SB 18- is the most dangerous bill ever to come off the printer in the State Capital and it was written by the most dangerous man in the history of the California State Legislature, Dr. Richard Pan. He is the Author of SB 277, California’s forced vaccination law.

What is just as horrible is that the controlled opposition knew about this bill months before the election, and kept if off the table, out of sight, mind and earshot from the voters. This is pure betrayal defined. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final act by the government to steal your children. These controlled groups were all involved in ensuring the passage of SB 277. Read section 13 of all vaccine inserts-every one of them. Then look at this article in its entirety as well as the others I have written on this topic. Look at the vaccine inserts again. Watch the hearings on SB 277, watch the rallies that were held by some of these controlled opposition groups, read up on the history on this battle with SB 277 and look at what all the controlled opposition groups refused to deal with. They refused to deal with the absolute facts, the facts that the vaccine manufacturers print on the their own vaccine inserts, the facts that to this day no one wants to deal with-read section 13 of the vaccine inserts.
This is how the game is rigged. They knew about this bill months ago. Did any of you? Of course not. They had to let the election play out. You actually trust these people to fight this one for you too? Of course oh Joe is divisive and we have to work together.
No, we have to tell the truth. The vaccine inserts speak for themselves, not the argument over ingredients that can be found in ice cream and diet coke but rather the fact that-
the California State Legislature with SB 277 has mandated upwards of 65 injections into every child in the state and these injections called vaccines by the manufacturer’s own product guides (vaccine inserts) HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED FOR MUTAGENIC POTENTIAL, CARCINOGENIC POTENTIAL OR IMPAIRMENT OF FERTILITY.
This is criminal.
Could vaccines contain cancer viruses, sterilants and hormones that are not disclosed on the insert? Well, ask yourself these 3 questions when wondering if we have been the victims of betrayal at the hands of controlled opposition:
Number 1–
If none of the vaccines have been tested for mutagenic, carcinogenic potential, and impairment of fertility, do you think it would have been wise to number one, inform all of you about that material fact, inform the legislators about that fact, and inform and direct all of you to inform your legislators about all of that? Of course it would have been but you were directed to hold candlelight vigils and use their talking points, all of which never mentioned this material fact.
Number 2-
Given the fact that the vaccine manufacturers admit that none of the vaccines have been tested for mutagenic, carcinogenic potential, and impairment of fertility, wouldn’t it be wise to have these groups, that want your money that won’t tell you or anyone about this, pay for random independent testing of these vaccines to determine if Cancer viruses, hormones, nagalase, beta HCG or other compounds not on the labels were present in the vaccines? Of course but no such thing has ever been demanded or proposed.
Number 3-
Is any of the aforementioned the basis for the SB 277 lawsuit? No. Was that the basis for the SB 277 referendum? No. Is any of that on the anti vaccine billboards? No. These groups need 150,000 dollars by Tuesday though so reach deep and hurry it up. We are dealing with forced injections that can sterilize your children and this information is nowhere to be found on any of their sites, videos, speeches, or information.
How do you rig a trial in the criminal justice system? Easy, just hide key evidence from the jury. That is what these groups have collectively done. It is where we are folks. They threw round one with the passage of SB 277 by keeping the truth of the hands, eyes and ears of the masses and now they want to control round two in this epic battle for your children. With SB 18, they want to transfer the guardianship of your children from you to the state.
These groups are out in full force already controlling the discussion, tone, direction, strategy and tactics of this battle fighting SB 18. What these groups focus on, and what they refuse to discuss is part of the strategy of those behind the agendas. It is scientifically crafted propaganda. Their message is simple, give them money and they will handle everything. All you have to do is do and say what they tell you to say and do. That is a recipe for disaster folks. When the legislators had their phones, emails, and faxes all full of the same talking points which failed to deal with the key issue which was that none of the vaccines have been tested for mutagenic, carcinogenic potential or impairment of fertility, they knew the controlled opposition had the whole thing under wraps. The whole thing is controlled and here we go again.

Yes their operatives had you all thinking is that you could make an educated “choice” based on their so called facts that they presented while making sure the real facts were never discussed, presented, debated or aired. You were never told that this was a eugenics agenda and that vaccines contain cancer viruses and sterilants placed there intentionally, scientifically designed to give your children cancer and sterilize them. How can people be forced to inject something into their children whose product guide (the vaccine insert) clearly states has NEVER been tested for mutagenic, carcinogenic potential or impairment of fertility? You never did realize that you were given a false dichotomy consisting of the choice between injecting the same ingredients found in ice cream and diet joke into your kids, or to refuse to as they blocked you from the FB groups if you dared tell the truth, while they censored and controlled the hearings in the Capital, censored and controlled the rallies and even managed to make sure hundreds of thousands of signatures on the referendum petitions totally disappeared, all the while they coalesced all grass roots resistance into their voice calling it “our voice” or “a voice” which was really the voice they controlled all along. This is how they do it.
