4300 high density housing units and the creation of a “parking management district” that is not defined and will bring parking meters to all of Fullerton.

A million dollars in tax money later, lifetime residents are being assaulted by city plans to destroy their quality of life in a threatening and harassing way. While we are forced to kill our lawns and gardens, they want to put thousands of ten story high rise housing units in after they shut down the freeway access to Nutwood, divert all the traffic into our residential neighborhoods and intersections that are already so bad that they can never be mitigated, run out all the grocery stores out of town,

Ma’Ayn Johnson, must view herself as Queen Bee (QB) of Fullerton. She delivered an imperious diatribe at the very end of the meeting in which she told off the residents. In her words, they were out of order. QB was there to set the residents straight by reprimanding them. Forget the fact that the planning commission was considering a plan that would destroy many of their homes they had lived in for decades, that would make the traffic even more impossible than it already was.
QB also schooled us on her view of the world. We had better listen, because she says it is so: there will be growth, no matter what. We get it, growth no matter what. Can anyone get through to this person that overgrowth, is a possibility and when that happens, it destroys the community? Apparently, she knows better than all of the residents and she will tell us because according to Agenda 21, the compact cities will be the only places you will be able to live as 95% of the United States remains open rural space.
Don’t let the flowers fool you. She voted for the DCCSP and she did not submit a motion to kill this proposal. Her concern was with air quality. How do you mitigate the pollution from increased gridlocked traffic and 12000 more cars?
You are here to serve the RESIDENTS of Fullerton. You are here for us, not the other way around. Many of you just do not get it. I mean how can you logically even consider bringing this thing back for consideration?
This plan should have NEVER advanced and, if you had any common sense or were here for the benefit of the People, you would know that. You work for us. Either do your job or resign. Never lecture us, again, or put us in a position where we have to fight you for our own rights to live in a healthy community.
DCCSP supproting John Silber-This is one to watch. He thinks Fullerton needs this plan and seems to have a huge problem with the automobile. Well pal, start walking.
We all know this scam would net the city about 40 million in developer fees to keep the out of control pensions and salaries’ gravy train on the tracks and not a peep about the parklands this money will be used for because that is not where it will go. We could have bought Coyote Hills years ago with the endless revenue stream that is now not even ENOUGH TO MEET PAYROLL! Stop participating in planning activities that will destroy our homes and lives here in Fullerton.
This DCCSP supporting city hall sycophant Gambino thinks we need to bring this back because he is ok with the density and we should praise the city staff for wasting almost a million dollars of taxpayer money (yes grants are tax money) on this disaster.

“I would rather have the students live here.” Is she insane? As if it doesn’t matter that there is no more room, QB “would rather the students live here.” Why, when all the residents are already telling her and the rest of the Commission that it is overcrowded. Is she a deaf QB?
Remember, this was the meeting where several hundred residents showed up to tell the Planning Commission “no” on College Town. What was at stake for the residents? I mean if the students can’t afford a parking permit, how the heck are they going to afford an apartment at College Town?

Agenda 21-pack em, stack em, and of course stick it to the taxpayers and the residents. Does she even have a clue what a WiFi prison like this will do the inhabitants? I highly doubt it. Does she have a clue what this will do to the residents? I don’t think she gives a damn, regardless of her phony diatribe.
Does Ma’Ayn Johnson understand that cramming massive amounts of people into high density, polluted, congested, unnatural scientific kill grids where they will be forcibly microwaved and sterilized with ubiquitous wireless infrastructure, forcibly vaccinated with toxins, sterilants, and cancer viruses, drugged with dosed chemically laced water, force fed GMO foods with no room to grow their own, sprayed from above with aerosolized metallic nanoparticle and piezo electric geoengineering compounds while their brains are turned to mush by the TV screens everywhere is playing right into the hands of the demonic social engineers that are hell bent on depopulation WHILE 95 PERCENT OF THE UNITED STATES IS ALREADY RURAL OPEN SPACE? Perhaps she does or perhaps this is truly an indictment of just how dangerous our higher education system really is to our society. If for just that reason alone one can conclude that College Town is a horrible plan.

College town will ruin southeast Fullerton and feed the Student Loan default disaster like a bunch of cornfed stoned pigs at the trough.
Sure wreck Fullerton so some teachers and staff can expand their benefits at the expense of the residents. The college compensation model, like all other government employment scams is totally unsustainable and requires massive enrollment and fee increases to sustain it.
Think about this. Student loan debt held by borrowers participating in either income-based repayment (IBR) or pay as you earn (PAYE) programs – has exploded from $52.2 billion in 3Q 2013 up to $188.2 billion today – a stunning 30-month increase of 260.5%! IBR and PAYE programs allow student loan borrowers to limit their monthly debt payments to only 10% of their discretionary income – with discretionary income defined as all income exceeding 150% of the Federal Poverty Line.
A very disturbing 43.4% of student loan borrowers entering repayment today are currently within 150% of the Federal Poverty Line. See for yourself by clicking here! These individuals are now being allowed to not make any monthly payments – yet never go into official default!
If they successfully manage to pay $0 per month for 20 years straight – their remaining student loan principle plus interest will be totally forgiven! Ultimately, all U.S. citizens will suffer from the inevitable $1 trillion+ in student loan losses – when the Federal Reserve is forced to monetize them on the public – causing a continuation of America’s long and steady decline in standard of living through inflation!
The current situation is very scary with 57.5% of student loan borrowers who entered repayment two years ago – currently owing more debt than before they began repaying! When student loan borrowers with negative amortization go from being a small minority of less than 20% for most of the last 45 years – to now being the majority, you know that we truly have a real crisis on our hands that no longer can be ignored!
During normal/healthy economic conditions that allow the free market to fully function, student loan borrowers after two years of repayment should have about 85% of their debt remaining – just like what consistently occurred during the 25-year period of 1972-1997. In 1998, President Clinton destroyed the free market’s ability to function in the student loan market and created today’s student loan crisis – by signing into law the Higher Education Amendments of 1998. Clinton made student loans nondischargeable in bankruptcy, thereby eliminating the ability for free market forces to protect students from the predatory practices of unscrupulous bankers.
The Higher Education Amendments of 1998 turned delinquent student loans into a very lucrative business for bankers by allowing them to charge outrageously high penalties and fees – including “collection rates” of up to 25% of the past due balance. It also gave bankers the ability to use draconian collection tactics including the garnishment of wages, social security, and disability benefits. It gave incentive for them to make risky loans to students, thereby fueling a major long-term explosion of tuition price inflation!
America’s student loan bubble is getting ready to burst, with student loan borrowers who entered repayment two years ago now owing 104.7% of their initial total balance! This proves that a large majority of the borrowers who recently joined the newly created IBR/PAYE programs – are currently approved to make zero payments towards their loans! According to official NY Federal Reserve household debt data, U.S. student loans currently 90+ days delinquent reached a new all-time high at year-end 2015 of $141.93 billion. As a percentage of total student loans outstanding, the official student loan default rate is currently 11.52% – down from a 3Q 2013 peak of 11.83%, but this is extremely misleading!
Since the official peak student loan default rate in 3Q 2013 of 11.83%, $136 billion in student loans were allowed to join the IBR/PAYE repayment programs! A large percentage of those student loan borrowers are currently within 150% of the Federal Poverty Line and are currently not making any payments at all – yet officially the U.S. government does NOT consider them to be delinquent!
