College Town delayed and Ma’Ayn Johnson,The Fitzgerald appointed Agenda 21 SCAG senior regional planner operative on the Fullerton Planning commission.

The residents beat this horrific College Town plan back for now. College town calls for closing the 57 Freeway exits and onramps to Nutwood, closing Nutwood to through traffic, wiping out thriving business that serve southeast Fullerton, adding 12000 more cars a day,

4300 high density housing units and the creation of a “parking management district” that is not defined and will bring parking meters to all of Fullerton.

Introducing  Ma’Ayn Johnson who is The Fitzgerald appointed SCAG senior regional planner Agenda 21 operative on the Fullerton Planning commission. As the planning commission chairperson back in 2014, she voted to pass The HORRIFIC DCCSP  that is ten times worse than College Town. Here is the link to the DCCSP on my site or the DCCSP on the City’s site

Meet The SCAG senior regional planner who wants to stack em and pack em into ten story tall WiFi prisons as they shut off our water and continue with the geoengineered drought- Ma’Ayn Johnson. Listen as she starts out insulting lifetime Fullerton residents and then tries to put her arm around the audience in attempts to put them back to sleep for round two of her Agenda 21 indoctrination when they will try to resurrect this disaster and ram it through again at a date uncertain just like the DCCSP which is ten times larger and more disastrous than this project.

Watch as residents protesting the destruction of their homes, property values and quality of life are accused of being combative, uncivil, threatening and harassing. I have heard it all. A million dollars in tax money later, lifetime residents are being assaulted by city plans to destroy their quality of life in a threatening and harassing way. It is called College Town ladies and gentlemen. While we are forced to kill our lawns and gardens, they want to put thousands of ten story high rise housing units in after they shut down the freeway access to Nutwood, divert all the traffic into our residential neighborhoods and intersections that are already so bad that they can never be mitigated, run out all the grocery stores out of town,

DSC00429

Implementing UN Directed Agenda 21 for a living first the DCCSP and now what?

and claim to remediate increased air pollution with filters in the apartments? How the heck do you filter out the carbon monoxide from 12,000 more cars a day?

Ma’Ayn Johnson, must view herself as Queen Bee (QB) of Fullerton.  She delivered an imperious diatribe at the very end of the meeting in which she told off the residents.  In her words, they were out of order.  QB was there to set the residents straight by reprimanding them.  Forget the fact that the planning commission was considering a plan that would destroy many of their homes they had lived in for decades, that would make the traffic even more impossible than it already was.

QB also schooled us on her view of the world.   We had better listen, because she says it is so:  there will be growth, no matter what.  We get it, growth no matter what.  Can anyone get through to this person that overgrowth, is a possibility and when that happens, it destroys the community?  Apparently, she knows better than all of the residents and she will tell us because according to Agenda 21, the compact cities will be the only places you will be able to live as 95% of the United States remains open rural space.

kathleen-shanfield

Don’t let the flowers fool you. She voted for the DCCSP and  she did not submit a motion to kill this proposal. Her concern was with air quality. How do you mitigate the pollution from increased gridlocked traffic and 12000 more cars?

You are here to serve the RESIDENTS of Fullerton.  You are here for us, not the other way around.   Many of you just do not get it. I mean how can you logically even consider bringing this thing back for consideration?

This plan should have NEVER advanced and, if you had any common sense or were here for the benefit of the People, you would know that.  You work for us.  Either do your job or resign.  Never lecture us, again, or put us in a position where we have to fight you for our own rights to live in a healthy community.

DSC00435

DCCSP supproting John Silber-This is one to watch. He thinks Fullerton needs this plan and seems to have a huge problem with the automobile. Well pal, start walking.

We all know this scam would net the city about 40 million in developer fees to keep the out of control pensions and salaries’ gravy train on the tracks and not a peep about the parklands this money will be used for because that is not where it will go. We could have bought Coyote Hills years ago with the endless revenue stream that is now not even ENOUGH TO MEET PAYROLL! Stop participating in planning activities that will destroy our homes and lives here in Fullerton.

DSC00431

This DCCSP supporting city hall sycophant Gambino thinks we need to bring this back because he is ok with the density and we should praise the city staff for wasting almost a million dollars of taxpayer money (yes grants are tax money) on this disaster.

Homeowners be damned, CSUF must grow!  So saith our overlord, Ms. Ma’Ayn Johnson.

DSC00429

Johnson’s mantra back in 2014 at the DCCSP hearing where she moved the motion to pass-“The DCCSP is not the cause of increased density…..Here in 2016 she is at it again.

“We are going to keep growing”  —  Yes, and destroy resident’s property values and quality of life.  Is that what the QB means?