Fertility was the agenda with SB 277 and it was NEVER DISCUSSED by the pharma operatives. To this day it still isn’t. That is by design. If these billboards and movies and movie stars would have just displayed section 13 of the vaccine inserts, what do you think would have happened? My word, one of these operatives is running around bragging about how she used to work for Big Pharma and NEVER exposes section 13 of the vaccine inserts in her presentations or on her billboard. Another operative will talk about adjuvants till the cows come home but never the hormones (sterilants) or the cancer viruses in the vaccines.
Forced vaccinations were never about the money folks. That is the red herring of the entire agenda. Sure making money is easy when you are on the inside of an evil agenda. The real reason for the passage of SB 277 and the real reason we should refuse forced vaccinations is never discussed by these groups.
The preceding and present day course of action on SB 277 as well as the subsequent aftermath is one of acceptance of the first step of this tyranny. The schools are full of vaccinated children. Their trial balloon was floated and they have raised the flag of victory for their first step.
This bill, SB 18, is far worse. It goes way beyond vaccinations. It applies itself to every aspect of a child’s life that is currently under the care, custody and control of the parent. This bill will criminalize whatever the state deems necessary through their cooked to order fraudulent “research based” outcomes and standards.
This bill does what no bill before it has ever done. It blurs every line regarding every aspect of parental right in existence in The State of California. Never before has a bill with such vague language been contrived, written into a proposed law, and allowed to fly off the printer heading straight to the Senate Floor. This law is all about children ladies and gentlemen, and it has everything to do with taking yours away from you.
The real purpose of this law is to be revealed in detail in this article. It has everything to do with supplying children for the Foster care system to the pedophile rings. This report from NBC is amazing. They want you to see that there is a problem, want you to think the problem only involves a few real pedophiles, and they want you to think it it is totally under control. This is total nonsense.
Folks, how stupid do these people think we are? Look there are probably 5 pedophiles within a mile of my house. This problem is massive, involving high-ranking officials in government, high-ranking officials in the Military, prominent business people, moguls and players in Hollywood, ranks of law enforcement, and of course the religious institutions. It encompasses all walks of life including teachers, police officers, scout leaders, priests, counselors, government leaders, judges, business owners, as well as some very wealthy and powerful people who are into really sick, evil stuff. It involves raping and killing children. The children have to come from somewhere. Folks they are coming from everywhere and they can’t come fast enough.
According to the FBI, in 2015 there were 460,699 NCIC entries for missing children. Similarly, in 2014, the total number of missing children entries into NCIC was 466,949.
Now let’s look at CPS. On any given day, there are approximately 415,000 children in foster care in the United States every day. Every 2 minutes, another child is taken away from their parents. Thousands of foster children missing across the country and no one knows exactly how many.
Many foster children are part of the seedy underbelly of the legal system where children are over medicated, placed in homes worse than their own, or, in the worst-case scenario, removed from loving homes with no justifiable cause.
Children become a commodity that profits doctors, lawyers, judges, social workers, advocates, and other organizations. This is an industry that can only exist by taking other people’s children, an industry that damages the very children it purports to be helping.
Many of the foster homes these children are being placed into are worse than the one from which they are removed. Many children are abused in foster care, children and suffer emotional trauma from being “kidnapped” from their home. They are then forced to take psychotropic drugs for the resulting emotional traumas they endured, physically, emotionally and sexually abused. They are even used in sex-trafficking rings. Of the more than 400,000 children in the U.S. foster care system, it’s estimated that more than 50 percent are on some sort of psychiatric drug.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
(a) The Legislature finds and declares that all children and youth, regardless of gender, class, race, ethnicity, national origin, culture, religion, immigration status, sexual orientation, or ability, have inherent rights that entitle them to protection, special care, and assistance, including, but not limited to, the following:
SEC. 2.
It is the intent of the Legislature, by January 1, 2022, to enact appropriate legislation to accomplish all of the following:
Section 1 (a) criminalizes certain parental upbringing and medical decisions that the State deems are no longer right for our children. It usurps Children’s Constitutional rights that already exist and places these rights under the control of State agencies with police powers.
Section 2 (a) is a declaration of war on our families and our parental rights. It codifies the end of your rights as parents to excercise what you believe is in the best interest of your own children and places decisions regarding matters in Section 1 out of your hands. Failure to comply will be deemed a violation of this law and will be construed as ground for removal of your children and termination of your parental rights.
Section 2 (b) creates the funding mechanism necessary to carry all of this newly legalized kidnapping out.
