Doffoney – Stip
Remember from back in 2002 the $239 million dollar bond issue for the North Orange County Community College District, which governs Cypress College and Fullerton College? It was called Measure X.
Among the projects that would benefit from this bond issues were multi million-dollar improvements to child development centers on the campuses that served preschool children of Fullerton and Cypress students and the communities at large.
Well this never really happened but it sounds good to tug at the heartstrings
Here is Jerome Hunter. Ask him what happened to the preschool centers. As a matter of fact, ask him what happened to all of the other stuff that was supposed to get fixed with all that dough. I had to sit through the July Trustee meeting where faculty member after faculty member disgustingly entered into the public record how all kinds of things that were supposed to be repaired with Measure X money NEVER GOT REPAIRED.

Get in line and prepare to wait to age 65 because there are 65 seats in the program after 50 years and billions of tax money annually going down the sanitation district’s pie hole. My neighbor, Jerome Hunter, blew through the last bond and didn’t address it, and now Doffeney duck wants another billion to burn to add a few more chairs? 3 million OC residents, 65 seats. H1B visas for nurses. Come on empty suit Royce, loosen up the visa program up on the dialysis deliverers will ya? You coulda slipped it in the amnesty you signed off on. We need more foreign workers to displace our own. Its good for the economy. Maybe even bring some of them in to enforce the NDAA you signed off on. I digress. This thing is a total scam and it is now time to drive a mac truck full of lawyers through the legal holes these pigs at the trough have carved out. A quarter billion for ball fields, basket weaving and break dancing classes 12 years ago? Now a billion more for bulldozing perfectly good buildings and keeping the gravy train on the tracks for a bunch of people that the know the moment that they are leaving at the exact moment they show up for work.