What an Agenda 21 tool, as if you can never pack so many people in so that you have created an overcrowded environment and why when according the census bureau, 95% of the United States is rural open space.

The CT Plan:  “it looks good on paper”  WHAT?  I guess if you don’t mind unbearable gridlock and total degradation of communities.

DSC00434

The Register’s Lou Ponsi who makes these s look good on paper too. He has been soft peddling these disasters for years when he is not running cover for the corrupt Fullerton Police department and city hall cabal.

“I would rather have the students live here.”  Is she insane?  As if it doesn’t matter that there is no more room, QB “would rather the students live here.”  Why, when all the residents are already telling her and the rest of the Commission that it is overcrowded.  Is she a deaf QB?

Remember, this was the meeting where several hundred residents showed up to tell the Planning Commission “no” on College Town.  What was at stake for the residents? I mean if the students can’t afford a parking permit, how the heck are they going to afford an apartment at College Town?

DSC00432

Establishment hack and city hall sycophant Larry Bennett who headed the group that tried to stop the Fullerton Recall, tries to act concerned for the residents.

Devalued properties

Significantly adverse impact to air quality, traffic, pedestrian deaths, cyclist deaths and people dying in the ambulances stuck in traffic that this will create.

DSC00429

Ma’ Ayn Johnson thinks Cal State Fullerton can do whatever they want. Yeah right. I guess she never read a maximum occupancy sign on the wall in her entire life.

Agenda 21-pack em, stack em, and of course stick it to the taxpayers and the residents. Does she even have a clue what a WiFi prison like this will do the inhabitants? I highly doubt it. Does she have a clue what this will do to the residents? I don’t think she gives a damn, regardless of her phony diatribe.

Does Ma’Ayn Johnson understand that cramming massive amounts of people into high density, polluted, congested, unnatural scientific kill grids where they will be forcibly microwaved and sterilized with ubiquitous wireless infrastructure,  forcibly vaccinated with toxins, sterilants,  and cancer viruses, drugged with dosed chemically laced water, force fed GMO foods with no room to grow their own, sprayed from above with aerosolized metallic nanoparticle and piezo electric geoengineering compounds while their brains are turned to mush by the TV screens everywhere is playing right into the hands of the demonic social engineers that are hell bent on depopulation WHILE 95 PERCENT OF THE UNITED STATES IS ALREADY RURAL OPEN SPACE? Perhaps she does or perhaps this is truly an indictment of just how dangerous our higher education system really is to our society. If for just that reason alone one can conclude that College Town is a horrible plan.

This project will be back, and you know what? So will we.

Stay vigilant Fullerton.

JOE IMBRIANO 4 FULLERTON CITY COUNCIL

  1. #1 by Anonymous on February 22, 2016 - 12:41 pm

Another question or two for you Joe.
Do you feel that calling people names – “Sex Ed Silva,” “Fitzpringle,” “Queen Bee” – is rather childish?
If you win a seat on the council, would you continue to levy insults and engage in silly name calling?

    • #2 by Reality Is..... on February 23, 2016 - 9:03 am

Good point. Especially since Barry just emphasized how important it is to say the same things off the dais as when you are on the dais. Hmmmmmm

    • #3 by Joe Imbriano on February 23, 2016 - 9:50 am

When I get elected, I will continue to call a spade a spade and believe me, these are not insults, these are factual statements. Sex Ed Silva is her name because that is what she is all about-corrupting students, abortion, perversion, big government. She put it in writing and mailed to every home in the 65th district. She is disgusting.

Fitzpringle-heck she is the right hand man for the guy who sells influence. Come on you can do better than that, How about Jan Flouride who sits on the water board as they dose our water and dry us out?

    • #4 by Reality Is..... on February 23, 2016 - 10:09 am

Good luck with having that mindset and attitude if you get elected. Travis had that attitude too and he was gone before he took his first piss off the dais.

    • #5 by Anonymous on February 23, 2016 - 10:46 am

It comes across as mean spirited, venomous, arrogant and imature and quite frankly, detracts from any legitimate points you wish to be made. Voters would probably feel the same way. You may want to spend some money for a consultant before real campaigning begins lest you’ll garner no support or money.

    • #6 by Anonymous on February 23, 2016 - 12:40 pm

Also might want to re-think your attitude towards women. You seem to have a negative opinion towards them. You might not see it but it is quite obvious in the way you speak.
In general, you seem to alienate yourself from huge segments of the voting public with your religious beliefs and caustic tone. There are about 80,000 registered voters in Fullerton. I suspect that close to half are women. They wield collective power and are not a group you want to piss off. You may believe everyone thinks the way you do, but I can assure you, they do not.

