, actually believing the moon landing was a hoax and 9-11 was an inside job. vaccinations are infused with cancer causing additives. The drought is being caused by the government. Carrying a supply of recording devices everywhere he goes.
Does that sound like a person who is intelligent?
Most people call that paranoid and delusional.
#9 by Tori on February 25, 2016 - 10:09 pm
There you go name calling yourself. Not everyone is brainwashed like you. I think you are very jealous of Joe and it shows. He has the courage to challenge the status quo and speak his mind. I feel sorry for you because you seem either really intimidated by Joe or really jealous. Do you have marital problems?
#10 by Joe Imbriano on February 25, 2016 - 11:33 pm
Everything you just stated is 100% correct except for the last sentence. The government and the media call that paranoid and delusional because they want you to keep drinking the kool aid.
#11 by Anonymous on February 26, 2016 - 10:33 am
I rest my case.
(by the way, still wondering if you will get more specific on the allegation related to “phony” churches)
#12 by Fullerton Lover on February 24, 2016 - 3:40 pm
Your questions are obviously disingenuous to even the naïve.
#13 by We Deserve Better on February 24, 2016 - 6:02 pm
Anonymous you know you are being very disingenuous. Why is it that the people who support the Fullerton City establishment seem to have only one thing in common and that is they are totally bereft of the basic values of common decency and honesty?
#14 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 7:54 pm
Huh. So asking questions that Joe refuses to answer immediately means someone is a supporter of the “Fullerton City establishment”?
I, for one, have a lot of questions for someone who can’t deal with the fact that the earth is round and spins around a star. For example, how would Joe deal with satellite TV providers within the city, since, in his world-view, satellites aren’t a thing that can exist.
Another, how can someone so bereft of scientific understanding and yet so sure of himself and his skewed, paranoid view of the world really be capable of making any rational decisions?
#15 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 10:02 pm
Great questions. I often wondered the same thing of our city manager and police chief.
#16 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 10:21 pm
I wouldn’t go that far. Mr. Imbriano makes some really good points and raises some serious thought provoking questions. I have to admit, he has had me thinking too. Some of his claims seem really outlandish at first, but that can be explained by just how thoroughly we have been programmed to see things and blindly trust authority.
I just wouldn’t go as far as referring to him as bereft of scientific understanding. He does check out and he does have two bachelors degrees, one in Biological Science and one in Chemistry from UCI, like he says. It is impossible to obtain those kinds of degrees and not understand science.
I always wondered how the water stayed on a spinning ball. It never made much sense to me.
I also wonder why there is no footage of the earth spinning in space if there are 30,000 satellites up there to begin with. It would make one heck of a channel on TV. Go figure I guess.
I think the more cogent point here is whether any of us are truly capable of facing the issues discussed here. Setting aside all the personal attacks, I think we all have some serious homework to do. If even half the stuff he rants about is true, then we are really running out of time and we better get to work fast.
#17 by Anonymous on February 25, 2016 - 11:57 am
Hmm… maybe you should study some physics, specifically about how gravity works, then you might understand how “the water stayed on a spinning ball.” Turns out, if you have a ball big enough, small things are attracted to it.
And there’s plenty of footage of the earth spinning in space… on TV, even. Turns out it’s pretty boring, so the NASA TV station shows a lot more education and news than just pictures of the earth.
So if Joe is raising some interesting questions, they’re pretty easy to answer if you look around. Or you could just listen to him and be sucked down into a spiral of paranoia and ignorance. I report, you decide.
#18 by Anonymous on February 25, 2016 - 12:15 pm
To write someone off as paranoid and ignorant is a really disingenuous thing to do. Aster all, why are so many people here if this man is out of his mind? I enjoy broadening my horizons. I am curious if you could explain how you can have propulsion in a vacuum? I often wondered how this is accomplished by spacecraft. I also wondered how you can have the sun transmit its heat to us through millions of miles of a vacuum as well. These phenomenon are difficult to understand given some of the physics I was given in my undergrad days.
#19 by Anonymous on February 25, 2016 - 2:06 pm
“I am curious if you could explain how you can have propulsion in a vacuum?”
Definitely! This happens because of the conservation of momentum. If you throw something in one direction, you are propelled in the opposite direction at a velocity proportional to the relative mass between you and the object thrown. Without a ton of energy it’s hard to easily observe, but the kickback from a rifle or cannon is a big, easy to understand example. In a spacecraft’s case, they usually have controlled explosions that direct the exhaust (lots of tiny particles, probably water), thereby propelling them in the opposite direction. It’s not magic, it’s momentum.
“I also wondered how you can have the sun transmit its heat to us through millions of miles of a vacuum as well.”
That’s a great question. The sun emits electromagnetic radiation (photons) in all directions at a lot of different frequencies. Some of these photons hit the earth and impart their energy (the earth is small and very far away from the sun, so not a lot of them end up here). When you step outside, you can feel those that have frequencies in the infrared range as warmth. At the same time photons with frequencies in the ultraviolet range have enough energy to damage your skin, and with enough exposure you’d end up with a sun tan or even a sun burn (potentially leading to skin cancer). In between these two, you can see photons reflecting off other objects in the visible light spectrum as they end up being focused through your eye and end up hitting your retina. On the same spectrum are X-rays, radio waves and microwaves.
It’s actually pretty neat how this all works, and it’s not magic.
Also, it’s one thing to pose a question and say it’s confusing, which is completely fine, but something completely different to claim that since something’s confusing, it must be magical and impossible to understand. If you ask enough questions and are able to judge empirical evidence, you can learn a lot about the world around you.

Thank you for this information. Are you a scientist? What do you think about this whole flat earth thing? There are many parts to this theory that still perplex me. The water for one, is a big question. I simply cannot understand how the water remains intact at the velocity the earth supposedly turns at. It is round according to the Copernican model and it just seems counter intuitive for it to remain in place. Water always has a tendency to flatten out. Have you read any of the books like Zetetic Astronomy?
#21 by Anonymous on February 25, 2016 - 10:55 pm
What do you mean by “flatten”?
