Is this really all the protection pedestrians and cyclists are afforded in Fullerton?

A Recent Incident I Witnessed in Downtown Fullerton by

Fullerton Resident Susan Levinson.

After hearing Fullerton resident Judith Kaluzny speak at the last City Council meeting about much needed awareness for pedestrians crossing our streets within the crosswalks I am reminded of a situation that I witnessed a few months ago.

While driving my car south on Harbor Blvd. just north of Chapman at approximately 10 in the morning I stopped at the crosswalk to allow a pedestrian to cross from Angelo & Vinci’s restaurant towards Big Slice Pizza.  In the lane next to me was an on-duty Fullerton motorcycle policeman.  The officer and I both watched as the woman began to cross in the crosswalk and then 2 cars heading north drove right through the crosswalk forcing the pedestrian to stop mid-stream & jump back to the curb.  The policeman watched both cars drive right through the crosswalk, endangering the woman’s life. Yet, even though the officer was in the fast lane and could have easily and safely made a U-turn to pull one or both drivers over, he did not.

After the woman made it safely across the street the traffic resumed, and the officer and I pulled up next to each other at the stoplight.  I rolled my window down & asked him why he didn’t pull over either of those drivers as the pedestrian had the right of way.  His response to me was:  “I don’t like that crosswalk”.  I’ve told them it’s not in a good place”.  I said, “But isn’t it against the law to drive through the crosswalk when the pedestrian is already there?”  He replied, “Yes.”  I said, “Then you should have cited both of the drivers.”  He answered with a nod yes of his head and drove away as the light turned green.

It is not a police officer’s job to choose which crosswalks he or she likes or doesn’t like when it comes to enforcing the law.  It is his or her job to protect and serve.  Because our police department may not protect us as pedestrians we must be ever more vigilant about walking around our town.

Uh, if everyone who deserved a traffic ticket actually got one, there wouldn’t be any cars left on the road.

How many of you have ever driven over the speed limit? Rolled through a Stop sign? Sped through a yellow light before it turned red? And yes, even driven through an intersection while a pedestrian was crossing the street?

If cop wouldn’t have given the driver a ticket, you’d be whining about him being a nit-picky prick.

It’s common knowledge that this is the “We hate cops” blog, but really?

Can’t you nitwits come up with something better than this?

At least that ridiculous, embellished, nonsensical MLK Day tasing incident from a few weeks ago showed some imagination.

Maybe you should tell Atty. Judith Kaluzny about no need to ticket drivers that almost hit pedestrians in crosswalks. Since her pedestrian daughter was severely injured by a driver you might have a better understanding of another perspective.
Ms. Kaluzny’s article is in the Fullerton Observer.

You are missing the point. Someone could have been injured or killed. Mrs. Levinson was lucky the officer didn’t arrest her or beat her to death for questioning him.

This is not a “hate cops blog”. This blog is about exposing those who love evil and those who refuse to do anything about it that have a responsibility or duty to do so.

You know the the kind of evil like cops murdering innocent people, DA’s rigging trials and jury pools, school district officials and employees sterilizing school children with forced wireless exposure, telecom industry scientists covering up the reason for the autism explosion, locals who make a living off of keeping it spiralling out of control, doctors ruining children in the delivery rooms and in their offices, divorce hacks who make a living off of destroying families and ruining children’s lives, business owners who drown our youth in endless liquor, lying sac of crap wireless company employees along with their xray vision city hall groupie that glorify sticking cell towers next to schools and homes that beam cancer and sterility causing microwaves into women and children’s children’s bedrooms, rubber stamp commissioners whose room temperature IQ’s allow for the empty contracts, procedural violations to go unnoticed and ten story tilt ups to abound, school district employees and officials that allow or cover up for rigging elections, grades and college letters of recommendations while driving kids to aderall addictions, promoting perversion, teaching scientific fraud all while promoting color of law forced vaccinations and brain damaging common core, school board members that ignore thousands of scientists scientific studies that warn against the very things they are doing to kids, the play it safe phony conservatives whose playbook consists of narrow fiscal issues while ignoring the real issues and the plight of the many who are afflicted, phony Christian leaders who sell out their constituents to the highest bidder, phony Christian pastors who hold the truth in unrighteousness and pickpocket people on Sunday mornings while they put everyone to sleep, city officials trying to rob the taxpayers for their pals, ruin the city and frame people, local so called journalists who ignore or condone killing babies in the womb, pushing sex ed on 5 year olds, opening the borders, taxing to death and destroying our economy, disarming the American people, glamorizing perversion while promoting forced medical procedures on everyone. If you don’t stand against these things, then you are for them.

Did I miss anything? Oh yeah some nitwit on a motorscooter that thinks it’s ok for near misses because he doesn’t like the location of the white lines muchless the horror and agony of a mom, dad, son, daughter or spouse never coming home again all because some GED and some lazy lame moron city planner refuses to address what almost produced a human being with 75,000 mile of circulatory system created in the image of God ending up getting slabbed over at McAuley Wallace because maybe this dolt just couldn’t wait to go check out the hotties pole dancing over at the slime bar. Yeah this is a hate cop blog alright.

May I suggest the Observer of the Ragister for your next trip to the latrine? Perhaps.

I say we get this guy locked in a humidor, give him a shiny microphone and a green uniform. He’ll fix everything.

    • #8 by Eric on February 20, 2015 - 12:45 pm

Mr Zapata, the humidor could not hold him, the uniform would be a distraction and the microphone he already has. You are simply reading the transcripts right here along with many others.

Joe, given your extreme levels of paranoia and delusion, there is likely no safe place on the planet for you to go to.

    • #10 by Eric on February 20, 2015 - 12:06 pm

It’s funny how everyone is so obsessed with and fixated upon Joe. I know him well and he’s a fearless and brilliant guy. Just call him a conspiracy theorist and put that on his Wikipedia page. That is all you need to do.

Given Joe’s discernment, he and his family are light years ahead of what has already been done to you and yours. Honestly, I wish I would have taken more of his advice to heart years ago.

Obsessed with Joe??? Worried about Joe is more accurate. Joe, seriously, get to a doctor and soon!

You are right. Hey Joe, make appointments with all the Education Doctors in Fullerton. They cannot refuse to meet with you. Give them all the information on what they are doing to the children and make them all criminally liable for their actions.

Don’t worry about Joe, he’s one of the few that has his head on straight.

how compassionate of you to think of him, though . . . maybe since your views are at such odds with this blog, you would be happier elsewhere.

      How about the messaging here:

That more to your liking? Please, go back to sleep.

Joe is safe anywhere he goes in the arms of Jesus Christ. You could be too. Repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.

I would ask your Rabbi that question, not us. My boss is a Jewish Carpenter who walked out of the tomb. Who is yours? Dan Hughes? Joe Felz? Curt Pringle?

      Who are those people?
      I don’t have a boss. I’m self employed.