    • #7 by Anonymous on February 23, 2016 - 3:32 pm

Oh, please!!! What is this?!! Did Reality Is call for some back ups here? So, Reality Is and couple of his minions don’t have nothing better to do but to bash Joe. LOL…You guys are really getting desperate, aren’t ya? Well, if you don’t like the truth, then leave!!! You’re obviously here because you’re afraid Joe’s message is getting out there and being heard by the good people of Fullerton. I can assure you, not everyone thinks like you either.

    • #8 by Anonymous on February 23, 2016 - 5:01 pm

Just trying to pass along some friendly advice. If Joe wants to continue to do exactly what he’s doing, then be my guest. But come November, we’ll see who thinks like who. (By the way, Joe still hasn’t told us specifically which churches he believes to be phony).

    • #9 by Fullerton Lover on February 23, 2016 - 8:47 pm

…I think it’s the hypocrites which inhabit a church and use the congregants as political points/pawns to further their political careers as the most objectionable.

Which one do you attend? You will know a tree by its fruit. Go sample it around town and report back in a week or so. Start with the one with the $25,000 dollar a day habit and the big parking structure and then move out to the ones with all the cell towers. You know all this love thy neighbor business. You get the point.

    • #11 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 11:44 am

Even if Joe doesn’t win, we will continue to see him and be ‘informed’ of what’s going on with Fullerton. He’s a sheepdog and that’s what we all need.
And, why are you so fixated on wanting to know which church he’s referring to? So you can go back and tell your so-called ‘friends’ not to vote for him because he referred to ‘their’ church as phony? You are just like all those corrupt city officials. You must have voted for Quirk-Silva, Fitzgerald, and Flory.

What Reality Is goal is to distract the audience from the truth and the facts presented on this website. Fact after fact within post after post, Reality Is and his buddies can’t run away fast enough from the truth.

They know that they have no basis to argue with the facts, so they name call, lie, misrepresent and act like spoiled rotten little mean children. If you state the obvious such as paying a police officer 90% of his/her pay from the age of 50 to 80 spells financial ruin they claim you are anti-cop. No I am pro Fullertonian. You are the ones who are anti-Fullertonians. You could care less that you are bankrupting the city leaving us with 100 year old sewer system and roads that even a stagecouch might find substandard.

    • #13 by Reality Is.... on February 23, 2016 - 6:02 pm

I’ve only seen name calling from Joe and Barry. No one else.

    • #14 by Fullerton's Conscience on February 24, 2016 - 8:37 am

Mr. Levinson always provides facts to back up his assertions. Reality Is never uses any facts to support his outlandish claims.

I see you have not responded to the questions I asked you a few days ago. Reality is all bluster and no substance. I have repeated those questions below to make it so so easy for Reality Is to respond. Of course he will not. He constantly attacks Mr. Imbriano and Mr. Levinson. They have the integrity and courage to speak their minds. You Reality Is will not identify yourself, nor up to this point in time answer any questions about yourself. Who should the readers believe?

Questions For Reality Is That Deserve Answers:

Are you on the City of Fullerton payroll?

Are you working with Fitzgerald, Flory, Chaffee, Felz or Hughes?

Are you a current or former Fullerton Police Officer of Fireman?

Why are you on this site day and night, since you never add any content or facts to the discussion?

Why are so motivated to trash this worthy website?

    • #15 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 11:52 am

Reality Is must be a retired police officer of some sort since he seems to be posting on this website all day and night. What a loser!

    • #16 by Joe Imbriano on February 24, 2016 - 9:16 am

Fullerton is an old Indian word for “BAD ROADS”

    • #17 by Angie on February 24, 2016 - 9:22 am

      Great statement.

    • #18 by From a woman on February 23, 2016 - 3:41 pm

The women that would be ‘pissed off’ think that by virtue of their gender, they are special and exempt from behaving decently. They consistently play the gender card, how passé.

Why would Joe want their vote?

    • #19 by Anonymous on February 23, 2016 - 10:31 pm

Awesome! Pretty easy to talk crap like that from behind a keyboard. Let’s see you call council members names to their faces, or from the podium. Or better yet, if you participate in the candidate forums (which, incidentally are hosted by the League of Women Voters), let’s see if you refer to the other candidates by these childish names. Let’s see if you’ll go on the record, right here and now on your own blog, and promise to utter these exact names in council meetings and other pubic forums. I say you don’t have the guts.

    • #20 by Anonymous on February 24, 2016 - 9:37 am

Who cares about the League of Women Voters, or any of the so-called women’s groups. If they can’t get behind the truth on the matters, they are irrelevant to getting the problems solved.

Until they can do the right thing, they are irrelevant.
